Great breakfast and excellent service!.. Located in the heart of Bandung

The hotel is in a very good location, unfortunately it is very dirty, black mould all over the shower and dust everywhere. Strange stains over the bedhead and chair. The carpet next to the elevator had a big stain that looked like dried out vomit and stains all over the wall. The lobby is also very dirty, the chairs have clearly never been cleaned. We asked to change rooms because of the black mould all over the shower, and there were no rooms available without it. At the end they managed to find something with significantly less mould, but still some. The mini bar didn't work in this room, and the plug looked like it was burnt. For the amount we paid for the nights we would have preferred to go to another hotel, unfortunately everything was already fully booked. No compensation whatsoever was offered other than a lousy apology over the state of the room. (Extremely dirty)
