This is a very comfortable hotel. We booked 3 rooms as a family and the suite connecting rooms were wonderful. All the staff were courteous and friendly! The outdoor bar was a great atmosphere to wind down in the evening.

Top class hotel, no doubt about it. Only 15 minutes walk to the main town. Taxi 5 minutes. My only downside is I like I like a night cap in the hotel bar after my day but the hotel bar does not have any local beers nor spirits, just imported beers

It should be a 5 star hotel. Beautifully clean. Quiet and sound proof for a 3 star hotel. Easy walk to 7, a Japanese sushi restaurant 20 meters away. One thing needed work was bed sheet was a bit stained. We'll return. It should be a "5" star hotel.

It was exellent. The people working there were extremely helpful. Restaurant was great Cleanliness room size amenities in the room were excellent. Room was huge with big tub and a 4x8 foot shower.

Nice hotel & spacious, clean room. Decent wifi speed & good air con in room. Lovely staff on reception, bar & door, couldn’t do enough to help. Location is a long walk to shopping malls & park, which is the only negative I’d give the place.

J'ai réservé 4 chambres pour ma famille, tous ont été enchantés par leur séjour. L'accueil était exceptionnel, et le personnel s'est montré extrêmement professionnel et attentionné. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables. Le petit déjeuner était particulièrement remarquable, avec une grande variété de plats délicieux et copieux. Situé en plein cœur d'Ubon, un hôtel au top des meilleurs établissements que l'on puisse trouver en Thaïlande.
