Thank you so much for the staff of Asia Novo hotel is so very helpful is the best hotel.

No refrigerator to put drinks or other cold stuff that we need the only way.of getting a cold drinks is to go downtairs to their counter and buy fair enought if there is elavator but they dont have elevator either we have to go via stairs from 3rd floor very inconvenient.... for us even kettle none to make tea or coffee

Did not like at all. No food, transportation terrible, had to WALK two-three blocks for food. Three flights of steps to get to room. Left early[after 3 days just bad.] . How you,Expedia,gave this hotel a high 7 almost 8 rating is beyond me.

The rooms are on the third floor, no elevator, not senior friendly. The lobby is too small, only 2 people fit. They charge extra if you request fir pillows. No cups for hot water watet. The water in the showrr is too slow snd few drops only. There’s no rod to hang towels. Wifi is only for third floor. When you go down to the ground floot, you lose
