This hotel is exceptionally clean and aesthetic. It is well located in terms of walking into the old town and up the coast. The sea view from our room was lovely. The bed comfortable. We felt the hotel was a bit odd. Upon check in we were provided with no information at all which meant we had to ask about everything. There are tips on here that I had to ask about because, if I hadn’t have read them I wouldn’t have even known about them! - The air conditioning in the rooms had to be controlled by reception. You need to speak to them if you want it changed. Since it was on 24 in 33 degree heat, I would have thought someone might mention this. - There is no bar on the rooftop and it is not staffed so I’m not sure why this is advertised. You can get a drink downstairs and bring it up. - For the size of the hotel the pool area is really small. It wasn’t possible to always get a sunbed. For the prices charged to stay here, this was a huge problem for us. - The gym is really very small. You can only really have one or two people in there at a time. There is no water fountain, you have to go into the toilet to refill. - Breakfast is ok. The fruit spread lovely. However, the coffee provided with the breakfast is disgusting. They clearly know this because you can purchase much nicer coffee. - You can order fresh omelettes but I only found this out through asking after reading a tip. - Beach parties most nights can be heard. It’s fine for a night but not for a holiday.

Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft. Personal sehr freundlich und geht auf viele Wünsche ein. Das Frühstück war gut und das Zimmer auch ordentlich und sauber. Zu Fuss ca. 1 Minute vom Strand und ca. 10 Minuten vom Zentrum. Das Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage vom Hotel lassen. Immer wieder.

Excellent, boutique hotel. The modern exterior belies the more relaxed chic rooms. Briig is a short 10-15 min walk from Split old town so don’t expect to be in the thick of things but there are a number of excellent restaurants close by. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The small bar in the hotel was good for a pre dinner drink but with the options available outside, not somewhere I would spend the entire evening. Overall, highly recommend as a base to explore split and surrounding areas.

Magnifique hôtel au design moderne (bien que parfois un peu impersonnel). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa localisation, à 15min à pied du cœur historique de Split. L’hôtel est aussi situé en face de la plage la plus prisée de Split (bien que celle-ci soit souvent bondée en raison de sa popularité et bétonnée). L’hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner très varié et de qualité, servi par un personnel attentionné. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Point négatif : notre chambre avait des fenêtres mal insonorisées (malgré l’étage élevé) et la climatisation ne pouvait être réglée / allumée / éteinte que via la réception, nous obligeant à appeler ou à passer par le lobby pour tout changement. La piscine sur le toit est également agréable en fin de journée, bien que les transats soient peu nombreux. Parking facile (payant) sous l’hôtel.

Lovely modern hotel in an excellent location. Beds were wonderfully comfortable! For a 4 star hotel - it has everything you’d expect including a small but lovely pool on the roof (needs cleaning though!). Breakfast was decent too. I appreciated the late check out.

We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It was exactly like the pictures and very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone was so helpful and polite. There was the bonus of the rooftop pool area (which isn’t very big, so get there early if you want a space!) The selection at breakfast wasn’t huge but it was varied and good quality. The only slight downside for us was that it was a little bit of a walk into the old town. We knew this when we booked to be fair but it was much hotter when we were there so struggled to walk it, so opted for Ubers. This was very quick and convenient though. Overall would recommend and would definitely return to Hotel Brigg.

Beautiful well-kept modern hotel. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious with nice long hours to suit your schedule. Location was lovely - tucked into a nice neighborhood and near a beach, but an easy walk to central Split sights. Beautiful roof top pool with great views and sunsets!

Soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante . L’hotel è molto bello , nuovo moderno e con oggetti di design . Dotato di un comodissimo garage interno accessibile direttamente dalle camere tramite ascensore ! Sala fa l’azione e ristorante davvero bella con in più un ampio giardino fuori vista mare . Camere grandi , con letto king size super comodo , vista mare e bagno grande con un dotazione I saponi e le creme del marchio Amouge . Unico piccolo difetto , essendo proprio sopra la principale spiaggia di Spalato , Bacvice , nonostante sia ben insonorizzato la notte si può sentir un po’ di rumore dai bar dei ragazzi , ma nulla Di insopportabile . Altra piccola personale nota dolente l’aria condizionata automatica davvero gelida , siamo entrati in camera a 19 gradi e abbiamo dovuto telefonare due volte per farla bloccare .Siamo stati benissimo e ci tormeremmo volentieri .

Gorgeous hotel, staff were charming, bedroom spotless with gorgeous bed and bed linen! We stayed in a panoramic room which was lovely. The shower did get the bathroom rather wet. Location is only a 10-12 min walk from the old town and in front of a sandy beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Altogether had a great stay at the Briig Hotel which served as a convenient home base for our time in Split. It was close to the old town while being slightly removed and as such felt like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The lobby is aesthetically gorgeous and the pool was great to have during the heat wave but there were some small details (worn finishings, drains that were slow, etc). Service was warm and helpful in providing recommendations for outings/rental services and accommodating dietary concerns during breakfast. Altogether a comfortable stay and would recommend.

This is a modern hotel within a 10 minute walk to the old town and ferry terminals. Clean hotel, great service and wonderful breakfast in the morning . I highly recommend. If I ever come back to Split, this is the only place I would stay.

We loved Hotel Briig! Beautiful boutique hotel that was clean and in excellent condition. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The main beach in Split was right across the street. Walk to the town in less than 15 minutes or Uber for 6E’s. Rooftop pool was great to relax at the end of the day. Only minor little thing was the tub was tall- a bit tough to get in and out of for a shower. Would highly recommend for a stay though!!!

Great location, less than 1 minute walk from beach and less than 10 minutea walk to Old Town. Seems like a new hotel and has a focus on design as it is quite fancy inside and has lots of design coffee table books everywhere. Room is generally good, although a few points to note - air con controller is not set for user to control so set at 23deg all the time. Behind the bed is a desk which is pointless andit would be better to do away with and have more space at the bottom of the bed and push bed back to the wall. TV does not support any kind of connectivity so you can't watch any of your streaming apps (I wouldn't normally mention this but last few hotels I've stayed in have had this so it is something to expect). Worst of all is the shower, it is a free standing bath with an extendable hose attachment to use as shower soas there is nowhere to fix it to, it means one handed showers in front of a window. Terrible design. Breakfast is ok, good choice of fruits, yogurts, meats and cheeses. Limited hot options of fried eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, a chorizo-like sausage, hot dog sausage, grilled aubergine and pancetta (the closest thing to bacon but not something to please UK bacon fans). Coffee is ok (automatic bean to cup machine) and fruit juice is from a machine and diluted. Staff don't really engage with you unless spoken to in which case they are helpful but could do with learning better hospitality (ie asking if we want a taxi when we checked out).

Magnifique hôtel au design moderne (bien que parfois un peu impersonnel). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa localisation, à 15min à pied du cœur historique de Split. L’hôtel est aussi situé en face de la plage la plus prisée de Split (bien que celle-ci soit souvent bondée en raison de sa popularité et bétonnée). Beautiful stay with a sea view We loved our time at Briig Boutique Hotel. The room with a sea view was absolutely beautiful—modern, cozy, and full of light. The staff were genuinely friendly and always happy to help, which made us feel really welcome. Altogether had a great stay at the Briig Hotel which served as a convenient home base for our time in Split. It was close to the old town while being slightly removed and as such felt like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The lobby is aesthetically gorgeous and the pool was great to have during the heat wave but there were some small details (worn finishings, drains that were slow, etc). Service was warm and helpful in providing recommendations for outings/rental services and accommodating dietary concerns during breakfast. Altogether a comfortable stay and would recommend.

Nice location - beach nearby, just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The most impressive part was the hotel room - the size was big, and having the toilet and shower separate was a nice feature. Everything was great, they even provided tissue and single-use flip flops. I will definitely be back!!

We loved Hotel Briig! Beautiful boutique hotel that was clean and in excellent condition. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The main beach in Split was right across the street. Walk to the town in less than 15 minutes or Uber for 6E’s. Rooftop pool was great to relax at the end of the day. Only minor little thing was the tub was tall- a bit tough to get in and out of for a shower. Would highly recommend for a stay though!!!

Excellent, boutique hotel. The modern exterior belies the more relaxed chic rooms. Briig is a short 10-15 min walk from Split old town so don’t expect to be in the thick of things but there are a number of excellent restaurants close by. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The small bar in the hotel was good for a pre dinner drink but with the options available outside, not somewhere I would spend the entire evening. Overall, highly recommend as a base to explore split and surrounding areas.

Staff are all polite and professional which is what you should expect from a hotel at this level and this price. The main reason that motivated me to write this review is Marcella at the reception. Shout out to her for being so helpful and passionate in her work.

The property is awesome! The photos don’t do it justice. We stayed in the old town first then on the way back we stayed here and it was a really different area which gave another viewpoint on Split. I highly recommend. The staff also were great!

Hotel was very accessible to everything. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were all very receptive to my needs. Kudos to Marcela, Jelena, Mara, Sanda, all front desk personnel and housekeepers. I felt like I was home.

Gorgeous hotel, staff were charming, bedroom spotless with gorgeous bed and bed linen! We stayed in a panoramic room which was lovely. The shower did get the bathroom rather wet. Location is only a 10-12 min walk from the old town and in front of a sandy beach. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a modern hotel within a 10 minute walk to the old town and ferry terminals. Clean hotel, great service and wonderful breakfast in the morning . I highly recommend. If I ever come back to Split, this is the only place I would stay.

I loved this boutique hotel! Everything was amazing! Food, service, cleanliness, beautiful!! Great staff! It does overlook a public beach and it got a little noisy at night and early morning, but I’d definitely stay there again. Great location for sights and catching the ferry! Split is awesome and the Briig Hotel made our stay fantastic!

My room was beyond comfortable, clean, and spacious. It was nice to come back to that after a long day out in the sun (I stayed during the hot August month). I didn’t realize how much it mattered to me to come back to somewhere really nice. I would recommend if you want to be slightly outside of the busy area. The beach there is OK and can get a little loud at night (a public beach) but it was nonetheless worth it for me.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and aesthetic. It is well located in terms of walking into the old town and up the coast. The sea view from our room was lovely. The bed comfortable. We felt the hotel was a bit odd. Upon check in we were provided with no information at all which meant we had to ask about everything. There are tips on here that I had to ask about because, if I hadn’t have read them I wouldn’t have even known about them! - The air conditioning in the rooms had to be controlled by reception. You need to speak to them if you want it changed. Since it was on 24 in 33 degree heat, I would have thought someone might mention this. - There is no bar on the rooftop and it is not staffed so I’m not sure why this is advertised. You can get a drink downstairs and bring it up. - For the size of the hotel the pool area is really small. It wasn’t possible to always get a sunbed. For the prices charged to stay here, this was a huge problem for us. - The gym is really very small. You can only really have one or two people in there at a time. There is no water fountain, you have to go into the toilet to refill. - Breakfast is ok. The fruit spread lovely. However, the coffee provided with the breakfast is disgusting. They clearly know this because you can purchase much nicer coffee. - You can order fresh omelettes but I only found this out through asking after reading a tip. - Beach parties most nights can be heard. It’s fine for a night but not for a holiday.

Seems like a new hotel and has a focus on design as it is quite fancy inside and has lots of design coffee table books everywhere. Room is generally good, although a few points to note - air con controller is not set for user to control so set at 23deg all the time. Behind the bed is a desk which is pointless andit would be better to do away with and have more space at the bottom of the bed and push bed back to the wall. TV does not support any kind of connectivity so you can't watch any of your streaming apps (I wouldn't normally mention this but last few hotels I've stayed in have had this so it is something to expect). Worst of all is the shower, it is a free standing bath with an extendable hose attachment to use as shower soas there is nowhere to fix it to, it means one handed showers in front of a window. Terrible design. Breakfast is ok, good choice of fruits, yogurts, meats and cheeses. Limited hot options of fried eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, a chorizo-like sausage, hot dog sausage, grilled aubergine and pancetta (the closest thing to bacon but not something to please UK bacon fans). Coffee is ok (automatic bean to cup machine) and fruit juice is from a machine and diluted. Altogether had a great stay at the Briig Hotel which served as a convenient home base for our time in Split. It was close to the old town while being slightly removed and as such felt like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The lobby is aesthetically gorgeous and the pool was great to have during the heat wave but there were some small details (worn finishings, drains that were slow, etc). Service was warm and helpful in providing recommendations for outings/rental services and accommodating dietary concerns during breakfast. Altogether a comfortable stay and would recommend.

Beautiful and Modern property! Great location and close to everything! Literally across the street from the beach and a 10 min walk to old town. Room service was delicious and fast. Restaurant downstairs was great. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice location - beach nearby, just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The most impressive part was the hotel room - the size was big, and having the toilet and shower separate was a nice feature. Everything was great, they even provided tissue and single-use flip flops. I will definitely be back!!

Lovely modern hotel in an excellent location. Beds were wonderfully comfortable! For a 4 star hotel - it has everything you’d expect including a small but lovely pool on the roof (needs cleaning though!). Breakfast was decent too. I appreciated the late check out.

Wonderful hotel with terrific, friendly staff. The Median restaurant is a great dining option. Impeccably maintained with easy access to the beach and walking distance to the old City of Split and Palace of Diocletian.

We enjoyed spending three nights at Briig. The hotel is nice, breakfast really nice, close to the beach and a short walk to the city center. The outdoor area is lovely, both for breakfast and dinner/drinks at the restaurant (good food in the evening too). Staff was really helpfull. Only minus was the noice from the outdoor surroundings during the night. Our room faced the street and we woke up more than once every night due to loud people/parties at the beach. That’s not the hotels fault, but the price you pay for being so close to the beach I guess. Underground parking is a good opportunity but expensive.

This was a very nice 4 star hotel. Unfortunately there was a slight smell of damp in our room throughout our stay (we believe linked to the air conditioning system) and at one point the aircon stopped working completely. The rooftop pool is gorgeous but could be improved by having a bar or at least the possibility of ordering drinks/snacks to the rooftop. The hotel all in all was very well situated and good value for money.
