Hot Springs Village Inn

The pool area needs Lot of attention. Hot tub not working. Needs landscape cleanup.

We love to stay at this hotel with family, it's quiet and feels home-y. Staff is incredibly friendly and extremely nice. Pool was down for maintenance which was disappointing because we came in for Memorial Day weekend, so we assumed the pool would be ready. But overall wonderful place to stay.

Always clean and very nice staff. This was our third time staying. We finally used the pool. Very nice.

Parking is always convenient. Rooms are always clean and ready for use.

It was fabtastic getting a great room, a shower and access to a pool. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

I appreciated the quiet and peaceful surrounding. The pool was clean, had a beautiful view, and was peaceful! The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly.

Water preasure in the shower was weak, contacted the front desk and they provided us with a new room. Hotel gym still under renovation and pool not open until memorial day. Clean room, reasonable rate for Easter Weekend.

I enjoy staying at this hotel when I’m in the area. The rooms are large, the bed comfy and everything clean. It’s a short walk to the store and several restaurants. Lots of tv stations and a good little breakfast. And the price is right!!

Staff was very friendly. Room was good but the floors were awful. Turned the bottom of our feet black. They should give the housekeeping a little longer to clean and with a better vacuum and mop.

Unfortunately, we booked this place for 3 nights. When we arrived, the restroom was dirty (there was pee and poop on the toilet seat, which was very disgusting…glad I had some disinfectant wipes), there was a dead fly on the bed, and the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. The following day, the room was not cleaned…we got back and it was exactly as how we left it. So I had to go ask for clean towels. I did let the lady at the front know that our room hadn’t been cleaned. She didn’t say anything about it. The following day, our room was somewhat addressed…we got new towels and the trash was taken out…the sheets were not changed, but the cleaning lady halfway made our bed (one of the sheets was scrunched up at the end of the bed). They did have breakfast and a pool, which was ok.

When I arrived, the attendant was not very friendly or helpful. The overall condition of the room was okay but the floors were filthy. After walking from the shower to the bed my feet were incredibly dirty just from walking on the floors. It was obvious they had not been cleaned in a while.

Nice for a Motel. I was not happy because Expedia listed it as a hotel, not motel. The room was clean but there was a mold smell… I think from the tub area but we could smell it in the room. Check-in and lobby was nice and front desk staff was courteous.

Filthy floor, totally dark brown, hadn't been washed in very long time. Washcloth dark brown from one swipe.

Check-in was efficient, room warm and clean, bed comfortable. Good hotel for a reasonable price.

Our room was nice, clean and spacious. Staff were very nice and helpful. We appreciate the remodeling that has been done and realize it's not complete. The following are suggestions for improvement. We would have liked 2 straight back chairs in the room. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable to sit on. It would be nice to have benches outside the rooms to enable one to enjoy the nice weather. There were no protein options for breakfast. Eggs (scrambled or hard boiled) and peanut butter would be a wonderful.

This was a mom and daughter trip. We felt very safe, and it was a great location. The rooms and motel itself was newly renovated but the tubes, grout, and sinks were not good. The tub and sink were clean as could be, but the grout was chipped, and had mold, the sink had lots of burn marks and chips. Beds were great. I would recommend this motel, but hope that they finish their renovations. The price was perfect and the staff was great. We had to move from our first room because the refrigerator didn’t work. We will come back.

Rooms were really clean. Only downfall was the shower pressure and amount of water coming out was very lacking.

The ac unit kept turning on and off it would get cold then hot it would never stay at one temperature i had to keep lowering the temp bit still got hot but other then that it was perfect

I know they are remodeling, but if they are done with the room we were in, the walls had spots above the headboard that needed painting. There are no hangers on the bar for clothes. The light in the bathroom is pretty dim, and the water pressure was kind of low in the shower. Loved the floors and comforters and space.

We stayed here while in town for crystal mining and the hotel was great! The rooms have been updated (which listing pics don’t reflect) to laminate flooring and an all around modern feel. Room was very clean. Area around it was good and it was perfect for our trip!

I’ll start this off by saying staff was very friendly. Next, our room needed major renovations. Shower kept shutting off, low water pressure, sink stopped up. Smelled like old smoke, so I suspect folks have been smoking in the room. Breakfast, well it is waffles, cereal, and some biscuits. Good location, but please do some repairs to this hotel.

This is a nice little hotel that is for the budget-minded but has everything you need. It was clean, comfy bed, fridge, microwave, iron, etc. You can walk to several restaurants and it has a small continental breakfast each morning. The walls are fairly thin and had some really loud neighbors one night but other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Pretty much what I expect from a hotel. My only real complaint was that there wasn't a TV guide, but overall we were happy. The location is conveniently located near a grocery store and other places to eat and there was plenty of parking.

The pictures on google are old. This place has been updated and very clean. Staff was the best and they also have a pool. Would definitely stay here again

First off i reserved a pet room, i got there , checked in and requested a bottom floor too if they had it and they did. Girl put us in a room. Well it wasnt a pet room. Their mistake. We got back to our room and we were locked out of our room. Why? Became they needed to tak to us. My dogs were in the room and i couldn't get to them. Asian lady at front was rude and thought she was right when it was the front desk mistake. I ALWAYS stay in pet rooms and dont have an issue usually.

A neat little place! I was pleasantly surprised at how updated everything was and how quiet it was. Ruby at the front desk was so super nice and very helpful! If you're staying around the Village, this is a good place to stay!

The bed was really comfortable. The hotel seems to be a little dated. There was a crack noticeable in the stairway leading up to the second floor room. They need to get on top of that and fix that. I was concerned when I called the front desk to ask for the Wi-Fi and it literally took four phone calls for them to pick up and respond if this was about 8:30 PM The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the room was comfortable. Areas for improvement would be to modernize the hotel and then also please ask the customer service at the front counter to answer phone calls. Coffee ran out both mornings. I was there and had to wait 10 minutes for more coffee did not like the coffee and the breakfast only offered waffles and cold cereal. I would like to have seen a few more options like yogurt.

Lobby & Breakfast area completely gutted for re-model. Staff was very bad and took > 30 min to provide keys. Rooms were newly remodeled, but not completely finished yet!!

We stay here a lot because we really enjoy the location and the price, but this time we had to check in at midnight & we checked in through the night time check in window. I understand when we check in that late they have limited rooms to give you, even though we reserved a room with a king size bed, when we got to the room it was two double beds. I didn't make a fuss because I kinda understand they give all the rooms to the people who check in earlier than midnight, but it was still kinda frustrating. It was extremely hot in our room because they didn't have the AC on AT ALL& it's over 100° outside in Arkansas at this time of year. After being in the room for maybe 2 minutes, I get a voicemail from the lady at the front desk saying that our card was declined & that we needed to fix this or our room would be canceled. We had already checked in & she ran our card and gave us the key to our room. So my husband walked down to the lobby and asked the lady about it & she said she never called and that she wouldn't have given us a room key if our card was declined... even though I have a voicemail from her. 🙄 And a whole email saying that our card was declined and we needed to come down and pay for the room. He showed the last that definitely came out of our account and she said she didn't know why there was a voicemail when it was definitely her.. He didn't push the issue. But that was really annoying especially after a long day & it being after midnight, we just wanted sleep.

Very quiet neighborhood, very close to a small grocery store, dollar tree, dollar general, mc Donald’s and Sonic. All basically in the same parking lot. Great pizza pub nearby as well. Room was very updated, beds were comfortable, tv channels met those of our family. Microwave and fridge was nice amenity.

Not a fancy place but clean with friendly staff. Just what we needed. Close to the west gate of Hot Springs Village.

This hotel sits back behind a bunch of buildings was sort of hard to find but I did like house secluded and out of the way it was from the highway. Less noisy that way. I got two hotel rooms that were connected. The first room as soon as I open the door I was greeted with a overwhelming smell of marijuana, and I being one of the very few people that is allergic to it instantly started having trouble breathing and sneezing attacks. It took it almost an hour to air out before the scent was gone. The second room which was joined with the first room had no smell of it at all which I thought to be odd but other than that the rooms were very clean, this hotel also has a area where you can do laundry, even a gym! The pool was also nice and well kept. I would stay there again. Can't complain much for the price it was decent. Other than the marijuana smell

This place is hard to find and tough to get to!!! Not a great value for the money. Quite tired and needs a major refresh. Breakfast was decent, though.

Very quiet and comfortable rooms. We were crystal digging at the local quartz crystal mine and we stayed at the Hot Springs Village Inn because it was only a 10 minute drive away. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Not many good options close by

I waited last minute to book for a tournament. It’s about 25 minutes from Kimery and majestic but for the price it’s worth the drive. Looks great after the renovation, breakfast was available if you wanted, check in was quick and smooth. We will stay here and drive to the parks in the future instead of paying double or triple to be 10 minutes away!

Very disappointed that even though we chose this because we needed a place that provided breakfast (for our tight schedule), it had been discontinued during remodel of lobby! So it then increased the cost of our trip as well. upgrades that they're adding to the rooms were nice.

June 1 2024. Motel is finishing up renovation. Lobby was still being finished up, so no breakfast:-( Rooms have been cleaned up since the last time I stayed there. I've stayed at this Motel 4-5 times. I'm willing to stay again. For a Motel, it's nice.

The room itself was nice. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. You can definitely tell that people smoke in the rooms even though it’s not allowed. I saw some people smoking outside the buildings. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Only a couple of options and the quantity of food was not great. Not a terrible stay but also not great.

Nice staff and facility for the price point. Breakfast is a little skimpy.

No drinking water, was told to get it from vending machine! Not enough options for breakfast

Price was Right, the room was clean and comfortable with a brand new mattress and sheets. The television was easy to use and it was nice to have a landline in the room and places to eat within walking distance and pizza was delivered. As far as breakfast I would say it was adequate, if not barely substantial. There was gravy no biscuits no eggs of any sort one small honey bun out of milk, no yogurt or fresh fruit. When Apple and slightly Brown banana so anyhow anyway all in all or stay was great everything was fine other than breakfast left a little bit to be desired but we will definitely stay there again
