Great stay but when I went out at 4:00am to get something from my car nothing was locked, either door. Anyone could have walked in. That is very concerning. We had women giggling right outside, and at our door about 11:00 pm and had a phone call with no one there at the same time. Very weird.

Everyone super nice. Lots of restaurants in the area. A little noisy from the train at night but I like trains so didn't bother me. Great Pet Price of $10. We usually stay in Santa Nella but the hotel changed to Spark by Hilton and jacked up the pet fee to $75! Trivago hides this fact by the way while Expedia gives you ALL the charges. Kudos!

Noisy, can’t use back door, they broke into someone car, you could hear the noise from the hall and the upstairs because rooms have floor. Also, no housekeeping for the days you stay so you don’t get clean towels or sheets also, asked for a blanket and they said they didn’t have any…..like really??? It’s winter and it’s freezing cold. Never again

Very clean outside and in lobby they have vending machines and laundry room, elevator has 3 floors. Lobby clerks were helpful. It was quite inside the hallway, room clean ,restroom good size. Family trip

This property is fairly new. It’s located next to the highway which is very convenient if you are just traveling through. It’s a relatively new area..so no sit down restaurants only fast food. However there is a good variety of restaurants. The hotel was clean. The air conditioner/heater didn’t work but it was ok as it wasn’t really cold. The walls are thin so we could hear the person next door snoring. No pool, bar or restaurant located at the property. The breakfast in the morning is sparse but if you are traveling through and don’t require much it’s adequate. Staff were very nice when checking in and out.

My room was spotless the hotel was quiet. The staff is friendly and professional. I stay at SureStay whenever I’m in Livingston

Everything at this location was excellent. It was very clean. The staff was very kind and professional. The room was spacious and well put together. The location was perfect for what I needed it for and and easy to get to.

Just like other reviewers said, this is a great location for a quick stop off for business trips or long road trips. Has convenience shops, fast food restaurants and a market walking distance away. Be aware that this area is high on Farming. Cow manure, and fertilizer in every sniff when walking outside. Hotel does well to keep the air clean and conditioned inside. Nice clean room, bed was overly soft, but the walls were thin. Breakfast Options were very basic to bagels, cereal, fruit and coffee. I would stay again.

Room was clean and staff was courteous. Pillows are too thick for me. I like the location very muck with several fast food restaurants nearby.

This property was clean (on the inside) and my room was clean as well. The AC worked wonders. Most everything else was disappointing. For starters, there is a guy who seemingly lives in his truck in the parking lot. Seen him there all day, all night, and the next morning. literally IN his truck. The entrance to the building smells heavy of weed. Pretty much the entire first floor. The stair railing fell off the wall (I did tell front desk about this one) at the top of the flights. My TV was stuck in "store mode" leaving an unwatchable area occupied by an information banner. The remote did not work. perhaps someone reset the unit and ruined both? The shower floods the floor, soaking all my clothes and shoes (told them about this one also). Breakfast is sorely lacking. cereal, breads, oatmeal packets, fruits, yogurt. I guess no one said it was a FULL breakfast. Coffee ran out twice, and took forever to refill. Lastly, upon checkout, I waited for a TIMED 17 minutes at the desk. I would have just left, but i needed to inform about the stairs, leaking shower, and non-functional remote. Nice folk though. That's a plus. Tons of fast foods super close, and even a grocery store of sorts. Cant get past the guy living in the parking lot though, can't someone cite loitering or no parking or something? IDK, maybe an employee for all i know. Would NOT recommend unless you NEED to stay somewhere near here for cheap. Overall "safe" and covenant enough.

We booked the hotel last minute. It was advertised that there was breakfast but there was absolutely nothing. Their AC unit is crazy loud and would wake us all up each time it kicked on overnight. It’s the first thing we all discussed when we woke up. Lastly, there were signs posted all throughout the hotel stating NO SMOKING, yet the elevator, hallways and our room smelt like cigarettes. On the plus side, there’s a good selection of fast-food restaurants around the hotel, the staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Super clean. Spartan rooms, no frills. Comfy beds. Quiet. Conveniently located….and inexpensive. Dogs are welcome

Staff was nice and friendly. The walls are very thin. So you can hear everytime other guests open and close the doors. Guests next door showed up around 1-2am very loud with children. Not the staffs fault but still not fun to have to hear. Lots of food options and lots of parking. You can hear the train throughout the night.

Place was nice minus the smallest hotel room ive ever seen. It literally was as small as my walk in closet or college dorm room including the tiny bed

For a Motel 6, this is one of the best. It is very clean and safe, three star level. They recently changed the window drapes to shutters. They look nice, but they let a lot of light in, which is a downer when you're trying to sleep during the day. Towels are small and thin. Sheets are not too comfortable, but acceptable for Motel 6 (or maybe I'm just used to my Egyptian Cotton 1000 thread count sheets at home). Room and hotel were very clean. Area is good. Walkable to fast food. Shower water pressure could be much better. I was on the third floor. Maybe the first floor has better pressure. This and the Oakdale Motel 6 compete for the best Motel 6s I've ever been to.

This Motel 6 is one of the best, cleanest and safest I have ever stayed at. The bed is a little uncomfortable though, and the sheets add to the discomfort. They recently changed from drapes to shutters, and these new shutters let in a lot of light (even at night, from the parking lot lights). Water pressure in shower is not too good. They do not have bathtubs, but large showers. Everything else was good. There was a refrigerator in the room that got our drinks very cold. TV has minimal channels.

I was surprised by how modern and clean the hotel and room were. The staff were helpful too. It was very comparable to a stay at other higher end hotels. My only inconvenience during my stay was lack of internet (WiFi). I would definitely stay again.

It's a good one or two night hotel for a good price but trying to extend your stay is a joke and the staff comes knocking at the door right at 11 if you aren't checked out.

The staff is friendly and they're always waiting for me with a smile. I love Yuri because she's so compassionate. She has really good energy.

The staff was very helpful, especially Stephanie. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Was having a great time with family until we went to the motel and the night attendant ruin our day she was so rude with her comments hopefully they can train her .

The hotel was decent.. I booked thru a third party but the hotel also charged me.. It was such a hassle to try and straighten things out for the motel wanted me to call orbitz to get a refund instead of them refunding me the duplicate charge since I already paid orbitz.

Average stay. Liked the food options in walking distance. The lady that checked us in was not welcoming or friendly. She Needs some serious costumer services training!!

I’ve been traveling to this area for months and am thrilled to have finally found the perfect hotel. The pricing is excellent, and the environment is welcoming and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities is top-notch, which I greatly appreciate. The only downside is the breakfast options, which could use more variety. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for a comfortable stay.

Area is unsafe, my truck was parked right infront of the front door and my truck was broken into and vandalized

We stayed for a night, and were pleased with the quick check in and quiet space. The smell outside is takes a minute to get used to, but it's not the hotels fault it's just the area it is in with Farms around.

One of the best motel 6 I've stayed in. Quiet and safe, all rooms located inside building. It was clean quiet. 2 queen beds mini fridge. Only stayed 1 night but chose this location over staying in Modesto because it seemed safer, traveling with kids and it did not disappoint

The location it is perfect.

For a rural area it was located near where I needed to be walking distance to a variety of fast food, drug store and grocery store.

Super close to the 99. Easy to get in and out. Room was clean and everything worked. Front desk staff was super friendly. Livingston itself smells like cow butt, so that’s just things…

It was budget compared to the Best Western I've had before. There was no lobby to sit while waiting check in. There wasn't a comfortable chair in the room. The breakfast had no waffles, eggs etc. It was very clean and looked newly remodeled. I would stay there again, however, for a quick stay.

Every thing was good only the part of continental breakfast is not true. Is only small muffins and coffee a couple yogurt they run out fast

The receptionist when we checked in was super friendly. High praise for her, she made check in super easy and we really appreciated this. The room was great as well. But my pet peeve recently is hotels advertising a free continental breakfast and then just leaving food out until it runs out! Turned up to a few muffins and toast. The orange juice in the fridge was empty and all of the tables hadn’t been cleaned. I understand that other guests had come and eaten before us, but it is not really fair to advertise a free continental breakfast within certain hours to guests if they can’t come and enjoy a continental breakfast within those hours (we arrived at ~8:25). Great place if just looking for somewhere to sleep for the night, but maybe not so great if your stay is contingent on a decent breakfast.
