All the staffs were very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations, call for taxi service, and any hair or message appointments. The location is excellent with close proximity to subways, shops, restaurants, and attraction sites. We will definitely stay there again if we were to return to Seoul.

호텔 투숙을 수백 번 해봤지만, 복도 공기가 좋아서 감탄한 건 르메르디앙 명동이 처음인 것 같아요. 아무리 고급 호텔이어도 객실 층 엘리베이터에서 내리면 조금 꿉꿉하거나, 향이 너무 강하거나, 살짝 덥다고 느낄 때가 있거든요. 그런데 여기는 내리자마자 너무 쾌적해서 “여긴 왜 이렇게 공기가 좋지?”라는 생각이 절로 들었어요. 사소해 보이지만 머무는 내내 정말 기분 좋은 부분이었어요. 객실 컨디션도 너무 좋았고, 무엇보다 직원분들이 한 분 한 분 정말 친절하세요. 응대도 빠르고 필요한 일이 있을 때 재빨리 도와주셔서, 아기와 함께하면서도 참 편하게 머물렀어요. 두 살 아기와 라운지를 함께 이용할 수 있었던 것도 저희 가족에게는 큰 보너스였어요. 아이와 함께 갈 수 있는 호텔 라운지가 많지 않아서 더 반가웠고요. 여기에 무료 하겐다즈까지… 이건 보너스에 보너스죠ㅎㅎ 쾌적한 공간, 좋은 객실, 친절하고 빠른 서비스까지. 머무는 동안 만족스러워서 다음에도 꼭 다시 오고 싶은 호텔이에요. 저희는 무조건 재방문할 거예요!

My family and I have visited Seoul many times over the years for both business and leisure, but this was our first stay at Le Meridien Seoul Myeongdong. It turned out to be one of our most memorable and enjoyable experiences in the city. The hotel’s location is exceptional—right in the heart of Myeongdong’s shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. The property itself is spotlessly clean, and both the check‑in and check‑out processes were smooth, efficient, and pleasant. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made a noticeable difference throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Angela Kim, Guest Relations Manager. Angela was exceptionally accommodating and attentive. She consistently went the extra mile to ensure that not only our stay at the hotel, but our entire trip to Seoul, was seamless and enjoyable. Her thoughtful support truly elevated our experience. After such an impressive stay, Le Meridien Seoul Myeongdong has become our preferred hotel for all future visits to Seoul. My family and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to the city.
