SV111 Modern 1 Bedroom Spa Villa in LQ Resort

DO NOT BOOK UNTIL STAIRS ARE FIXED.We booked this property for a dance competition and the location delivered. The resort grounds and pool access were great. But there are issues here that go beyond a unit needing a refresh.One of the stair treads sags when you step on it. The cracking is centered on the tread and the surface deflects underfoot. This is not a tile issue—it is structural. This is the only access point to the unit. Multiple guests have flagged the stairs over the past year and nothing has been done. The stairs are in the same if not worse condition today. This property should not be available for booking until a structural assessment has been completed and the stairs professionally repaired.Everything else worth knowing:The access code we were sent didn't work. Noise issues on multiple nights after 11:30pm—finding anyone to help meant hunting down an 800 number. To their credit, the front desk of the resort was responsive once reached.The laundry is downstairs outside the unit. The closet and washer exterior were very dirty. No broom available. The kitchen is listed as well-stocked but has non-stick cookware and no appropriate utensils to use in it. The A/C won't cool below 71 and the kitchen faucet leaks. Great location. Ignored maintenance. Book elsewhere until the stairs are fixed.

We loved our stay here. The proximity to the pool and property was great. The place was spacious with all the amenities we needed. The only thing we wished was better was the cleaning of the floors. We have a 1 year old and by her hands and feet and clothes, we could tell the floor was jot cleaned properly. Her clothes got filthy whenever she simply sat on the floor. Other than that we would highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay again!

Host was very helpful. The unit is beginning to get a little “tired”. A suggestion would be towel hooks in the bathroom and a bar of soap for the shower and bath.

Great place in a great area. Very comfortable Great amenities.

We have been coming out every year for the fourth, and have stayed in this unit twice and we just love it!!
