Villa El Ancla, what a great place to stay.Susana is a great host and kept us informed and updated through out the whole booking process. We we’re extremely grateful to be allowed to gain access early to the Villa due to the flight times from the UK. Martin met us and gave us a brief tour around the property and showed us how everything worked, the welcome pack was much appreciated and allowed us to celebrate the start of our holiday with a glass of fizz or two.The Villa itself was spotless and extremely spacious, beds very comfy, all the utensils you could want and some basic ingredients supplied to allow you to cook if required. The outside is amazing, plenty of space to relax ,salt water pool is a great size and the views over Playa Blanca and surrounding countryside whilst having breakfast or evening meal were fantastic. There is also a large shaded area if you do like to get out of the sun. We hired a car but the forty minute or so stroll down hill to the town is quite easy and you build up an appetite for the vast array of bars and restaurants that await you. The local taxi service is also excellent they usually arrive within minutes and a trip to town(5to6 euros) or the Marina (8to9 euros) is a must.Susana was always on the end of the phone for any problems that may occur and she also supplied us with lots of ideas of where to visit and to eat. At the end of our stay Martin met us to say goodbye and check that everything was ok! Definitely recommend.
