We had such a short visit that we didn't get a chance to make use of many of the features at this property like the kitchen or rooftop hot tub. What we did see was very nice, however. I'd whole-heartedly recommend the place with only one caveat - the AC

Ilya was a very attentive host. He responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The pools were incredible and it’s a very short walk to the beach. One thing to note, it’s on a hill and there are lots of steep paths to get around the complex. There are some stairs too.

Property is situated just minutes from the beach on a hill that gives great views. We loved everything that was within walking distance from the Condo: beach, restaurants, groceries, excursions, etc. The beach was exceptional with relatively few people on it at any time of the day. The pools within the condo complex were well maintained and clean and there was always space to relax around the pools. Our favourite part was the roof top patio - we had sunshine, sunsets, and star gazing. Ilya was a very responsive host.

Our stay was above and beyond expectations! We were met at the taxi by Ilya. He took us to the condo and showed us around. Then took us on a walk around the property. A few days later he sent a text making sure we were happy and all was well. The condo is very well kept has everything you could want. Ilya takes great pride in his property and I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with their stay. Upon leaving Ilya came to say goodbye and welcomed us back anytime. You everything was ok. He greeted everyone and took u
