I really enjoyed my holiday stay in Riyadh. The room was impressively clean, the amenities were well-stocked and convenient, and the overall experience felt comfortable and relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful, and Basma in particular was amazing.

Front desk was unfriendly, restaraunt was brutal, they advertise a shuttle but don’t have one. Instead the front desk staff try to scam you into an overpriced specialty transport. The room was a decent size that’s all
