Hey decent hotel with a Courteous staff. However, It is a great hotel for the price. The pool was open but the restaurant and bar was closed. 3 1/2 stars

Infinity was clean, mostly modern and the staff was very attentive to our needs. That was all great. However, there were problems like the pool, social area and restaurant being out of service. Plus, if you turn right and walk a block you’re at the malecón (ocean walk), but if you turn left mostly the area was run down, dirty and probably not the most safe.

The location is excellent. Room included breakfast ( no restaurant) there was none. Balcony none and first room had no water so we moved rooms. Beds were comfortable, no hand towels, pool towels or face cloth’s. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in a long time… there is 2 inches of sand in the bottom. This hotel has the potential of being amazing but sadly we were very disappointed. Perhaps new management is required. I would change breakfast included as we did chose this hotel for the pool, parking and breakfast.

Le pueden quitar lo de suites, y quitarle unas cuantas estrellas. Lo único que vale la pena son las vistas de la piscina . Está todo en general muy deteriorado.

No avisaron en la página web que el área del la piscina estaba en mantenimiento, cuando llegue al establecimiento fue que me notificaron.

Les photos et la description de l hôtel ne correspondent nullement a la réalité. Impossible de boire et de manger dans la chambre car il y a des cochrelles. Les fenêtres de la chambre sont tellement sales que c'est impossible de voir dehors. Il y a de la moisissure dans la douche et la chambre pue. Il n' y a pas de déjeuner le matin, ni même de café. Une chance que nous avions réservé seulement 2 nuits .... Le seul point positif a été la piscine et le parking souterrain. NE réservez PAS a cet hôtel !!!

Good value for the money. With little effort can be better. No room service, no clean bedding. Instead, quiet place, close to waterfront, safe parking lot.

J'ai passé 4 nuits ici, Points positifs: le prix et la vue du toit au 16e avec la piscine ça fait des belles photos. Le boardwalk est très proche à pied de l'hôtel. Accès au métro à pied. Points négatifs: la piscine pas d'entretien manque de chlore. Les cousins de chaises tâches noires de moisissures partout. Le plancher jamais nettoyer très sale. Le gym oh que non! Tout est rouillé ou brisé et pas d'air climatisé oublier le gym! Y'a pas de restaurant ou de service dans l'hôtel seulement possible d'avoir des cannettes de bières à 2$. La chambre j'étais au 12e avec vue sur la mer mais, vitres tâches d'humidité qui bloque partiellement la vue. Des insectes y'en a une tonnes ils sont très petits comme des poux ils se promènent partout, j'ai arrêter des tuer et décider de vivre avec un combat sans fin! Y'a beaucoup de prostitution dans le secteurs mais, elles ne dérange pas.

This property has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, I had to look at about 5 rooms in total until I was satisfied with the quality of the room. There were bugs in my initial room and it was incredibly hot and humid on the first floor that I was on. I didn’t get to keep my room with a balcony and was moved to the 11th floor. The roof top was nice but the pool was indeed very dirty. I didn’t know Housekeeping was an option but they did do a really great job.

The condition of this property was terrible. There was a horrible smell in the elevator, hallway and room. There were waterlogged baseboards, stripping paints, furniture with exposed raw edging and more. We did not stay in the room more than 5 minutes before deciding that we would go find another hotel. i took photos of the place and showed them to the front desk attendant. He apologized for the conditions and directed us to Expedia to request a refund. Expedia has been trying to get my refund, but the property manager is refusing. It is a real shame. Stay away from this place.

This place is infested with roaches. There aren’t any microwaves or mini fridges in the rooms. You’re not allowed to bring food in the rooms, you have to eat in the downstairs area which has no a/c.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had , first they have no one to assist with luggage’s ,the restaurant has been close since the pandemic and have no flyers to give for local restaurant . .but worst was the roaches , roaches under the pillow and sheets stain with blood , and more roaches on the side table, I notice them at 2 in the morning so I couldn’t leave right away which I want to and there was no chair to sit in , the bed as hard a a rock.. I do not recommend this hotel to any one..they need to shut the place down.

El hotel está sucio. Utilice el baño del lobby y no había papel higiénico y los grifos están oxidados, las alfombras de mi piso estaban sucias, la habitación olía a humedad, las paredes estaban sucias, las sabanas estaban viejas y se ve que no invierten mucho en el lavado de las mismas y lo peor fue que el aire acondicionado no servía y hacía un calor infernal. Llame a recepción y me dijeron que lo controlarían desde abajo (supongo que lo hacen para abaratar la cuenta de electricidad) , aún asi no sirvió el aire acondicionado. Me tuve que retirar. Supongo que pagas por lo que recibes. Fotos muy bonitos y precio muy económico para ser verdad. No lo recomiendo ni tampoco volvería. No es un hotel 4 estrellas. Quizás 2 y con suerte 3.

DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED. The staff at the front desk were nice and polite, and the lobby is decent looking, but then you get to your floor and it looks like something out of a horror movie. you get into your room, and the walls are rotting away, the bed has hair all over it and the mattress is probably 40 years old and the sheets don't even cover the mattress. There is mold all over the shower and disgusting filth all over the walls and sink. I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE. we checked out within 30 min of being there and probably wont get our money back.

Entire experience was not as it was shown online. keycard had to be updated everytime client left room. room wasnt cleaned on a timely basis windows are dirty so view was blocked rooms were not cleaned properly some staff unable to speak english

Sabanas viejas, lleno de humedades y limpieza cuestionable. Sin dudarlo no repetiría.

Las habitaciones estaban muy sucias: las mesas de noche tenían marcas de las bebidas y líquidos pegados, la ducha estaba bastante llena de humedad, el olor de la habitación era fatal, las cortinas sucias y desprendidas por lo que entraba luz desde afuera.

While the property looks good in their photos the reality is that they bought particle board everything and it is not doing well in the sub-tropical environment that is Panama City. The door to the restroom would not close because the particle board swelled up and the door was delaminating at the base. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very lacking. There were no cups in the room for us to use. Also the shower pan was not installed correctly and there was no soap holder of any kind in the shower. The staff were great but the property needs work to be as good as their phots want to present it as.

Wifi has issues on the 10 floor, and the windows was derty that doesnt allow to properly view outside, beside that Ill stay again but need to take care of this, staff very frendly

The property was in good location and very convenient. The staff was nice and welcoming. The restaurant was closed and no breakfast was available. The room cooled down very quickly and was comfortable. There were limited bathrooms supplies and no room service for the 4 day stay. Other than that, it was well worth the money. I would recommend it if you plan on being outside for the most of your trip.

We were not allowed to eat in the rooms and as tourists, we’re out all day and would like to just relax and eat in our own comfort rather than having to come outside of the room to eat. Also I shouldn’t have to be begging for housekeeping, I feel like it’s the hotel’s responsibility to clean the room each day. Also we had little to no wifi in our first room. The second room it picked up more but was still so weak.

It says it is a 4 star hotel but the amenities are sparse. It is clean but there is no mini fridge, coffee maker or anything in the room besides the bed and an iron and ironing board. There is no ice available or any vending machine. On the plus, the parking garage is very secure. But the area around the hotel is a bit questionable.

Not worth the cheap price. This hotel was not the cleanest and had weird smells. The elevator and room was small. You aren’t allowed to eat in the room. They hand you the tv remote when you check in, which was strange. I booked a “balcony” and there are none. The view of the ocean would’ve been beautiful if the windows weren’t so dirty. We didn’t even stay and I’m okay with losing my money to go somewhere better.

To start, the photos on Expedia don't look anything like the current ones. The showers don't have glass or curtains, so when you shower, all the water goes into the toilet. The temperature and humidity are quite high, and if you leave the room, the lights and air conditioning go out, and when you return, it takes more than 30 minutes for it to cool down again. You can't bring food or drinks into the room, and they have a restaurant that has been closed for a long time; they only sell alcoholic beverages. To leave or enter the garage, you have to let them know so they can open the garage doors. The garage is designated for small cars, as they won't have enough space to accommodate a larger car. To check in, you have to go up to levels 1-3 and take the stairs with your luggage because the elevator has been closed for those levels. The neighborhood isn't very good after dark, as there are hotels across the street, or by the hour, and hookers are located on the corner offering their services. It's really better to pay a little more and go somewhere better.

WiFi was unusable, seriously was like using dial up.

This hotel was disaster. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, they gave us the wrong key, and after going all the way upstairs and realizing it didn’t work, we had to come back down to get another one. The rooms were extremely dirty. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout. We had booked three nights but couldn't even stand to stay beyond the first night. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff at reception are very helpful. It was one of the things I most enjoyed about my stay. Others have already commented that the area around the hotel can feel unsafe, I was shouted at by homeless people & there are working class girls in that area. The room was spacious but wasn't the cleanest. The windows were dirty so couldn't enjoy the view. The bathroom was clean but there wasn't any hot water. The air con just about worked. There's was an ironing board but had to get an iron from reception. There was a desk but no chair so acquired that from reception also.

It looked good online, but was obviously a Chinese-constructed hotel. Lots of weird details they could easily fix, like grout on the tiles, paint on the windows. Doors don't quite work right. Would choose a better part of town next time.

Front desk speaks English which was very helpful. Check in was fine. Rooftop pool is very nice however there had been a heavy rain earlier in the day and the water floods the patio. TV in room was broken but front desk was helpful. I was only staying one night so didn't need it. Close to the metro and main boulevard near "Panama" sign.

It was ok, my only problem is that they don't allow you to eat or drink in the rooms which is not a rule listed on Expedia. As we had came there late we just wanted to grab take out dinner and eat it upstairs, I've never been somewhere that doesn't allow you to eat or drink in the rooms so I found that strange. Staff was nice and room was alright, just be aware of these rules that aren't listed!

When we were so excited to stay at innfiniti until we arrived and noticed that the hotel is in the middle of poverty where we witnessed unpleasant encounters, the buildings around it were unlivable and a lot of panhandling was happening when we walked to stores. We had to inspect 5-6 rooms to find a room that was clean enough to live in. One room I turned in the light and there were roaches in the bathroom. The hotel did not give face clothes to wash so we had to get our own. The hotel was very unclean and we found ourselves putting out bags up to ensure no bugs got in it. The pool area bar was not open and not even the bar downstairs where the restaurant was. We were told the restaurant was closed and that bothered us because every-time we travel we are able to enjoy the place we paid to live but that was not the case here. There were even signs up about not eating in your rooms. We have never vacationed and couldn’t eat in our rooms. It’s a vacation where else would we eat. We even tried to contact Expedia to get a refund and find somewhere else to go but once Expedia called they informed that the manager did not speak English. This is the worse hotel we have every stayed in coming out of the country. The only good thing I can say is that the staff was nice and responsive. I think they knew that had to be at least that because the hotel is just unkept. This hotel has so much potential but needs a lot of work. More staff, deep cleaning, and some love in it.

La limpieza del hotel decepcionante No había ni una botella de agua para tomar medicamento No había servicio de restaurante Salí a comer y cuando regrese la puerta principal del hotel cerrada!!! No había nadie y no podíamos entrar! En ningún hotel del mundo cierran! Y solo una persona en recepción La verdad jamás en la vida vuelvo a hospedarme en ese lugar Las fotos mienten!!!!!

READ BEFORE BOOKING! (Feb 15-2024) - Staff at front desk is nice. - location is good (only good thing) - Rooms are terrible, extremely dirty, serious management issues, let's start with the elevator floor tiles are pealing off, room entry door got stuck with floor, floor tiles are separated with big gaps, most floor molding is broken and loose. - Bathroom is even worse, only one towel with stain and holes, we had to call to get more towels, shower was filthy with mold, missing door, Sink had a hole and faucet was loose, we had to call for toilet paper and we had to go to the lobby to get it after waiting a couple hours because they didn't brought it, see pictures for details. - Pool area, you can't see the bottom of the pool and where you can see is peeling off, the outside is destroyed, green carpet is destroyed, this place is a big mess. - The surroundings of the building are unsafe, a lot of homeless people and bad habits issues.

There were homeless people walking around the hotel, people asking for cigarettes, garbege on the floor in the streets, and prostitutes on the corners.

Não havia restaurante como diz o anúncio e para mim que estava sozinha com uma criança, isso fazia diferença. A Internet não funcionou nenhum dos 2 dias. O box do banheiro não tinha portas e não havia nem um sabonete para lavar as mãos. Também ouvia o barulho dos quartos vizinhos. Pontos positivos: funcionários da recepção prestativos e cama confortável
