Room was excellent - clean, big bed, and quiet. Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Appreciated the snacks and drinks in the lobby. Good coffee in the morning. Close to restaurants, shopping and walking distance to sightseeing. Took the train from the airport to Tokyo central station and then a short cab ride to the hotel. Make sure you have the hotel name and location in Japanese in case you get a driver who can not read English.

Right at the end of central shopping street for Ginza, room is clean and comes with a variety of amenities. Lounge had lots of free drinks and snacks which was relevant all day it's open.

The hotel is relatively quiet although only steps from the glitz and sounds of Ginza. The staff is very helpful and considerate. Lacking a dining area, they provide boxed breakfasts to residents in their rooms each morning. These included excellent samples of Japanese classic breakfasts that were delicious and healthy. The proximity to Ginza is a big advantage to this hotel

Brilliant location, large premier rooms at the 3 top floors. This means you get a separate smaller snack area as well as the one on ground floor. Pre hotel always helpful, and stored luggage, helped with printouts etc. walk to anything local you want including high-end shopping.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The nearby Shimbashi station allows transportation anywhere. You can also walk to Ginza for food and shopping. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly. Our favorite things were the morning breakfast and the drink credits.

Great hotel in Ginza area, centrally located near the metro stations (Shimbashi and Ginza stations) and close to many shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, the room was extremely clean. My only gripe was that the bed was too firm, not good for side-sleepers.

We were really impressed with this hotel. This was our first visit to Japan, and we were very happy with the location of this hotel, it's proximity to shopping, sights, and transportation. It is tucked away right off a main street and was incredibly quiet and peaceful at night. The room felt new and luxurious. The bathroom amenities were excellent. The shower was wonderful. We had enough room for our two large suitcase tucked under the desk/tv area. There was in-room coffee, tea, and mini fridge. The Japanese breakfast delivery each morning was so delicious. We were there 4 nights and they switched the breakfast theme every other day, so we had similar breakfast twice but it was so tasty. On the main public level- floor 2 they always had a nice assortment of snacks and beverages, day or night, and 2 (small) glasses of wine or sake per person from 5-10PM nightly. The staff were very professional and polite. We had such a nice experience here I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip to Tokyo. My only recommendation for management is to clean the carpets soon on floor two where people have spilled outside the snack room/lounge.

The Premier room was generously sized, clean and comfortable. Shower was very good. Breakfast served in room, this was very tasty and well presented in a wooden box. Very helpful staff. One of the best features is the lounge which has free tea, coffee, pastries and snacks - plus free sake in the evening! Location is great, step outside the hotel and you're in the main shopping street of Ginza

Great value. It is located in the tail end of Ginza stripe, very walkable to major shopping locations and restaurants, like Ginza six. Great facility in the room. The connecting room is perfect for a family of four. We got four beds, two bathrooms and two TVs. The staff is super helpful and resourceful. Free snacks and drinks! Sake is also free for adults. Although the building is located near the freeway, our room is super quiet. This is a super great deal for a hotel in Ginza. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful spacious room very conveniently located to shop in GINZA. The hotel delivers breakfast to the room alternating between Japanese and western style, neither was very good. The staff were excellent - very helpful, and there were snacks in the lobby.

Das Hotel ist zentral zwischen 2 Bahnstation gelegen, so dass man sehr einfach an die verschiedenen Orte in Tokio gelangt. Zum Hotel an sich sei gesagt, es ist rundum zu empfehlen, mit einer kleinen Einschränkung, es gibt nicht viel Stauraum in den Zimmern.

We had a very enjoyable couple of nights before leaving Tokyo after returning back from Kyoto & Osaka. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay close to the stations but also enjoyed the Ginza district. Loved the complimentary condiments to grab snacks & drinks as we needed. This was a lovely bonus we didn’t know when booking the hotel. Would highly recommend!

Everything is fine except that their mattresses are not comfortable. I also asked about luggage delivery service to another hotel and two staff had told me that there was no same day delivery option so I booked another service myself. When I checked out and told the reception that there will be someone else picking up my luggage, another staff then told they actually do have same-day delivery service. I guess they need to train some of the staff better to avoid providing misinformation.

We stayed four nights here and loved the hotel for its large and well-equipped rooms (Dyson hairdryer, rain shower, humidifier, bath tub, coffee/tea machine, large beds, additional seating area) as well as their lounge next to the reception. Location was perfect with not only the Ginza district next door but also was a short walk to the train station. There was also a convenience store, super market and Don Quixote round the corner. We will definitely be looking to return for another stay!

We stayed four nights here and loved the hotel for its large and well-equipped rooms (Dyson hairdryer, rain shower, humidifier, bath tub, coffee/tea machine, large beds, additional seating area) as well as their lounge next to the reception. Location was perfect with not only the Ginza district next door but also was a short walk to the train station. There was also a convenience store, super market and Don Quixote round the corner. We will definitely be looking to return for another stay!

Excellent property for our family trip to Japan. We stayed at various other properties in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka and this was our favorite! We booked two connecting rooms and had a wonderful stay! Located right on the edge of Ginza, so there are plenty of dining options and world class shopping right next door. It is also only a few blocks away from the metro station so very convenient getting around Tokyo and also going to/from Haneda airport. Rooms were very clean, modern, nice views, comfy beds and pillows. My ONLY negative is that my son lost one of the four room key cards and the hotel charged us 500 yen at checkout for it. I have never had a hotel charge us for a lost key card and we travel all the time. It is a principle thing for me, just silly to charge your customer for a small plastic card that will be deactivated upon checkout anyhow, plus we paid good money to stay at your hotel. But aside from this, I highly recommend and will be glad to stay here again whenever we come back to Tokyo.

Room was excellent - clean, big bed, and quiet. Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Appreciated the snacks and drinks in the lobby. Good coffee in the morning. Close to restaurants, shopping and walking distance to sightseeing. Took the train from the airport to Tokyo central station and then a short cab ride to the hotel. Make sure you have the hotel name and location in Japanese in case you get a driver who can not read English.

Stayed here last year and this year. Very satisfied. I like the size of room. It is spacious and enough for two people. Locations is perfect. Good walking distance from the Shimbashi Station. Family Mart, Don Quijote, and market is available within walking distances. I would love to stay here again once I make a trip to Tokyo, Japan. Highly recommended!

Property had very nice complimentary snack area. Sheets in the bed dont stay on. They dont use fitted sheets. Hotel is located in an awkward spot underneath/beside some highways. But at the end of the main Ginza shopping street

We stayed here for two nights and were satisfied. Hotel has a lounge opened for guests 6:30-22:00, with snacks, beverage, ice cream and etc, very easy for families with kids. Breakfast was sent to the room and was pretty good with an alternative Japanese and Western styles every other day. 2 min walking distance to Ginza shopping area. There’s a grocery and post office around the corner, which are bonus!

Amazing hotel in the heart of a Ginza. Close to Shimbasi makes commuting very easy. The lobby free drinks and snacks is very nice with multiple sake / wine options to select from each day, very generous amount too.

Great hotel, especially for the money. Location is incredible - right in Ginza - lots of shopping and food around and so easily walkable. Easy access to lots of train stations as well. The little snack bar at this hotel was a huge hit with the kids (and parents) - every day after our adventuring around we’d come back for some snacks - mini donuts, cheeses, cookies, ice cream and juices, coffee, beer, soda etc. all free! Rooms were very decent sized for Tokyo. We did get the breakfast in the cute little boxes outside our room every morning, but to be honest - I’d have preferred to just get breakfast from the family mart across the road every day. It was a fun experience and beautifully presented but I just wasn’t a fan on the food most days. Staff were all super lovely and helpful. Would definitely book here again.

Lacking a dining area, they provide boxed breakfasts to residents in their rooms each morning. These included excellent samples of Japanese classic breakfasts that were delicious and healthy. The proximity to Ginza is a big advantage to this hotel

Beautiful spacious room very conveniently located to shop in GINZA. The hotel delivers breakfast to the room alternating between Japanese and western style, neither was very good. The staff were excellent - very helpful, and there were snacks in the lobby.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The nearby Shimbashi station allows transportation anywhere. You can also walk to Ginza for food and shopping. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly. Our favorite things were the morning breakfast and the drink credits.

We were really impressed with this hotel. This was our first visit to Japan, and we were very happy with the location of this hotel, it's proximity to shopping, sights, and transportation. It is tucked away right off a main street and was incredibly quiet and peaceful at night. The room felt new and luxurious. The bathroom amenities were excellent. The shower was wonderful. We had enough room for our two large suitcase tucked under the desk/tv area. There was in-room coffee, tea, and mini fridge. The Japanese breakfast delivery each morning was so delicious. We were there 4 nights and they switched the breakfast theme every other day, so we had similar breakfast twice but it was so tasty. On the main public level- floor 2 they always had a nice assortment of snacks and beverages, day or night, and 2 (small) glasses of wine or sake per person from 5-10PM nightly. The staff were very professional and polite. We had such a nice experience here I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip to Tokyo. My only recommendation for management is to clean the carpets soon on floor two where people have spilled outside the snack room/lounge.

I was in a superior double room for this trip. It was spacious, the bed was massive and i still had a seating area next to the window to have my breakfast. The toilet and shower area were separate but clean and set up nicely. The hotel provided all amenities I would need, toiletries, coffee/tea with makers and the pajamas with slippers. They were comfortable and I enjoyed my time at this hotel as a whole. The lounge area offers small breakfast options to help start your day along with alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages available. I went with the breakfast add on and was pleased with the assortment of foods I was provided each day. They swap between standard western breakfast set and a japanese set each day. Location was perfect for walking to a local izakaya in the middle of the night for all you can drink specials, the Tsukiji Outer Market, and the train station. Highly recommend considering this hotel if youre looking for a quieter area but easy access to the touristy stuff.

The entrance very private wooden like you board up, not see though. Staff are very nice, explain everything in English to you. Room are clean, amenities very to traveler. Late night not sure what to eat , 10 floor have snacks, drinks microwave, wish they have some soup. Love they have the service at hotel ship lugges to other hotel, very good prices. Lobby have quick breakfasts and drinks..I will love to come back here.many shop place near by and easy to take a train. Highly recommended! Extremely comfortable hotel perfectly positioned between the endless food options of Shimbashi and the high-end shopping in Ginza. The complimentary lounges on the 2nd and 10th floors were a massive bonus—brilliantly stocked with hot and cold snacks, plus a great drink selection. It’s an ideal peaceful base to escape the city's hustle, yet Shibuya and Shinjuku are only 15 minutes away by train.
