It was amazing for our family

It was great.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! This is an active construction site! The workers begin promptly before 7:30AM!! There is no break from the drilling, grinding, jack hamming, etc. The day we arrived, the curtains were closed. We opened them up to find three workers outside our balcony on scaffolding, the balcony wrapped in plastic and completely covered in construction debris. The entire 6 days we were here, the balcony was unusable and the construction NEVER stopped! The noise was so excessive, that we couldn’t even hear the television or hold a conversation. The jack hammering NEVER stopped! We could not even escape the noise outside at the pool! This property should never have been listed as an available option for a vacation! I literally cried every day we were there. The management company did nothing to help resolve this, except offer a 250.00 credit. Are you kidding me?!? Their suggestion was to find something fun to do outside of the condo, to get some relief from the noise. We were here for our son’s destination baseball tournament, and some days we would leave at 8:00 AM to head to the fields, and the construction crew had already been working for over. When we would return later that afternoon, hot and sweaty and exhausted from hours of baseball, we couldn’t even relax or take a nap, because the noise was shaking the building! Shameful!! Literally a nightmare!!!

We had a great time, the building was being painted but we never were in the way. The pool and our unit was perfect. I would definitely use this place again.
