Sanctuary by Sirromet is fantastic! From the moment we checked in till when we left everyone made us fell welcomed. The lady at check in was friendly, funny and helpful. Our “glamping” tent had everything you could want or need and was spotless. We stayed in number 17 down on the lake. So peaceful and relaxing. Parking is easy and close to your accommodation. We walked up to the Cellar Door in the afternoon and took advantage of the wine tasting. We only like white wine and they were delicious. We purchased 6 bottles. There are red wines available also. That night we ate at the Tuscan Terrace restaurant. Such a beautiful setting. The food was incredible and the service excellent. A breakfast hamper is normally delivered to your room between 7:30-8am but as we were leaving between these times the staff on check in organised for us to collect our hamper after dinner that night which was very helpful and convenient. Breakfast was impressive. So much food we couldn’t eat it all - cereal, yoghurt, juice, ham & cheese croissants, and muffins. Not much else to say but definitely stay here if you have the opportunity.

Tranquil, restful place to stay, not far from Brisbane but very rural feeling. Loved spending time on the porch overlooking the laguna. Great food options. Enjoyed all the wildlife on the grounds.

I loved how peaceful it was. The politeness of the hotel cleaning crew. The cleanliness of the room. The Harry Potter experience was amazing, I highly recommend doing it if you're staying there. The Tuscan restaurant food was delicious.

What an absolute amazing venue! The wines are fantastic and so delicious, the food in the restaurant is unbelievably good, the service was brilliant and the breakfast was simple, delicious and rounded off perfectly well with the Pinot Noir Chardonnay in the mini bar! We will definitely be back!

The actual whole site was enjoyable. It was like you were staying in the country rather than a short distance from Brisbane. The trees and general wildlife were great.Enjoyed the restraunt.

We stayed for the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest experience, to make it easier for travel. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the property was. The amount of wildlife around. Wallabies, birds, and possums were testimony to how well looked after the grounds are and how safe they all feel. The pavilion we stayed in was perfect! Everything we needed was available, iron, mini bar, instructions and welcome information, as well as private, and lovely shower. The wine tasting we treated ourselves too was really nice! The 2 young lads who helped us pink the wines and shared all their knowledge was fabulous, as we are newbies to the whole experience. We bought 3 bottles of wine by the end! Oops! Thank you to the staff and the lovely receptionist that made sure we had everything we needed for our short but perfect overnight stay.

PAR EXCELLENCE. Tranquil, welcoming, courteous staff and fine breakfast. This is my new favourite place. Hundreds of wallabies everywhere. Don't panic if you are a smoker as you are catered for quite fairly. Let me recommend the cabernet sauvignon at a value price. Someone at this place understands the meaning of good taste. We went in winter and the room temperature was perfect. Housekeeping and security were both extremely polite and efficient. All in all GENIUS. Highly recommended.

What a phenomenal place to stay. Tranquil, clean, modern! Exceeded expectations. Well stocked bathroom and kitchenette. Only downfall was that birds got to our Brekky in the morning, despite being warned! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Beautiful place. Luxury glamping in many ways. Right in the middle of nature and stunningly beautiful. Very good facilities, staff were very helpful. Negatives - sound carries so sadly if you have a noisy neighbour you hear everything…no wifi when we there. all told lovely place. Just aim to be on your own in terms of neighbours if you can

Glamping at Sirromet was exciting. Something different for us and we loved it. Hamper breakfast was the best and the peace and quiet with perfect views topped it off.

Beautiful tent rooms. All you could need. No TV but that was fine. It is a eco place. Breakfast was a little different to what i expected. Bacon or sausage Muffins and cake.

So the accommodation is spectacular. Lovely safari tents around a small lake with amazing views and wildlife all around you. Unfortunately the breakfast on offer has gone down in quality. It used to be bought to your room early in the morning, now you trudge upto the cellar door for a stale piece of cake, two small pieces of fruit a single coffee and either barely cooked bacon and eggs or a mere scrape of avacado on toast. Don't ask for butter as it doesn't exist and salt or pepper is fetched with much huffing and puffing. So. Great views food in the restaurant is average at best and breakfast is #crap. Pity

We stayed for the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest experience, to make it easier for travel. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the property was. The amount of wildlife around. Wallabies, birds, and possums were testimony to how well looked after the grounds are and how safe they all feel. The pavilion we stayed in was perfect! Everything we needed was available, iron, mini bar, instructions and welcome information, as well as private, and lovely shower. The wine tasting we treated ourselves too was really nice! The 2 young lads who helped us pink the wines and shared all their knowledge was fabulous, as we are newbies to the whole experience. We bought 3 bottles of wine by the end! Oops! Thank you to the staff and the lovely receptionist that made sure we had everything we needed for our short but perfect overnight stay.

We had been there before for wine tasting. Thought we would try the accomodation. It was a bit like glamping but very comfortable and roomy. Had dinner at the restaurant which wad beautiful. The only drawback was, even though we were given instructions to get to the accomodation, we ended up having a self drive tour around the property. In the end a staff member had us follow him in his tractor! A few arrows on posts would help.

I was again disappointed by the very poor quality of the breakfast, for the premium that we pay for the nights accomodation at this location you would think that they would provide a better option that a hamper that you have to make yourself! You see the night before the VIP guests at the Tuscan terrace getting special treatment and you cannot provide a cooked breakfast for 18 cabins that are paying a premium to stay at your venue for 1 night. Extremely disapointed. I was pleased that we were given transport to and from the cabins concert grounds, this is a definite improvement on last year, however I feel that there should be a seperate gate that we should be able to go through so there is no queueing for us! Your response would be appreciated.

Sanctuary by Sirromet is fantastic! From the moment we checked in till when we left everyone made us fell welcomed. The lady at check in was friendly, funny and helpful. Our “glamping” tent had everything you could want or need and was spotless. We stayed in number 17 down on the lake. So peaceful and relaxing. Parking is easy and close to your accommodation. We walked up to the Cellar Door in the afternoon and took advantage of the wine tasting. We only like white wine and they were delicious. We purchased 6 bottles. There are red wines available also. That night we ate at the Tuscan Terrace restaurant. Such a beautiful setting. The food was incredible and the service excellent. A breakfast hamper is normally delivered to your room between 7:30-8am but as we were leaving between these times the staff on check in organised for us to collect our hamper after dinner that night which was very helpful and convenient. Breakfast was impressive. So much food we couldn’t eat it all - cereal, yoghurt, juice, ham & cheese croissants, and muffins. Not much else to say but definitely stay here if you have the opportunity.

PAR EXCELLENCE. Tranquil, welcoming, courteous staff and fine breakfast. This is my new favourite place. Hundreds of wallabies everywhere. Don't panic if you are a smoker as you are catered for quite fairly. Let me recommend the cabernet sauvignon at a value price. Someone at this place understands the meaning of good taste. We went in winter and the room temperature was perfect. Housekeeping and security were both extremely polite and efficient. All in all GENIUS. Highly recommended.

I loved how peaceful it was. The politeness of the hotel cleaning crew. The cleanliness of the room. The Harry Potter experience was amazing, I highly recommend doing it if you're staying there. The Tuscan restaurant food was delicious.

So the accommodation is spectacular. Lovely safari tents around a small lake with amazing views and wildlife all around you. Unfortunately the breakfast on offer has gone down in quality. It used to be bought to your room early in the morning, now you trudge upto the cellar door for a stale piece of cake, two small pieces of fruit a single coffee and either barely cooked bacon and eggs or a mere scrape of avacado on toast. Don't ask for butter as it doesn't exist and salt or pepper is fetched with much huffing and puffing. So. Great views food in the restaurant is average at best and breakfast is #crap. Pity

What an absolute amazing venue! The wines are fantastic and so delicious, the food in the restaurant is unbelievably good, the service was brilliant and the breakfast was simple, delicious and rounded off perfectly well with the Pinot Noir Chardonnay in the mini bar! We will definitely be back!

You could dine at restaurant or eat casual snacks, taste, drink and buy wine, wander around and spot wallabies and curlews hear frogs in the pond and stay in comfy, cozy glamping pavillion tents. My only negative was that despite being in a quiet, private and spacious location you could hear road noise in the accomodation. Every staff member we spoke to was polite, helpful and attentive and provided great service. Prices for food and drinks were not overinflated. We got a great rate staying on a Sunday night. Was a relaxing different overnight stay. Definitely plan to return again.

Rooms were clean and beds and pillows very comfortable. Very quiet and homely in a bush setting with lots of beautiful wildlife. The surrounds make it a pleasant environment for morning walks, plenty to see and explore. Breakfast was included and their menu provided plenty of options. Restaurants were great with excellent customer service and food was delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely return again. Our stay was very positive and only a short drive to local shops.

Staff support terrible communication. Website said one thing but staff say another. I seek clarification and told oh yeah that's not updated. Our hrs menus etc changed. We made bookings and paid for it online too be told that's not available anymore. what was supposed to be a romantic weekend away for a engagement proposal was a complicated disaster.we were planning on having our wedding here but after our experience we will be looking elsewhere
