3days no hot water, no matience, moved new room, hot water in first unit fixed10 min went to pay extra day told had toove out for resv). Moved 3rd time. Checked later nunit emtyall night

Great place for a family has a full size refrigerator and a stove top to save money on your trip

There were items that were cracked, dinged, broken in the room. The desk people did not know if there were pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates available for the suite rooms. We had to wait for the manager to get on property. The power went out in our room and no one on property could assist. My family had to sit in a room with no air conditioning for a little over and hour. Again, we had to wait for the manager to get on property to fix it. There is no employee empowerment on property.

The people were nice. Check-in was late due to room not being available as housekeeping staff was short but when I got to the room it was good. Condition set up appropriately but you could tell the property was a little aged. Air conditioning was great. Pool was right outside my door which I really liked a lot

The online did not tell me that there will be a deposit of 100$. The rooms were ditty. The staff had to change my room 2 times during checking me in I was very tired from my job but could not cause they had to clean the rooms for me overall stay was bad adjacent hotel guess we're yelling out side and talking to themselves as if they were on some sort of drugs I wanted to relax in pool and hot suna but the water was green

Room was spacious and relatively clean. The kitchenette was great to have. At times it was noisy during the day.

Fridge didn't work, roaches in the room, toilet lid broken, toilet didn't flush all the time.

The hot tub was not working. The stove did not work told the staff they did not do anything and never got pots and pans, which would’ve not did me any good because the stove did not work

Unfortunately, this stay was not very successful; - no closing of the bathtub - despite information about the kitchen, no tools, plates, etc - no kitchen basket - no disposable towel, wipes - no soap SORRY

This property was not correctly portrayed on the Expedia website. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, had burn holes in the bedsheets, and bugs running around in the room. There were no cooking supplies for the kitchenette .

Was horrible to get into the room and the romm was dirty, and looks in use and a lot of cockroaches around. The bathroom has towels on the floor, used soaps, incredible dirty, unable to use, so i called front desk and the guy changed us to another room, same thing, like a used room, with hairs on the beds, cockroaches and used towels too. First time in a motel 6 with this bad experience. The place is the dirtiest where I have spent a night. Over all you paid $100 that will be back in your account between 5-10 days. The rest of the studio is also dirty, the fridge and microwave, you dont have coffe maker or anything like that and they offered coffee or tea just in the mornings. Well, and of course a lot of homeless around but was worse to sleep in a dirty place. The sheets also had cigarette holes and was a non smoke room. One of the beds was okay, the other one you had to use just the middle part if not you could fell down. Use it just if its an emergency!

So many roaches! We stopped counting after 30. I have stayed in hotels in 54 countries and I am ashamed that this was found in the USA. Additionally, the floors were black with grime. I walked from the shower to the bed and noticed that my feet were actually black! I had to use a towel to scrub them clean just to put back in my shoes. I was offered another room, but it was exactly the same: roaches and filthy floors. The internet was also non-existent. The manager just shook his head and said "Yes, it's a problem." And to end the stay on a final horrible note, the full-sized refrigerator was not working at all. My food was warmer in the morning than it would have been in my cooler. This was simply a terrible place to stay.

Room was roach infested and not clean

This motel seems to have qhetto residents living there. Upon entering my room I noticed small roaches crawling on the floor. I then returned to the office and requested for a new room only to be disappointed the second room given to me had roaches too. I ended up canceling my stay with no problems.

Two of three towels were stained and did not appear laundered after whatever they were stained with. Trash had been collected in large bags from rooms, and left leaning against one trash can outside the entrance to my room overnight. The room was very rundown looking with soiled paint, a bedside table that was falling off its wall anchors, greasy, smudged countertops, and the bathtub had a chipped failing surface paint job with blackened, moldy caulking around it. I would not stay here again at any price.

Staff was decent, and stay room was okay. Just wish it was much more clean. The microwave and fridge was very dirty. Room smells like smoke.

Multiple roaches & flies in room, water spillage in area in front of door, didn’t use shower for how unsanitary it looked & roaches were crawling out of it & on floor. Comforter had cigarette butt burns on it & it stunk so bad of smoke as soon as we walked in despite being a non-smoking room. Fridge didn’t keep items cool at all & no light for kitchenette stovetop. Bathroom door did not close at all & there was no iron & ironing board which was disappointing. Towels seemed threadbare & not much provided in amenities. Guests across from me were in a yelling match when i arrived to my room & thankfully the deadbolt did work. Lots of homeless & sketchy people nearby smoking or littering & felt unsafe walking alone even to the dumpster. There was also a dog that followed me to my room to try to get inside, think it was the cleaning lady’s dog or a stray, thankfully he was small & nice but probably a hazard for those with allergies. Booked online & was a $100 security deposit when you check in; wish that was stated online too. All and all will definitely only book hotels now.

When we arrived there was lots of homeless outside and the smell of weed was so strong around the property. The bathroom door had chipped wood corners. Nasty red stains on wall. The ceiling and walls had lots of flies. And the floor had cockroaches. They’re no shampoo and conditioners. The sheets had hair and stains. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Okay, first off here, before I even checked in, I was outside smoking and wanted to be sure to keep away from the entrance. So, I, at first, was standing in a decorative patch of large gravel stones. I immediately looked down as I was about to set down my bags, and noticed the ground was MOVING with these strange bugs ALL OVER! So, I got the creeps right off the bat and moved to the pavement instead! Then, upon check-in, I immediately noticed these other BED BUGS ON THE FLOOR! AT FIRST, A COUPLE, THEN, I KEPT FINDING MORE... I didn't find any in the raised beds, so, as I was exhausted from the two day long bus trip, I figured what the hell, I guess I'll be okay for this ONE NIGHT. Then, I turned off the lights. I got back up and turned on the light to go out for one final smoke before bed, Ave these need bugs were SWARMING THE FLOORS! JUST OMFG! SO, I slept with a light on to keep them away, so just too exhausted to ask to switch to an upstairs room or something. I am disabled, and was on a ton of pain, so I just left the light on and as there still were none in the beds, I went to sleep. I didn't take any photos or video, but looking back, I wish that I had and asked for a refund. I'm STILL angry and disgusted by the entire experience! I will say that the staff at the counter allowed me to check-in a bit early, and didn't require a security deposit, either. So that much was nice! Housekeeping did open my door while I was on the toilet 20 minutes before checkout, though...

Disgusting room (non smoking) but cigarette burns in the comforter, trash on the floor under the desk. TV busted in top, ghetto area. Nothing “studio” about this place

The room I stayed in was next to the staircase and every time someone walked down those stairs the entire room shock as if there was an earthquake

This is not an extended stay hotel. This is a motel 6 with a lot of homeless traffic coming through the area and a lot of people living out of the hotel on top of the hotel room stay you have to pay $100 cash in incident fee. The guest next to our room were loud yelling cursing fighting partying until about 4 AM. The rooms were dirty. We were missing a knob from our stove top. There were no trash cans in the bathroom or in the hotel room. We booked 2 rooms and they only had one room available. The other room did not become available until 8 PM that night five hours after check-in time

To start this was the WORST place looking outside it looks like you want to run. Very misleading from the pictures on your site. The first room they gave us had so many flies inside and the bedspread had mold spots on it the size of quarters. Then the second room was even worse. There was no hot water no matter how long we let it run, microwave was rust and peeling on the inside, stove had no knobs to eve use it, refrigerator didn’t get cold and the freezer was only as cold as the refrigerator should have been. Holes in the blankets, broken furniture, and TV never worked, phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk. Walked down there and was told that the TV and phone would work after 10 mins which never happened and that he would call me on the phone that didn’t work to see if it was working yet. Was told to talk to the manager in the morning. That next morning got to speak to the manager who apologized then said he would give us 20% off on our next stay. I kindly told him we would NEVER stay there again. I have taken pictures of all of this.

There were people playing loud music. People hanging out in the parking lot. Also, vagrants hanging out in the parking lot. And kids playing in the parking lot. I felt unsafe there.

Room was a disaster and everything falling apart. Noise was horrible. You could hear upstairs banging and walking around all the time. It was not a good place to get sleep thats for sure

It was good enough to come sleep. Looks like people live here so they’re a little comfortable and loud, but was just like watching TV trying to sleep.

They didnt let me check in after i reached at 11pm after driving 300 miles. They said that was just a booking and not a confirmation and they are not liable to accept my booking through this all.i want all my money back and want you to take actions for this cheating. They should get penalized for that

The motel was fine. Easy parking and convenient shopping near by. Motel 6 all for a $100 deposit. That's OK. The problem is the $100 deposit has not been refunded. I stayed overnight Oct 14th. As of Oct 26th, i have not received a refund of the $100 deposit. I called the manager and he assured me that it will process in the next 5 days. Still waiting......

For the thrifty traveler, this place could look appealing. Don't be fooled. I had an 8 night stay. The extent of the housekeeping services I received consisted of one visit 5 nighta into my stay when I wasn't able to vacate my room at the time. No offer to come back later, though that would have been sorely needed based on the 5 cockroaches I saw in my room during the course of my stay. The only upside was the free coffee in the morning. That was the only freebie. There wasn't even shampoo in the room. While it's not the establishment's fault, the other clientele were rather sketchy. I had people knocking on my door at all hours of the night on several occasions. As a solo female traveler, it definitely did not feel like a safe place. I asked at least twice to at least be placed in something other than a ground floor unit. The front desk staff told me on both day 1 and day 2 that they'd let me know when I could get a second floor room. Needless to say, I never heard a peep from them. All in all, while it at least provided a roof above my head, this would not be a place I would recommend by any means.

Hotel was fine but when i checked in their system was down no biggie until I get a call from the manager in the middle of the night telling me I haven't paid for the room. I did nothing wrong and told him I'd be in in the morning. Well he called again early morning again disrupting my sleep because their system was down. So not happy

Staff was above and beyond amazing and helpful, however room had some roaches and wall under the counter seating had stains on the walls. The friendly and helpful staff are what made it an overlal good experience

Dont appreciate the manager (dennis) coming to my room to ask me why i gave the cleanliness rating 1 star. I wasnt dressed and demanding i open the door more when i have it cracked to speak to him is inappropriate. I'm not fully dressed!!!! He didnt come in a concerning manner. Came in a rude condescending manner. We dont bother no one or cause any problems here. We spend almost 4k a month to be here and the way dennis speaks to me is beyond inappropriate. Do better bro. Everyone else is great.

Staff was great rooms ready and clean everybody friendly

We had a reservation for two beds. When we arrived, they only had rooms with one bed. Don't know how you can have a reservation and not have the room available when you arrive. The desk clerk was extremely unhelpful and had no options for us. So we left. Hope Orbitz will refund our paid money since the room we reserved was not available.

Pretty quiet a lot of food places around

Right next to 41 if you need to get to Fresno or Coarsegold. Free hot coffee in the morning next to reception.

There are a bunch of drug dealers in the area, definitely do not recommend this place.

Hotel sits behind a Jack-N-Box, & Starbucks, with a lot of homeless people hanging around smoking and drinking .

The area is very ghetto. There’s a lot of drug dealing, constant traffic, very dirty, smells like cigarettes, things broken, and damaged and missing from the room.

Convenient access to freeway and services. Good value for the discounted price.

So many homeless people hanging out and camping out. Grounds felt dirty and unwelcoming and unsafe. Super disappointed.

We didn’t even stay as planned. The property was full of druggies and transients. We didn’t even go into the room before we cancelled. Sorry Hotel for the bad rap. We felt unsafe.

I was drawn to this hotel because of the low rate ($115/night) and decent reviews, but the reality was that place is a dump - It was like a movie scene at a shady hotel where drug deals go down and this is the vibe. Homeless looking people walking throughout the grounds looking like they are under the influence, one loitering in the lobby. Saddening really. The entire length of the check-in counter was shielded with plexi glass if that says anything. The walkways and steps leading to the room were grimy. Our non-smoking room wreaked of air freshener that could not mask evidence of past smokers. My family did not feel safe here. The gentlemen at the deck was courteous and kindly have us a refund.
