A very comfortable and friendly place to stay outside the centre but walking distance to all the main sights. Plenty of nice restaurants within a block or two from the expensive upcoming chef tasting menu type to the excellent (inexpensive but imaginative) Rakor which we wish would open a branch near where we live! Very comfortable and well appointed modern rooms and a very good choice of breakfast items in a pleasant courtyard.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and two children. We rented the two-room apartment, which was great. My kids had their own room and bathroom so they didn't disturb us and we didn't disturb them. The kitchenette was well stocked, though we didn't eat in as much as we thought we would. There is a grocery store right around the corner so you could make every meal in the room if you wanted. The breakfast was fantastic. There aren't a lot of breakfast options nearby so having breakfast provided was a big plus. The staff was exceedingly polite and helpful. They were kind enough to call our car rental agency for me to get some information since I don't speak Greek. The hotel isn't in a particularly busy part of the city, which is nice because it isn't very loud outside. It is about 3/4 of a mile walk to Monastiraki Square which takes about 15 minutes. The two closest metro stations on the green and red lines are both about 10 minute walks. Parking was also a huge positive. There is virtually no parking available on the street so the hotel's private garage was indispensable. It is underground and can only be accessed when the front desk is manned which didn't present us with any problems. We had a great time and this will be our first choice of places to stay if we return.

This was a cute hotel to stay at. We got in early after a bit before the official check in and they accommodated us by getting the room ready earlier. This was so appreciated as we needed a quick snap before exploring the city. The staff was so incredibly kind. We left early for our ferry and they prepared us to go boxes for our travels since we would be missing the breakfast. Speaking of which was actually great! The court yard was so charming. The hotel is located in a great area to access the classic tourist attractions. A 15 minute walk to areas like Psiri and Plaka and just a bit further to the Acropolis. We only took one route which was less than ideal in terms of safety but it was out of the way to get to the closet ATM. We otherwise mostly felt safe walking and the area was quiet enough for easy sleeping.

Great one night stay at this property. It was quiet and conveniently walkable to train stations. We also walked to the pantheon (about 30 min one way). The only gripe was the wifi was not consistent at the end-rooms of the hall. Each hall has their own wifi. Regardless, the room was great and bed comfortable. Loads of amenities in the studio and they were able to get us a breakfast box since we left at 5:30AM. I would easily stay here again when in Athens.

Très bel hôtel (malgré le quartier) situé àune dizaine de minutes du centre d'Athènes. Chambre studio très confortable et un petit petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu de très bons conseils. Nos petits - : Quelques soirées un peu bruyantes à cause du bar près de l'hôtel et le personnel qui ne parlait que l'anglais alors que d'autres langues étaient indiquées dans le descriptif. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

The room was amazing! Spacious and clean. The staff was perfect - so nice and helpful. We were given an upgraded room and the balcony was HUGE! Lots of restaurants close by (Steve’s Athens is just around the corner and down a little ways and it is delicious!). Drinks and snacks available nearby in a couple little shops as well. We were very pleased with our stay!

We really enjoyed our short stay at Estia. It was brilliant value for money: the property is clean, quiet, and has a very comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast had a lot of variety and we were offered a takeaway box if we had to leave early which was a nice touch. We've stayed in the Kerameikos area previously and know we really like it - it feels like an authentic neighbourhood where the locals go, but is super walkable to the city centre.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Estia. It was brilliant value for money: the property is clean, quiet, and has a very comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful. The room was clean and in good functioning order. Only minor item was the location was not as ideally suited to the city center as we were hoping so we just had to walk a little more each day to get to the sights.

Great little hotel, amazing breakfast served daily. Room was extremely clean, came with a free bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The hotel is close to metro stop, about 700 meters. The front staff was EXTREMELY friendly and super helpful. Would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family and I would stay again.

The staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was so delicious!!! My room was beautiful, clean and modern. I had a wonderful stay and it was so reasonable for what I got.

Beautiful apartment hotel. Decorated with taste. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is terrific and starts at 7:30. We didn’t hear a sound inside the hotel but outdoors could be a bit noisy. It’s a 30 minutes walk to the Acropolis. Better take a taxi. About 15 Minutes walk to the “Plaka”.

We loved the team members, food and location of the facility. We did feel the area invited I higher level of homelessness which makes you a bit uncomfortable at night if walking. Additionally, the bedroom was right off the main street. The bedroom needs blackout curtains to eliminate the lighting from the building outside. You felt like your sleeping with a light shining on you.

We stayed there in mid-September 2023. The room was clean and very comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great. However, the apartment was very noisy during the weekend nights. Although the room windows are effective on muffling normal street noise, they are not sufficient in blocking out loud sound of motocycles coming and going from nearby bars/restaurants which open till 2 am. It may be a good idea to request a room away from the street if you are going to stay over weekends.

Katerina and the rest of the front desk crew were absolutely amazing from the time we booked. They were extremely responsive and proactive regarding our stay, including providing a pillow menu! They were proactive regarding transportation needs and also made the perfect restaurantrecommendations based on our needs. We felt warm safe and comfortable. Breakfast exceeded our expectations in terms of choices, freshness and taste. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained. My daughter fell ill and needed an antibiotic, and they were extremely helpful in guiding us and following up to make sure she was feeling better. Upon arriving via taxi to the hotel, the area has a lot of graffiti, appears rundown and somewhat dirty but once you enter the hotel, you feel like you are in a different world. I wanted to say that I felt unsafe. However, it was really just the look outside the hotel that threw me off. We walked to Plaka every day and every night and never once did we feel unsafe and this is coming from someone who lives in New York City and rides the transit system. The morning of our checkout we had an early ferry ride and we’re pleasantly surprised to receive a delicious boxed breakfast to take with us on the ferry. It really was the perfect ending to a wonderful stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here the price is right.

The morning of our checkout we had an early ferry ride and we’re pleasantly surprised to receive a delicious boxed breakfast to take with us on the ferry. It really was the perfect ending to a wonderful stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here the price is right.

We enjoyed our stay att this hotel very much. The staff was super helpful and polite, breakfast was good and the room was clean. The beds are very comfortable and we loved the pillows. Our only thought about our room was that if your body is of a larger size the bathroom will feel very tight since the door opens inwards. But the shower and bathroom was in good condition. The hotel is located a short walk from monastaraki and has many nice and cool restaurants/bars close. We higly recomend this hotel.

This property was perfect for our weekend stay. The studio room was on floor 1. Perfect for a couple. Breakfast was very good. The fresh orange juice was simply amazing. The front desk was the best. Very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend this place. Plenty of dinning options in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Estia Boutique Apartments. The room, staff, and amenities were spectacular and would highly recommend to all visiting Athens, be it for one day or multiple. We wish we could have stayed longer, and greatly appreciate the assistance the staff provided in making dinner reservations, organizing airport transfers, and shipping an item that was left behind. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Greece!

I can’t say enough on what a GREAT stay we had here! The hotel was clean and spacious for what is normally in Europe. The best part was the staff! The are super friendly, they know each guest by name and make you feel like you’re part of their family.

What stands out about Estia Boutique Apartments are the staff! They go beyond “above and beyond”, taking you and your stay very seriously. We had accommodations made for our nutritional needs (gluten and dairy free options that were homemade!), recommendations for things to do and places to see that were off the beaten path, friendliness and conversation at every interaction…from every staff member! A truly memorable stay and experience.

Établissement franchement très bien. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Petit dejeuner maison au top. Mais 2 notes négatives à considérer : on entend beaucoup le bruit de la rue le soir et la nuit. Le quartier est sale, on y trouve quelques seringues par terre et des maisons closes. Cependant en journée pas d’insécurité et sa proximité avec l’acropole et l’agora est très appréciable.

This was a cute hotel to stay at. We got in early after a bit before the official check in and they accommodated us by getting the room ready earlier. This was so appreciated as we needed a quick snap before exploring the city. The staff was so incredibly kind. We left early for our ferry and they prepared us to go boxes for our travels since we would be missing the breakfast. Speaking of which was actually great! The court yard was so charming. The hotel is located in a great area to access the classic tourist attractions. A 15 minute walk to areas like Psiri and Plaka and just a bit further to the Acropolis. We only took one route which was less than ideal in terms of safety but it was out of the way to get to the closet ATM. We otherwise mostly felt safe walking and the area was quiet enough for easy sleeping.

Very nice property in an area that was a little disappointing. The amount of graffiti alone all around the neighborhood was enough to make us uncomfortable. Otherwise it was great.

This was a lovely homey property on a quiet residential street in Athens. All the sites are walkable, and there is public transport nearby. I loved that it was in a "real" neighbourhood not overrun by tourists. I don't understand other reviews complaining about the neighbourhood - I thought it was lovely and always felt very safe. Great authentic dining nearby too.

Wonderful staff and clean rooms. The nearby areas were dirty (hypodermic needle dirty) and numerous people asking for money on our walk to lunch. I would not recommend this area to walk-in, rather take a taxi.

10/10 stars! We highly recommend this property. The staff are outstanding providing exemplary customer service and go above and beyond and are very informative and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful! All home made. The room itself looks brand new: its super clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is well located in walking distance to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have found this accommodation. Only minor feedback would be an improvement in the breakfast boxes for early flights. They were not substantial enough. Thank you.

Excellent apartment with a great location. The staff, especially, Marina, were very helpful, cheerful, and attentive. The greek breakfast was fantastic - yogurt, fruits, various breads, etc. The room itself was quite neat and clean. Highly recommend it!

We loved our stay. We arrived late as our flight was delayed and made a wrong turn coming out of the metro so we arrived exhausted at the hotel but the evening woman (I forgot her name) was wonderful and helpful. She provided us a map with key things to see. We were starving and she made a few suggestions and called to make sure they were open. Her recommendations were excellent. The room is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. You have everything g you need and it’s a quiet hotel. We stayed 2 nights and our towels were changed and everything was tidied up. We enjoyed the included breakfast which will please a variety of tastes. The staff was also very attentive. I strongly recommend if you don’t mind walking a bit to get to all the sightseeing you need to to do in Athens.

I can’t say enough about Estia boutique apartments! This was my first trip to Greece and checking in was my first stop. Katarina greeted us at the door and the experience was amazing from there. She and the other lady who work the front desk are sooo nice and helpful. From giving us recommendations for dinner to calling our transportation. I don’t know what these ladies make, but they deserve a raise! Breakfast was nice and the staff also made us fresh squeezed oranges. Delicious! The room is also nice and cozy and the shower is magnificent. Spa quality. I recommend staying here to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you so much!!!
