Très bon séjour, bien acceuillis par l'hôte, très bien placé à proximité immédiate du centre, petite terrasse bien sympathique au calme, seul bémol : le partage des commodités, la cuisine n'est pas un problème, mais la salle de bains un peu plus, d'autant que les wc sont dedans, même si la sdb est grande ... agréable douche néanmoins.

This was the perfect stay for our trip to Lisbon. The staff greeted us with ease and pleasure and made us feel incredibly welcome. The location could not be better in terms of being able to walk to all the places we wanted to see and experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet. Will be returning here next trip to Lisbon.

There was a mildewy smell in the unit. I was unable to sleep and my throat became irritated. I looked for the source and found black mold growing on the wall in the unit (suite) bathroom. There was also black mold in the hallway bathroom which is shared by 2 other units (suites). This much visible black mold growth means there are high levels of airborne spores on that floor which is shared by 4 units. This is not a hotel, but rather a floor with rooms essentially "rented" out. I reported the problem to the owner. The owner told Hotels.com (Expedia) he would "remedy" the problem. I was asked to wait for hours for him. He sent a woman who took videos of the mold. She was on speaker phone with the owner. He asked, "Is she leaving?" The woman said, "Yes." The owner said, "Good." I was to stay there 3 nights. I could not stay beyond 1 night given the overgrowth of black mold and the impact on my health. The owner REFUSED to refund the 2 nights which would have been responsible and reasonable. In addition, the owner lied to Hotels.com and me. He did not "REMEDY" the problem as he told Hotels.com. Pictures of the black mold are attached as well as my communication with the owner to which he did not respond in writing. This was a horrible experience.
