Casa do Salgueiral Douro

The staff is amazing, the breakfast is good, the pool is as per picture :) The village is fair as most of the villages in the Douro area.

Estadia incrível! Recepção muito atenciosa, quarto limpo e confortável, o hotel é esteticamente lindo, parece aquelas casas de filme, muito fofo! Café da manhã ótimo, lugar silencioso e super acolhedor. Parecia que tínhamos o hotel só pra gente, piscina vazia e um clima adorável. Nao tem estacionamento, mas na rua do hotel tem um supermercado onde tem convênio com o hotel e podemos colocar lá sem taxa alguma. Voltarei com certeza!

Cute boutique hotel. Easy walk to restaurants etc. Room at back side was a bit noisy due to being right at the road.

A bit confusing at check in because the person giving us directions spoke limited English, but once inside they were very pleasant! Room was outstanding, great views and very spacious !!

Anna was the most helpful accommodating hostess. The property was a bit difficult to find but once we found it it was amazing. A bit difficult for parking but we are finding that to be a problem all over Portugal. We would be happy to stay again 😊
