Basic but accessible hotel. The rooms are small but reasonable, I find it a shame there is no free water on arrival at the room. The bed linen is not good quality so expect to sweat a lot! The breakfast is poor value, there is very little choice really. The orange juice machine has a thick layer of dust and the coffee is pretty awful. It is not bad value for Zurich.. and the shower was powerful and warm. Take it for what it is, pretty basic but does enough for a few days. On balance, the staff are very helpful and pleasant. I found that to be the best feature of the hotel.

The best part of the stay is it has AC while many others in the same range don't. Its close to the airport in 10-15mins drive depending on the time of the day. I would prefer to find a street parking then a overnight 21 CHF. Which is for cheaper than one of the other one where we were charged 36. Breakfast not included but you can pay extra. Beds were 2 small and feel like you can fall from it in the night. Good cheap option for a night stay but not more.

Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ohne gehobene Ansprüche eine gute Adresse. Sauberkeit und Zimmer sind super. Beim Parkplatz wurde es etwas spannender: in der Beschreibung vom Hotel heisst es, es gebe keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Meiner Frau wurde dann ein Parkplatz für Fr. 20.-/Tag in Aussicht gestellt - erste Verwirrung. Schliesslich haben wir uns selbst umgesehen, einen der wenigen öffentlichen Parkplätze gefunden und dort für <5.- Fr. für 16h parkiert. An der Reception war man sehr erstaunt über unseren "Mut" dieser Parkplatzsuche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok. Grundsätzlich gibt es eine eigentlich gute Auswahl, bei Schokodrinks gibt es dann aber ein "sorry" auf einer netten Notiz, die Fruchtsäfte waren SEHR wässrig und definitiv kein Schmaus.

Meget bra hotell med gode senger, god aircondition og veldig hyggelige ansatte. Vi bodde der 2 netter mens vi utforsket Zürich. Praktisk beliggenhet mtp offentlig transport, stille og rolig område.

Attention situé en zone d affaires il n'y a que 3 places municipale payantes via easypark dans la rue donc de 7h a 19h sinon tout le reste est privé et l'hôtel facture 20 francs suisses le parking par nuit. Sinon propre personnel disponible petit dej correct pour la gamme d'hôtel. Complètement excentré si vous n'avez pas de voiture

The customer service was excellent. The staff is very friendly and available 24/7. Upon entering my room, there was a slight cigarette smoke odor that did not go away. After the first night, my bathroom had a consistent strong sewage odor most likely coming from the shower drain. There must be a defect with the plumbing to allow that odor to come through. Room 525 to be exact. I was out and about most of the day so I didn’t bother to bring it up to pack up and move to another room which may have similar issues. Aside from that, these rooms are simple and efficient for travelers. Breakfast was not included in the base price. Personally, I would spend a little bit extra on a bigger chain hotel that included breakfast. The mall was across the street so I ate breakfast there which was cheaper than the hotel’s daily rate.

I searched for properties that had a restaurant onsite, so I come down and get food and go back up. This one came up in the results, however, there’s no restaurant or bar. They only serve breakfast. You have to walk to a nearby mall (via a wooded alley) if you want lunch or dinner or snacks. As someone who was planning a quiet, lowkey visit with convenience, this was disappointing. The room wasn’t clean and the blankets had stains that looked like red and blue ink. The sink in the bathroom flooded onto the floor because it didn’t drain well.

Bathroom was very clean! And the room had beautiful big windows with a quiet view to the park. Unfortunately, the walls seem to be very thin, i could hear someone talk on the phone in the room above. Breakfast was very underwhelming wouldn't recommend. Stay was overall very good anyways and location is very practical!

Small room and the bed was terrible. A flat piece of wood with a madras that had no movement. And duves 1 cm thick so bad sleep for 3 nights. Bathroom was ok standard. Breakfast was continental and was ok. Checkin was fast. But proper sleep is most important for me.

Wonderful staff allowed us to check out bags at the hotel early to explore the city while we waited to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hotel is connected to the city center through both tram and train lines, and we were able get between the city center and the hotel multiple times a day to rest and change. Breakfast was filling and well done. Will absolutely consider staying again if visiting Zürich.

Loved our stay here. Very close walkable distance to train station. Helpful and friendly staff. Walkable distance to mall, restaurants and stores. AC worked terrific in 90 degree weather. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Felt very safe and comfortable here.

En lineas generales bueno, el personal de la recepción es amable y gentil, los encargados de servir el desayuno descortéses, no hacen un miserable favor com regalar un poco de hielo, lo niegan habiendo maquina en el hotel, deberían cambiarlos, dañan la imagen del hotel cuando el resto del personal tratan de hacer agradable la estadía.

meget langsommelig tjek ind som først åbner klokken 14, hvilket betød en lang kø og tre personer bag skranken, en tjekkede ind, de to andre kiggede på en skærm, efter noget tid hjalp den ene dog med indtjekning.

The property exterior and lobby are clean. I appreciated that the bathroom and shower were in a separate room as most European hotels don't have that. However, the room only included 1 small towel and 2 body towels, and the hotel does not replace these throughout your stay, nor do they clean the room daily. No face towels or hand towels. Bed only came with 2 pillows and when requested for extra pillows, they gave us 2 very flat and smelly throw pillows with pillowcases over it. The design of the shower makes the floor of the entire bathroom wet, so we asked for 1 extra towel. The towel was never given. Almost no English channels are on the television, and the chromecast is not useable. The staff were pleasant but were not accommodating.

However, the room only included 1 small towel and 2 body towels, and the hotel does not replace these throughout your stay, nor do they clean the room daily. No face towels or hand towels. The 19 CHF breakfast is good but s bit pricey. But I do like starting my day off with breakfast. Close to mall, train, tram and bus. Easy to get to Zurich HB and airport. I would definitely stay here again. Economical. Staff kind and professional. Not luxury but you have everything you need close by!

Attention situé en zone d affaires il n'y a que 3 places municipale payantes via easypark dans la rue donc de 7h a 19h sinon tout le reste est privé et l'hôtel facture 20 francs suisses le parking par nuit. Sinon propre personnel disponible petit dej correct pour la gamme d'hôtel. Complètement excentré si vous n'avez pas de voiture

Wonderful staff allowed us to check out bags at the hotel early to explore the city while we waited to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hotel is connected to the city center through both tram and train lines, and we were able get between the city center and the hotel multiple times a day to rest and change. Breakfast was filling and well done. Will absolutely consider staying again if visiting Zürich.

Basic but accessible hotel. The rooms are small but reasonable, I find it a shame there is no free water on arrival at the room. The bed linen is not good quality so expect to sweat a lot! The breakfast is poor value, there is very little choice really. The orange juice machine has a thick layer of dust and the coffee is pretty awful. It is not bad value for Zurich.. and the shower was powerful and warm. Take it for what it is, pretty basic but does enough for a few days. On balance, the staff are very helpful and pleasant. I found that to be the best feature of the hotel.

Das Hotel war sauber und schön, aber die Zimmereinrichtung lässt nach. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, auch keinen Tresor. Der Frühstück hatte extrem weniger Auswahl, dahee haben wir nicht gegessen.

Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ohne gehobene Ansprüche eine gute Adresse. Sauberkeit und Zimmer sind super. Beim Parkplatz wurde es etwas spannender: in der Beschreibung vom Hotel heisst es, es gebe keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Meiner Frau wurde dann ein Parkplatz für Fr. 20.-/Tag in Aussicht gestellt - erste Verwirrung. Schliesslich haben wir uns selbst umgesehen, einen der wenigen öffentlichen Parkplätze gefunden und dort für <5.- Fr. für 16h parkiert. An der Reception war man sehr erstaunt über unseren "Mut" dieser Parkplatzsuche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok. Grundsätzlich gibt es eine eigentlich gute Auswahl, bei Schokodrinks gibt es dann aber ein "sorry" auf einer netten Notiz, die Fruchtsäfte waren SEHR wässrig und definitiv kein Schmaus.

Bathroom was very clean! And the room had beautiful big windows with a quiet view to the park. Unfortunately, the walls seem to be very thin, i could hear someone talk on the phone in the room above. Breakfast was very underwhelming wouldn't recommend. Stay was overall very good anyways and location is very practical!

I searched for properties that had a restaurant onsite, so I come down and get food and go back up. This one came up in the results, however, there’s no restaurant or bar. They only serve breakfast. You have to walk to a nearby mall (via a wooded alley) if you want lunch or dinner or snacks. As someone who was planning a quiet, lowkey visit with convenience, this was disappointing. The room wasn’t clean and the blankets had stains that looked like red and blue ink. The sink in the bathroom flooded onto the floor because it didn’t drain well.

Nossa estadia foi excelente ! Fomos muito bem recebidos . Tivemos várias orientações dadas com muita boa vontade , já que não falamos bem inglês nem mesmo outras línguas . Hotel muito confortável , localização perto da estação de trem que tem vários horários disponíveis para ir para Zurique . Café da manhã maravilhoso ! Quero voltar ! Parabéns à equipe !! The hotel is close to the transportation hub and to the mall. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean, well ventilated, and the sheets and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was okay. I wish there was hot chocolate for non-coffee drinkers like me. We will definitely book again next time.

It was fine, travellers should bring their own shower things as the amenities are only the basic hair/bodywash and handsoap. The room was clean enough. The breakfast was not that great, no vegan/gluten free/lactose free options were available and the selection in general was basic at best.

O ar condicionado do quarto ajudou muito para dormir bem no calor de 37C em Zurique. O secador de cabelo não estava funcionando. O quarto é bem pequeno e o chuveiro tem cortina de tecido. Tudo simples, para 1 ou 2 noites. Tem um shopping center grande bem ao lado. Para chegar no metrô são apenas 2 paradas de metrô. Local é tranquilo e silencioso.

Hotel staff was very nice, and helpful when I called to ask about how to take Swiss public transport back to the hotel late at night. Unfortunately as of 1:00 a.m. the air conditioning in our room made is super loud noise every 5 to 10 minutes, but I didn't want to go down to the front desk and have to change rooms at 1:00 a.m. so we just try to deal with it. When I told them at check out, they said that has happened in other rooms but they weren't to wear in my room, and I should have come down and changed rooms. They could not offer any discount or anything. That's a little frustrating.
