No communication no towel change

Apartment was spacious- enjoyed our stay. Reported hinge on kitchen cupboard broken but they didn’t repair it as promised. Grout in shower pretty black so would have looked nicer if scrubbed clean . A toaster would have been welcomed - or a grill - just for toast. Would definitely return nice apartment

Nobody cleans the apartments or changes towels this is supposed to be 4 star that’s not 4 star treatment

We had trouble getting the right key for the apartment block (the hotel gave us the wrong keys to start with). After returning to the hotel, getting the new keys and then returning we eventually got in to the apartment. Unfortunately the ground floor two bedroom apartment was a damp musty smell (verging on a sewage ping). With that we returned to the hotel to negotiate an alternative accommodation. Maybe we we just unlucky, but certainly not what we expected and will not be staying there again. The manager of the hotel eventually resolved the problem by offering a different apartment in a different block away from the beach in Los Narejos.

4 night stay. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom strange in that the toilet was in the shower cubicle so got wet after a shower. Kitchen not adequate for full self catering. No cork screw, no can opener, not enough cutlery or plates, no scissors. No tea towel or chopping board supplied. Lounge sofa bed scruffy. Good location for beach but not many good restaurants at this end of town. Quiet at night. On street parking OK in May. May be a problem in July or August.
