Jebus this place was something. The office is locked and you have to hit a buzzer to get someone to come to a window where everything is done through a small slot. Definitely doesn’t inspire a feeling of safety upon arrival. Checking in the guy showed up after a few minutes. Checking out took much longer. I actually had to call the motel, was put on hold, and then she came back and said she couldn’t get in touch with anyone either. Why is the motel phone number outsourced and how is that even a real answer? Anyways, room was clean. No water pressure in the shower. Maybe it’s one of those low flow save the planet shower heads, but it’s not. Toilet wasn’t great. Thankfully I didn’t have to poop because the water flushed in slow motion and eventually not at all. Fridge made a loud clicking noise the whole time. I rarely leave negative reviews but this place was nuts. I’ve never stayed at a motel where the office was locked with a set up like a drive thru bank slot. Stay somewhere else.

Overall, I could tell the motel was run down, and maybe not in the safest location. I saw plenty of evidence of past violence within the room, broken doors, patched up walls, etc. This motel does not hand an elevator, and no access to lobby. I believe that has to do with safety concerns. The only thing that i didn't like the most was the deposit that was asked of me when i checked in because there was NO mention of that on Hotels.com. i had to pay either $50 for mom smoking or $30 for non. My son and i were here for a concert which he got tickets from a friend that couldn't go. I barely had any money left so i opted to take the smoking because it cost less. I really hope i get that deposit back.

Towels were dirty and when we asked for clean ones, was told to wait until morning. Shower bar broken. There were guests smoking in the adjacent nonsmoking room. Lobby doors locked.

Completely awful, left after standing outside of the office in the cold for 20 Minutes because the door was locked for no reason.

Place where allot of druggies. Heater didn’t work staff was very very un polite they leave u standing in the cold outside if it’s after hours.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This property advertises shuttle service to the Philadelphia International Airport and, when our flight arrived and we asked to be picked up, they told us they no longer do that. That added an extra $80 to our trip. The hotel facility was horrible!!! The room stunk. The floors were dirty, and there was trash in the trash can. The door to the bathroom was split apart and would not close. There were bedbugs that bit us. Need I go on? AVOID THIS PLACE.

The shower does not have pressure in the water. Rm 155 AC does not work well, the fridge did not cool none of the drinks even after adjusting the temp. Abandoned cars everywhere.

Smell of vomit in the corredor. Dirty exterior. Sketchy people loitering in parking lot. One positive is it shares a parking lot with a gas station that has a large and clean mini market and fried chicken take-out.

The sheets were stained, the floor had dirt and sand like substance all over . The front of toilet had urine stains down the front. The lamp shade was held together by duct tape. This was by far the worst place i have ever stayed.

The bathrooms were dirty. The dressers were broken with wood sticking out. My kids could’ve gotten hurt. The shower has mold spots all over the sides in the walls I won’t be disputing with my there, weren’t enough towels in the room for four people. The guy at the check-in was very disrespectful and unprofessional very unsatisfied.

The mattresses had a very strong smell of urine, dirty sheets and dirty towels.

The sheets had cigarette burns and the shower pressure was insufficient. The shower curtain was filthy.

This hotel was disgusting. Rooms were barely clean. Was supposed to be smoke free but you could see cigarette burns on the furniture and black marks on the drapes. The show curtain bar was falling off. This hotel is a disaster.

Didnt really like any of it. Used soap and shampoo was left in the shower. Nothing was cleaned. I dont even think the sheets were changed. I slept on top of the thin blanket in my clothes. No coffee maker. No alarm clock. Not even a phone in the room. 8 channels of TV to chose from. I wouldnt have even stayed if it wasnt for the 6 hour drive to make it home at 2 am. Saw a cockroach and decided to sleep with the lights on to try and keep any other littler buggers at bay. Didnt shower in the morning. Could t risk it.

Not what we saw on the booking app. Broken lamp, no clean towels, dirty sheet and poor quality of room looking old. Old bed making sounds and too many flies in the room.

The room was very unsanitary. There were burn stains on all of the furniture and on the bed. The shower was dirty. The toilet was spotty and the refrigerator in the room was leaking. There was also blood on the lampshade zero out of 10 won’t recommend.

Booked a nonsmoking room that smelled like an ashtray. Towels were dirty, burns on the bed covers, shower didnt drain, no tissues in room, barely any toilet paper and door didnt close properly. Overall I would not recommend this location for a stay.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked my stay with the option to pay at the property, but the hotel called me in advance and demanded full payment before arrival. On the day we arrived, we called ahead to inform them we’d be checking in late, but when we got there, no one was at the front desk, the door was locked, and the place looked completely shut down. We were left waiting outside until 3 or 4 in the morning. Eventually, someone showed up and gave us the room key — no apology, no explanation. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit with a terrible smell, like someone had peed on the floor and left it to dry. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, with dirty, used towels all over the floor. The next morning, we explained everything to the front desk and asked to change rooms or get a refund. He refused both. We contacted Expedia, and they said they would speak to the hotel to try to get us a refund for the remaining two nights. But after we checked out, the hotel staff changed their story and said they would only refund us for one night minus some unexplained “fees.” I didn’t argue — I just wanted to leave that place. Until now, I haven’t received any refund at all, and they still haven’t returned my security deposit. Do not stay at this hotel — it’s a complete nightmare. It’s dirty, dishonest, and unprofessional. For your own good, stay far away. I will never stay at any Super 8 hotel again — ever.

My husband and I have stayed at this property on multiple occasions. Very close to Philadelphia where we tend comedy shows, concerts, games etc. I must say this time has been by far the cleanest I have seen the rooms. New decor, new curtains, no burn holes in the blankets, fresh paint, new tv and chair. The whole room looked new it really looks like they are trying to clean this place up. There is still a lot of sketchy people hanging around the hotel. I noticed that the same people were going in and out different rooms in different areas around the hotel. Really makes it seem like something else is going on at the property. A lot of drug users around half naked women I would never stay here with my kids. But just for a night out on the town it’s ok enough for my husband and I. I have never felt unsafe there just a very busy location. There is a new $50 deposit per room in addition to your room charge that I was unaware of prior to arrival but I totally understand the fee. I had booked a smoking room but was told they didn’t have any at check we were ok with this but this is mainly our reason for always booking this hotel. I liked how the doors to the building were locked this time having to use your key card to enter each time we stayed in the back building that was separate. I don’t like how the front door to check in office is always locked this is not a one time thing. Everytime we stay here we have to use the small window hole. In the rain, snow, night, day ALWAYS.

It was very clean.The limited channels they had 2 or 3 Channels didn't have sound.

The room was horrible. Hole in the tub the chair was stained up, the curtains was torn, look d like rags. After looking at three more rooms we finally found one clean enough to stay in.

Not sure if it was the room I was given, but it was atrocious!! It smelled, the bed was sunk in, the chairs were soooo nasty! Never again

Couldn’t figure out tv, wifi didn’t work… sleep was good!

The room was clean, but the towels were stained and somewhat old. It was difficult to access the television. There are many steps to follow and you have to do it every time you turn on the TV.

As I checked in, having booked two beds at a higher cost, I was told that i could only have one beds. I booked two beds. I requested two keys and was told, by quite possibly the rudest desk manager in my life that it was company policy that I was only allowed one key. I am Marriott titanium elite, Holiday inn Platinum elite, staying in 150 plus hotels nights per year. He lied. Didn't like me and made up policy as he saw fit. A terrible reflection on your company. He also charged me a $40 deposit was the reservation was a prepay and allowed the charge to go from an authorization to a charge

Lobby is closed so they'll talk to you thru a small window, NO breakfast but is advertised as continental breakfast, rooms are in poor condition, rusty lamp, broken sinks, poor water pressure, mattress is hard sleeping on the floor will be just about the same, they never returned my extra night for leaving a day earlier always ohh the manager is not here, ohh he's coming late always an excused, dont stay in this crack hole

Upon arriving to check in at 9:30pm the room was not ready. I was told it was being cleaned and it would be a 5 minute wait, more like 30 minutes. A woman comes out to give me the key card. She than stated that its one of the new rooms and to not mess it up & please don't smoke. I told her we're only here to sleep! Once we got upstairs to the room the same woman was coming out of the room and as we were going in she stated again its a new room OKAY! I don't know what she thought we would do to it?! Anyway....The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Based on service I don't recommend this place and wouldn't stay there again.

Room is clean and comfortable but the outside is not as clean with syringes and needles in the parking lot making you feel unsafe.

I have stayed here a few times it is great location . Many nearby restaurants.

Needs a lot of work, repairs, some of the clients are a bit rough.

Our first room wasn’t cleaned. Our second room had missing amenities which took several attempts to fix, and bathroom was not the most clean. Other peoples hair in the tub made me opt to not shower. The hotel is right next to a gas station and very busy highway crossing. Not walkable to anything. There was a fight in the evening outside our window. I will say the bed was comfy and the AC worked so I slept well.

This place was filthy and didn’t feel safe to stay there.

No breakfast as advertised, no toilet paper or tissues in the room. Phone didn't work properly for the front desk, staff would not bring missing items. Stains on carpet and furniture, very must and smokey smell. Sink wouldn’t drain, bed decently comfortable, AC worked fine.

Best price. Good quality with free super fast breakfast. Best choice when you travel with family.

The pillows under the pillow cases were dirty with one having blood on it. Ice bucket with no cups. No tissues. Bed covers, both of them, had burn holes in them. Limited on available towels, one wash cloth only in a double room. They only offered coffee and a snack bar for breakfast. We have used Super 8s through the country, this is the worst.
