Spacious, clean room. Very quiet at night. Fenced in large grassy area behind building where you can take your pet. Friendly, welcoming staff. Kitchenette does not have utensils, but those may be available upon request.

Enjoyed chatting with Seth at the front desk. Enjoyed the room. Nice size, comfortable. Only negative is that all outlets are electrical. Thankfully we had our plug ins with us, or else we wouldn’t have been able to charge our phones. We would stay here again in Yakima without hesitation. Positive stay. Breakfast provided would have been a plus. Only coffee was available. Everything else had to be purchased. Full size fridge, 2 burners, no pots, dishes or silverware though. Large microwave. Close to Walmart and the freeway.

My husband and I stayed a night while seeing family. We got in late and the hall floors by the far exit were pretty dirty, we ended up switching out the duvet cover which was a little dirty as well (they gave us a clean one), and there was a little dirt on the shower, but otherwise room was spotless, front desk accommodating and friendly. No free breakfast, pool or gym, but in room kitchenette and recliner. Very comfortable for the value

No dishes to use for the kitchenette, smoke alarm didn't have a battery in it. Dirty container from previous customers left in cabinet. Dried food in refrigerator on racks, they charge for a frozen food breakfast. BBQ grill was not for customer use to do propane tank being stolen!! Had to buy pans and dishes in order to use the kitchenette

Our room was very clean. It had enough room for a small table which we ate our breakfast and dinner on. We used the laundry room and like that it was large, clean and bright. We love My Place hotels, but this one needed some maintenance. They don’t have ice machines because the rooms have kitchenettes with full size fridges equiped with ice makers, however our ice maker didn’t work. When flushed the toilet made a loud clunking sound causing us to wonder if it was really going to flush. I don’t like to ne bothered with maintenance people when I’m staying so I didn’t report the problems until we were checking out.

Nice location close to Walmart close to several restaurants and the freeway. Nice, decent, rooms, and bathrooms The kitchenette does not have pans or soucepans or anything to cook with it they discontinue that I reserve the hotel just for this reason and it was not available

Area is nice with Greenway and walking distance to restaurants and WalMart. The room had no towels or toilet paper when I arrived, the sheets have stains and ran out of conditioner when I took a shower. I can hear the sound from next room, so I did not have a restful night the entire stay. I will not stay at another MyPlace if I can help it.

PRO full-size fridge, kitchenette with cooktop, coffee maker, full-size sink, and large microwave. PRO recliner chair and a very comfortable bed. Walkable to Walmart and a Burger King and maybe other fast food. PRO The air conditioning worked well on the 102° day, but CON: the air conditioning was extremely loud, very mechanical, banging all night long. Had to use earplugs, and prayed to fall asleep and finally did. CON Long black hair in the clean sink and extremely slow draining tub. Took about 3 to 4 minutes for it to drain when I was done with my shower. Body wash container was empty. One washcloth had a make up stain on it. The other washcloth had a grease stain on it. I don’t wear makeup and my hair is gray and short. PRO nice soft towels and plenty of them. CON Coffee available, but only breakfast to purchase and then cook in the microwave in your room. PRO easy access to laundry facilities for those that stay here for long periods of time.

Overall, the property was quite dirty with drips on the cabinet doors, greasy finger marks. The window was beyond dirty also. The bed appeared clean as did the bathroom. On the positive side, the coffee this morning was quite good and freshly brewed.

Quiet and the bed is comfortable. Not the cleanest place. Crumbs on the bed, vents around the room and on the heating unit needed a cleaning, shampoo/conditioner was out, footprints and stains on the extra chair. Front desk staff was very nice and check in was easy. Homeless wandering the area and a few were hanging in the parking lot but they didn’t bother anyone.

Newer hotel but very cheaply put together. The walls seem paper thin. The rooms next to me had their TV on and I could hear every word from both TVs from my room. Their TVs weren't on a crazy high volume, it was a reasonable level the walls are that thin. The showerhead sprays all over. The beds are ok, not great. A couple of moths somehow got into my room and were flying around when I got up in the morning. The curtains let in a ton of light, the room was bright at 5:30AM. I don't expect a 5 star hotel for this price, but this was like a Motel 8 made on a dollar store budget.

Pros - It was quiet and easy to get in & out. I am being very generous when giving a 2 star. The hotel has about 3 people in total for staff. We stayed for 2 nights and nobody showed up to clean our room. Sheets & bed were just made, thats it, not cleaned or washed. When i looked down to pick up the remote from the floor, there were pringle cans and chips all over under the bed. The card key is a single use version, although the staff said it isn't suppose to do that. I had to get the card rekeyed about 7 times during the 2 day stay. I will never recommend this place .

Our stay at My Place in Yakima, WA was good after we made 3 phone calls to the hotel to see if we could check in a little early. The hotel was insisting that we didn’t have a reservation. Finally they found our prepaid reservation. I would be helpful if their staff would have been thoroughly trained as to where reservations secured via Hotels. Com can easily be researched.

These guys were awesome. We were not able to check in until almost 2am because of our traveling, but the person at the front desk was still so kind! 5 stars all around! Only person that deserves a 1 star would be the room that might have been next to us at the end of the hall; the volume of tv and bass of the tv was beyond loud, you could hear the bass reverberate back. We were still able to fall asleep but that’s my only negative comment is on that one person.

Enjoyed chatting with Seth at the front desk. Enjoyed the room. Nice size, comfortable. Only negative is that all outlets are electrical. Thankfully we had our plug ins with us, or else we wouldn’t have been able to charge our phones. We would stay here again in Yakima without hesitation. Positive stay. Breakfast provided would have been a plus. Only coffee was available. Everything else had to be purchased. Full size fridge, 2 burners, no pots, dishes or silverware though. Large microwave. Close to Walmart and the freeway.

Area is nice with Greenway and walking distance to restaurants and WalMart. The room had no towels or toilet paper when I arrived, the sheets have stains and ran out of conditioner when I took a shower. I can hear the sound from next room, so I did not have a restful night the entire stay. I will not stay at another MyPlace if I can help it.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Felt safer seeing all of the security cameras mounted throughout the bldg & ability to see the camera screens viewable at front desk. Not a great neighborhood, which I wasn't aware of until after getting to town; however the hotel / staff can't control that. It's clear all efforts are being made to keep the space safe for patrons & that ownership clearly cares.

Room service every 4 days if "we have enough people to get to it." There was apparently not enough people as the room wasnt cleaned in the 6 days I stayed. The walls are very thin and the first floor was really loud, people hanging out in the stair well at night. Walking back and forth at night from the homeless camp at the river behind the hotel.

Quiet and the bed is comfortable. Not the cleanest place. Crumbs on the bed, vents around the room and on the heating unit needed a cleaning, shampoo/conditioner was out, footprints and stains on the extra chair. Front desk staff was very nice and check in was easy. Homeless wandering the area and a few were hanging in the parking lot but they didn’t bother anyone.

Very comfortable, safe stay. We traveled with 2 dogs, and had close access to the huge, fully-fenced grassy area at the back of the hotel for pets. Loved that! While coffee in the morning was a plus, an offering of breakfast would be appreciated as well! We would recommend this hotel.

The staff were very kind. Incredibly helpful, the little shop they had was so cute, super stocked with so many different sodas and medicine, just awesome. The room didn\'t have bugs, was fun, loved that it was pretty much a studio with a bathroom. The utilities were perfect, the fridge was clean and so was the microwave. So wonderful. I hope the staff gets to see this review. Oh!!!! I forgot the safety!! They lock the second door at night and that\'s so awesome. You need your card. The neighborhood can be a little spooky, but so safe compared to all the other places I stayed on first Street (don\'t do those hotels. Red apple felt safer than the "red lion" that wasn\'t a real red lion, very danoand gross.) man...I could continue on and on about how wonderful your hotel is. But no more space. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!

My husband and I stayed a night while seeing family. We got in late and the hall floors by the far exit were pretty dirty, we ended up switching out the duvet cover which was a little dirty as well (they gave us a clean one), and there was a little dirt on the shower, but otherwise room was spotless, front desk accommodating and friendly. No free breakfast, pool or gym, but in room kitchenette and recliner. Very comfortable for the value

PRO full-size fridge, kitchenette with cooktop, coffee maker, full-size sink, and large microwave. PRO recliner chair and a very comfortable bed. Walkable to Walmart and a Burger King and maybe other fast food. PRO The air conditioning worked well on the 102° day, but CON: the air conditioning was extremely loud, very mechanical, banging all night long. Had to use earplugs, and prayed to fall asleep and finally did. CON Long black hair in the clean sink and extremely slow draining tub. Took about 3 to 4 minutes for it to drain when I was done with my shower. Body wash container was empty. One washcloth had a make up stain on it. The other washcloth had a grease stain on it. I don’t wear makeup and my hair is gray and short. PRO nice soft towels and plenty of them. CON Coffee available, but only breakfast to purchase and then cook in the microwave in your room. PRO easy access to laundry facilities for those that stay here for long periods of time.

Rooms weren’t horrible. No ice, no hot water, rooms are small, no pool, no breakfast, staff barely spoke very little english. All of this would have been understandable for the right price, but was charged $300 a night. Will never stay again.

No dishes to use for the kitchenette, smoke alarm didn't have a battery in it. Dirty container from previous customers left in cabinet. Dried food in refrigerator on racks, they charge for a frozen food breakfast. BBQ grill was not for customer use to do propane tank being stolen!! Had to buy pans and dishes in order to use the kitchenette

Nice staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lighting was terrible. No lamps and all the overhead lights work on the same switch. There was only one nightstand. No breakfast. This hotel was okay but could have been better

There were ants in our room and reported. Nothing was done. Our socks got dirty walking on the floor. The staff was nice enough though and the food selection was decent and not way overpriced.

I'll never stay here again. They allow dogs...That's great. But when one of the other people staying at the hotel has their dog off leash and it nearly attacks you and the best the hotel will do for you is move you to a different room and they do nothing about the person with the dog off leash in the hallway on the second floor that attacks other guests! The dog owner was no better than the dog, he verbally attacked me for being upset about his dog being off leash! Nope, not staying in this hotel again ever!!! Oh and apparently you have ask for the kitchen to be stocked. After the dog experience I didn't bother and had to eat out.

Great location for one nice. Clean, friendly staff ,and next to a Walmart and food places in the area. Off the 82 highway. Easy on and off. 24 hour coffee in lobby area a plus!
