Emplacement de l hôtel excellent, le personnel magnifique Si il faut faire une petite critique sa serais sur le matériels des chambre qui vieilli, mais sinon séjour excellent

Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the stuff had a bad attitude we jad to beg for our basic rights ....bad experience overall...last day of our trip and left with an injury 😠

- The hotel is located in a residential area and far from amenities. - Parking is included and accessible. - There are elevators. - The hotel is dated. The towels are old and discolored. - The appliances are old and very used. For example our microwave had no labels on the buttons and we had to guess how to use it - very adventurous, lol. - We did not eat the breakfast. - The Pool is outdoors, we did not use it because we traveled in December and it was cold and raining. - Tariq at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. Thank you. However, the other front desk staff (who was a female) was not as supportive when we asked for clean bed sheets. - The room design is strange. The room we stayed in the bed is right next to the front door. - The hallways are unlit and very dark. - There are washing machines in the rooms which is great for laundry, but no dryers. You must air dry which is great and saves on energy. Clothes drying racks are provided.
