A short walk across the bridge to the old town and Gedimino Castle. Underground parking garage. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great mix of hot and cold options. Beds were firm and comfortable with European duvets. We received exceptional service from Mykolas at the front desk who arranged a car to drive us to the airport at 4:30am to catch an early flight - which went super smoothly and zero stress. Staff speaks great English.

The only downside to this hotel is the lifts. Only one was working most of the time, and when they do work they are slow and erratic. Many times people missed the floor they wanted as the sensor you need to swipe with your room key was not very responsive. This lead to people just going up and down randomly, meaning people waiting for a lift had no idea when it was coming.

This was a great place to stay during our trip! Within walking distance of the city center and the main highlights, loved the comfort of the beds and the shower pressure and duel shower heads. The gym is small, but gets the job done. Really enjoyed my stay here overall!

Ett bra hotell med bra läge och fantastisk frukost! Det ända som för mig var en liten besvikelse var priset på parkeringen på tok för dyrt och att laddkortet till min elbil inte fungerade där.

I always try to stay on this hotel when in Vilnius. Good equipped, silent, in a convenient place for business + reach the city center, the building-compound where it is located has good options of coffees and restaurants, etc. Nothing superfluous, nothing missing, and comfortable.

I had a very pleasant weekend stay at this hotel. It is very modern and appears new. It was clean and all amenities were in order. I was given an early check-in, having arrived on a morning flight. The breakfast had many options and was very satisfying. The hotel is within easy reach of the city centre as well as the old town.

Nice place to stop over and visit the city. A little bit of a walk to the actual old town (15-20 mins) but not too far. Nicely located really out of the hustle and bustle. Clean room with lots of space. Good WiFi (60mbps). Nice coffee machine in the room. Can’t complain, good value for what you get compared to some of the places in the old town that are far more dated.

Everything was good, but description on Hotels.com is misleading: slippers and bathrobe were only by request (not sure that the latter were available, because I only asked for slippers, because it was too cold in the room). No Netflix, and screen mirroring didn’t work. Also, I was expecting capsule coffeemaker but it was just a kettle. So, I would say the stay was OK, but the description should be corrected.

An sich ein schönes und neues Hotel in guter Lage. Einige Dinge haben aber gestört: - Zwei 2-Bett-Zimmer gebucht --> Zwei Doppelzimmer mit nur jeweils einer Bettdecke bekommen - Recht laute Lüftung, die sich nicht abstellen lässt - Unnötig komplizierte Bedienung der Klimaanlage - Zur Straßenseite lassen sich die Fenster gar nicht öffnen, zur Rückseite eigentlich schon, aber das Öffnen per Kurbel hat nicht funktioniert - Fehlende Handtuchhalter im Bad. Ein Haken an der Wand ist bei einer Belegung mit 2 Personen nicht wirklich ausreichend.

Check in was fine. While I did confirm that payment would not be taken until checking in, even when contacting them directly because I wanted to use another card, they still attempted to charge me ahead of check in. I was recovering from food poisoning the day before, along with a terrible bus ride from hell, thinking that when I got to the hotel and our room, it would be a huge relief. Well, we check in, get to our room, and neither of our key cards work. Okay, fine. I go down and get new ones. These work. It is hot… record hot in Vilnius and our room is, of course, hot. And… the A/C doesn’t work. I call down to let them know and they say there’s nothing they can do until the technician is available in the morning and that they’d look for a fan for us. No fan was available so we sweat the entire night, me still recovering from extreme food poisoning, and the sun hitting our side of the building straight on. Needless to say, it was a disappointing short stay. A nice hotel, sure. But the basics are lacking; especially the attention to detail

I had a very pleasant weekend stay at this hotel. It is very modern and appears new. It was clean and all amenities were in order. I was given an early check-in, having arrived on a morning flight. The breakfast had many options and was very satisfying. The hotel is within easy reach of the city centre as well as the old town.

Nice place to stop over and visit the city. A little bit of a walk to the actual old town (15-20 mins) but not too far. Nicely located really out of the hustle and bustle. Clean room with lots of space. Good WiFi (60mbps). Nice coffee machine in the room. Can’t complain, good value for what you get compared to some of the places in the old town that are far more dated.

O hotel é muito bem localizado porém "UM GELO"!!! Para tomar café da manhã tive que ir com 2 agasalhos. No quarto vc não consegue apagar totalmente o ar condicionado!!! Fora isso, o café da manhã é bom, NÃO TEEM ADOÇANTE EM PÓ. Perto da Old Town e com restaurante e supermercado bem perto

Standard good quality hotel in good location. Didn't like the opaque glass door and wall for the shower room. But then I'm English and generally we don't like our spouses to be able to see us on the toilet. Couldn't get internet connection on my computer tried removing firewall and virus protection but just got same message to try again or contact staff. They couldn't help.

main reason we booked was for air conditioning. it barely worked. was on life support. nearly 80 fahrenheit when we arrived. went to front desk and showed a photo of exact thermostat settings and she confirmed it was set correctly. and said that within 2 hours the room would be cool. by the time we left the next day at 10am it was only down to 76 fahrenheit. what was worse is that we could not open the windows. 11th day in the baltics and single worst night
