We had a fabulous two nights stay at Mas Can Calet. We were touring Europe in a classic car and the accommodation was perfect. Our car was parked safely and securely (it even made friends with a classic Trabant!) and we were just 30 minutes by train into the centre of Barcelona. Our host Daniel provided us with all the information we needed - location of shops, bars, restaurants, the nearest/best train station and an insight into the local area. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped and we were greeted with a bottle of chilled cava which we enjoyed with a salad in the lawned courtyard outside our room. We're happy to recommend this accommodation as a perfect place to visit Barcelona - it was great to be able to retreat to a calm oasis after the exciting bustle of the city.

Good retreat outside of Barcelona in a quiet village. All the modern comforts are there and host Daniel was very helpful and attentive. There's easy access to trains, etc. but driving a car is much better. We had a great time using this as a base to explore the surrounding areas, etc.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place yet near to everything. Really enjoyed the backyard and great communications with the owner. Very highly recommended
