Was very clean and well lighted parking staff was nice and friendly

We stayed for one night before flying out from IAH airport. It only took 15-20 mins to the airport. For this it was ok, but would not want to stay longer. It is located right next to the highway and frontage road(?). The door had a rather big gap underneath it and the road nose was very loud the whole night. The room was supposed to be a non smoking one but out stank heavily of cigarette smoke. Cleanliness was on and beds were decent but overall the room was very worn down with a broken bathroom door/lock and scuffed edges and paint. Shower and toilet were recently renovated though. Staff was helpful and friendly and very available. Parking available right outside the room.

The check in process was quick and easy. They had a variety of complementary snacks for guests. The room was clean and spacious. There are lots of parking spaces and the hotel was well lit and safe. Highly recommend

There is always a staff 24/7 which is nice and provide free bottled water. It may be slightly hard to hear the staff at night through the safety window, but they are patient and answer all the questions you may have.

Very quiet and clean. Perfect basic accommodations for a short stay. Will need car or delivery for meals as the location is right off of a busy highway and in the midst of industrial area. Ten mins or so from airport. No shuttle service but Uber was efficient solution.

Hotel was clean and I appreciated they offer smoking as well as an elevator even though it’s only 2 stories.

Convenient place to stay at not far from IAH. Friendly staff and they were able to accommodate my request for a late checkout (with an extra payment). Convenient to freeway but traffic noise did not penetrate into my room. Elevator to second floor was appreciated!

This place is brand new and fresh to death.everything on point. Also an elevator to access the 2nd floor.😎

Rooms and bathroom were very clean with no bad odors.

Me And My Baby Sister Were Visiting From Chicago… My Electrical Sockets Were Not Working So They Moved Us To A Different Room & The Room Lights Were Flickering, Cracks In The Bathroom Wall & The Bathroom Door Was Broken.. Plus The Sockets Were Not Working In The Second Room As Well. So They Moved Us Back To The First Room We Were In. And I Saw Roaches. I HAVE VIDEOS INSTEAD OF PICTURES !! I Would Not Recommend

Nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in a while and best rates!! Staff very friendly and accommodating! Everything’s like brand new and fresh and clean. Stayed three days not one complaint.

Overall pleasant experience. I was there for a night since I landed so late. Nice and clean.

We stayed here for one night before a flight. It was extremely clean. There were all kinds of free snacks up front. Perfect for what we needed! The man who checked us in was lovely.

This location was so convenient for my flight at George W. Bush Intercontinental. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. My only complaint is that some of the washcloths/towels in my room were stained, but i just used different ones.

I would never stay here again and honestly wish I could get my money back from how uncomfortable I was for the duration of my stay. 1. When checking in the lady asked me if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room I said non smoking she said are you sure because you cannot smoke in the rooms I said yes please a non smoking room she then proceeded to ask me 3 more times if I was sure and that I couldn’t smoke in the rooms mind you I do not smoke, did not smell like smoke, nor did I ever inquire about if I could smoke. Reiterating to me over 4 times that I cannot smoke and asking if I was sure if I wanted a non smoking room was weird and I felt profiled considering there was no reason for her to feel like I would smoke in the rooms. 2. I checked the bedding there were yellow stains on the bed after I lifted off the blanked they place on top of the sheets. I immediately called the front desk and asked if they could come change them because they were dirty. The man at the front desk questioned what time I checked in and why I’m just now calling. I told him I’m just now settling into the room after being out all day and actually pulling the sheets off the bed and noticed he then tried to insinuate that I was to blame for the dirty sheets and didn’t want to blame house keeping? - a day later the same yellow stained sheets are on the bed. Towels had hair untwined in fabric, towels had stains. Terrible stay could go on but not enough characters to type it all. Do not recommend

This a very clean, budget hotel. The bed is comfortable and the AC is very cold. The shower has been recently upgraded and is very clean.

This is a fairly cheap hotel (motel?) close to the airport and right next to the interstate highway. Very noisy and the door didn’t do much to buffer the sound. The bed was harder than I like, but I like a soft mattress. The room was clean, but a bit run down. I couldn’t quite tell if the neighborhood was safe or not, and as a woman traveling alone, that can be a big issue.

Room was wonderful. Comfortable bed, spacious, desk and chair, table with 2 chairs, ample and clean drawers and "counter" space for travel bags, clean refrigerator and microwave. Shower is modern and well designed with safety bars and racks for towels and washcloths. Staff is very friendly and helpful. ** Be aware that the property is VERY close to an international airport and busy interstate highway. Very noisy. * "Breakfast" was a choice of 3 cookie/bar items, slushy drinks, instant oatmeal packets (make in your room?) and coffee.

The only thing i didn't like was you can hear the traffic from the freeway(it is right off of it) and you can hear some planes flying over( not Extremely loud though). Easy access to the airport. Would stay again.

Check in was fast. Early check-in fee only $45. My 1King bed/rm was spacious. The charger station and outlet near the lamp on side didn’t work, but they did on the other lamp. Room was clean. Nice shower area. They have smoking and non smoking rooms. Other than the highway noise, the property is quiet. It was a decent stay for the price.

First impressions outstanding, spotless, beautiful room. You can hear the highway but very minimally. Super polite staff and flawless check in, thank you!

Although our room wasn’t ready at time of check in the receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate us while we waited. This is our go to when we’re in town!

Easy check in, and I was completely disorganized. I hadn't pack properly, so moving into a room on the second floor was going to be a many trip event. The Palace graciously moved me to the first floor. You will enjoy your stay here. Very clean, easy access and close to lots of things to do in Humble. I will stay here again when I come back to Houston.

This place was just a motel by a highway. Noisy, hard to get to and nothing to write about. The bright lights were overwhelming.

Best Palace Inn so far…love the complimentary slushy’s, drinks, and sweet treats in the lobby as well as the staff was amazing kind with nice smiles and friendly demeanor.

I booked the place specially because it also offered breakfast (I had a flight). When I went there and asked them the only breakfast they had was coffee
