Levanda Luxury Stone Villa

The villa is spacious, has beautiful views, three large bedrooms with good air conditioning, a lovely pool area, and excellent housekeeping. During our 14-night stay, the villa was cleaned three times and was always spotless. However, there were several maintenance issues. On arrival, one of the pool lights was broken and hanging loose, the outdoor shower and BBQ sink did not work, and one kitchen cupboard door was almost falling off. The kitchen was missing basic items such as a proper chopping board, one outdoor area had no table, and several outdoor chairs had no cushions. The host eventually replaced the table, provided a chopping board and extra cushions, but only after we contacted them more than once. Unfortunately, we spent the first few days of our holiday dealing with these issues instead of relaxing. The information provided was inconsistent, with different Wi-Fi passwords and key box codes in the printed guides and WhatsApp message. They also advertised Netflix/streaming on the TV, but it was too old to support it. The villa is surrounded by trees, creating a private setting, but be aware that the cicadas are extremely loud and can be heard throughout the day. Highly recommend a car. Although there is a nice beach within walking distance, the road has no pavement and can feel unsafe due to traffic. Overall, the villa has great potential, but better maintenance and more attention to details before guest arrival would make a significant difference.
