Gosh, picked this place as the website stated no fee to park. Made the reservation weeks ago. when checking in, the person said last week we made a change and now you have to pay a parking fee. I would have stayed elsewhere had I have known. Such a bait and switch. The guy said that's the policy. At 9pm had little choice but to pay. More than disappointed!

I’d give all 5 stars but they had zero room service. I was alone with 3 kids and asked for a blanket and they told me to come get it from the desk. I would not leave my children alone in a room like that so I was really bothered by that. Also, the pool was soooooo slippery! My toddler could not stay up right and he was only walking and trying to be careful. A serious hazard! Otherwise, clean, spacious, easy check in and out. The shuttle was comfortable and punctual as well.

The whole place was clean...it was comfortable..and we enjoyed our stay there. The only down side was how cold the indoor pool water was. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Pros: The price was right. Shuttle to and from the hotel was convenient. Check in was quick. Room was nice and spacious. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good, usual breakfast options. Gas station right next door. 50 dollar deposit wasn't bad. Fast check out Cons: Not many restaurants nearby, you'll have to walk a few blocks or doordash/uber eats to the hotel. Wasn't too sold on the indoor pool, looked better in pictures. At least 30 minutes from downtown Denver, so a rideshare is about 30-40 bucks plus tip.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The pool was not great. There was no Jacuzzi the outer area in town was dirty. It was too far to do anything if you don’t have your own car there.

We were informed upon check-in that a $10 parking fee per day would be added to our bill. There was no previous mention of this and there was no parking garage. JUST AN OUTDOOR, HOT, PAVED LOT.

At peak check in time, only one person seemed to be running everything so there was an empty desk and a big line before he made it back to help. Our room was quite dirty overall - splatters of something on the walls and even ceiling, and the pull out bed was stained all over and torn apart, but I was told there were no other rooms. To his credit, the front desk staff did do his best to help and brought me a large comforter to cover the otherwise unusable mattress and he was very nice, but I would never stay here again.

Front desk staff exceptionally rude, specifically over night large woman. We checked in after 10, our tv didn't work and it was so difficult for her to help us find a room where the tv worked. We were complete inconveniences. The next morning the desk woman wasn't much nicer but she did send a maintenance man up to help. We had mold in our shower and the wifi didn't work well at all.

There was the worst smell on the 2nd floor that went right into our room and we had to smell it all night when we went to the front desk and told them about it they just blew us off like it was nothing!!

I’ve been in the travel business 37 years and I don’t usually book Comfort Suites but I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The shuttle to the hotel was quick and seemless. The hotel itself was very clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was actually very nice and had a good selection. I would stay again.

My flight got canceled in Denver last night and I had to go to a hotel. I chose the Comfort Suites at Denver International because the ratings looked good. I had the complete opposite experience! My room on the second floor was extremely noisy! The people in the room above were thumping and running around for hours. I kept getting woken up. At around 12:30 AM, I called downstairs to the front desk and explained what was going on. The night staff person said he would call upstairs. It helped a bit, but then the noises came back. I had it at that point and tossed and turned for hours! This morning upon checkout, I spoke with the front desk person about my situation and asked for some type of compensation. She said the only thing the hotel can do is call upstairs which is their policy. I said so I’m being punished for being disturbed and for not getting any sleep??! All she could say was sorry. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told the manager was not there. She gave me a phone number, but no name of a manager. This place is extremely noisy! If you want to sleep go somewhere else!

Thin walls made it hard to sleep due to noisy neighbors. The shuttle runs only once an hour and is shared with other hotels, making airport transfers crowded and slow. Overall, not very convenient. Won’t stay again.

I would like to thank Luisa and Geo at the front desk. These young ladies were kind, professional and went above and beyond to make our check-in and stay easy and pleasant. We arrived very early. And instead of telling us we had to wait ,they immediately began checking to see if a room was ready. They located one and checked us in immediately . Comfort Suites should be very proud of these two young ladies. They made our stay extremely pleasant.

Before I even approached the front desk I can tell the guy working it was not friendly. He should not be working with people he does not have any customer service. I didn’t get his name but he is the one that checked me in. (Night of June 20th, 2025) Then the girl that went in for her shift at 11pm I suppose. She was not friendly either. Very hateful people I encounter from the first night. However there was one friendly lady that worked the next morning I can’t give her a bad review she asked me if I needed anything and to have a good day. That was the morning of (Saturday June 21st, 2025).! That’s why I gave a two star.

Our flight was delayed from Houston into Denver. We made two phone calls directly to the front desk clerk at this hotel. First call we explained our situation and ensure them we would be checking in but possibly getting into Denver after midnight. Second phone call was to let them know we landed in Denver and needed the hotel shuttle to pick us up. We finally arrive at the hotel and the front desk clerk says they were fully booked and had to give our room away. Keep in mind we had a prepaid reservation, not to mention the two phone calls directly to the hotel. They did offer to bump us to another hotel (Best Western). No apologies just get back on the shuttle and off we go to another hotel. We arrive at Best Western get check in, when we find out they didn't offer a shuttle service or a complimentary breakfast as our original hotel did. Breakfast was a deal breaker but we needed a shuttle back to the airport to pick-up our rental car. Very frustrating experience overall! Worst customer service period!

The staff marked me as a no show after i told them my flight was delayed and i would be late i showed up and they said they could not reinstate my stay even tho i expressed i would still be out by check out injust needed some sleep for the 5hr drive ahead of me after a long flight. EXPEDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NO HELP EITHER

We love this hotel. It is close to the airport, allows you to leave your car in their parking lot while you are away for a small fee, has a free shuttle to and from the airport, and is in a good neighborhood. We stay here the night before a flight whenever we travel.

Pros: The price was right. Shuttle to and from the hotel was convenient. Check in was quick. Room was nice and spacious. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good, usual breakfast options. Gas station right next door. 50 dollar deposit wasn't bad. Fast check out Cons: Not many restaurants nearby, you'll have to walk a few blocks or doordash/uber eats to the hotel. Wasn't too sold on the indoor pool, looked better in pictures. At least 30 minutes from downtown Denver, so a rideshare is about 30-40 bucks plus tip.

The hotel and staff were great. However, the breakfast was not at the usual standard for this hotel line. Eggs were dry a and should have been restocked - been sitting too long. No muffins or pastry selections, a couple of green apples but no oranges or bananas, etc. We only book hotels that either provide breakfast or has a restaurant on site to save time. This did not save us time as we needed to find another location.,

The "free" breakfast was simply awful. When we came into the room their was water on the floor from the broken refrigerator. No one helped us with our bags when we left. Overpriced and mediocre.

We had an unexpected overnight in Denver due to flight delays, and managed to get a room here through Expedia with little notice. Our flight arrived around midnight, and the hotel shuttle was waiting for us. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast suprisingly substantial. It was just a 9-hour stay but it made all the difference to continuing our journey refreshed.

I’ve been in the travel business 37 years and I don’t usually book Comfort Suites but I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The shuttle to the hotel was quick and seemless. The hotel itself was very clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was actually very nice and had a good selection. I would stay again.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay, I was less impressed with the breakfast than many reviewers, but it was fine for getting something to eat before leaving for the airport. Shuttle to airport was smooth and on time. There is a Mexican restaurant very near the hotel. Doesn't look very inviting, but we thought the food there was excellent, with HUGE portions.

I was very happy with my room. I shared the room with 3 other ladies and we were very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was a bonus. The breakfast included was decent and the mini waffle maker was the best - four perfectly golden brown and crispy mini waffles with butter and syrup - so good!!! I wish I had time for a second helping! The coffee at breakfast was a little watered down but the coffee in the hotel lobby was good. The coffee bar in the lobby also had tea bags and hot chocolate packets, creamers and suggar. The free shuttle to the airport was timely and comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Denver - a very good value!
