This property has a 2 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. Cancellations must be by email.
Non-refundable rates: If your booking is non-refundable. We will charge the full amount at the moment. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking.
Standard Rates: Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. This property may pre-authorize your credit card before arrival. For credit card payment, we will charge the 4% of the booking.

Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions. In the event of a no-show, the total of the first night accommodation will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will not be refunded or transferred.
We will send you a form by email before arrival to have a faster check-in, we will ask you to provide your passport details.

To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct deposit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.

- Maximum stay: 7 days. It cannot be extended or re-booked (if you book more than 7 nights your booking will be cancelled, even if you make multiple bookings).

Este alojamiento tiene una política de cancelación de 2 días. Si no cancelas dentro de este plazo, se te cobrará un cargo por cancelación equivalente a la primera noche de tu estancia. Las cancelaciones deben realizarse por correo electrónico.
Tarifas no reembolsables: Si tu reserva no es reembolsable, cobraremos el importe total en ese momento. Si decides cancelar tu reserva, o en caso de no presentarte, se te cobrará igualmente el coste total de tu reserva.
Tarifas estándar: Pago a la llegada mediante efectivo, tarjetas de crédito o tarjetas de débito. Este alojamiento puede preautorizar tu tarjeta de crédito antes de tu llegada. Para pagos con tarjeta de crédito, cobraremos el 4 % de la reserva.

Por favor, avísanos si quieres hacer el check-in o el check-out y/o utilizar la cocina fuera del horario establecido.
Ten en cuenta que cualquier cancelación debe notificarse directamente al hostal al menos 48 horas antes de tu fecha de llegada prevista, a menos que se indique lo contrario en las condiciones del hostal. En caso de no presentarte, se cargará el total de la primera noche de alojamiento en tu tarjeta de crédito. Si cancelas cualquier noche individual de tu reserva, el depósito de esa noche no será reembolsado ni transferido.
Te enviaremos un formulario por correo electrónico antes de tu llegada para que el check-in sea más rápido; te pediremos que proporciones los datos de tu pasaporte.

Para confirmar tu reserva, deberás abonar el 30 % del importe total por adelantado. El pago puede realizarse mediante tarjeta de crédito o podemos facilitarte nuestros datos bancarios para una transferencia directa. Tu reserva se confirmará una vez recibido el pago.

- Estancia máxima: 7 días. No se puede extender ni volver a reservar (si reservas más de 7 noches, tu reserva será cancelada, incluso si realizas múltiples reservas).
- Si llegas antes de la hora de entrada (14:00), puedes dejar tu equipaje y disfrutar de nuestras instalaciones hasta que tu habitación esté lista.
