Breakfast was okay and nice to have a small bar at night open from 5-11 pm. Pool was nice and rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Hotel was in a good location with lots of restaurants and a shopping mall directly behind property. Property had odd breakfast hours (til 9 on weekends 930 on weekends) and only had room service from 5pm-11pm, same hours as the bar. No bar or drink options while spending time at the pool during the day.

All good, the only thing is that the parking tends to be full but we had already paid for it and didnt have space and have to park on the outsde.

The hotel was good. The pool is only 4ft deep. But it was good for our kids. Unfortunately we were not aware that we will be charge for parking so it was a surprise upcharge.

Pool area could have been cleaner, but overall very good.

Loved how up keep it was. Quiet, safe, the pool was nice, the outdoor patio with grill and lights. The bed was comfortable and the staff was really nice. Free buffet breakfast was good only thing i can say is the breakfast could be better, the eggs the sausage and bagels were mediocre but overall great place and stay, I really enjoyed my stay here.

A great hotel, walkable distance to Millenia Mall. Clean, modern and friendly/professional staff. Great area for food and dining. Hotel has a great clean pool and lots of tanning chairs and tables if you want to chill and tan while your kids are in the pool. BBQ available to use. Parking is gated which is great for security. Nice bar/restaurant inside the hotel. Breakfast is great. Clean and tidy. Gym is fantastic. Lots of treadmills free weights, mats and a multipurpose weight machine. Will be staying here again next time.

We stayed for 4 nights and everything was fine. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet breakfast but good. The rooms were clean and the pool area was clean. I was charged $19 for parking a day and I didn't know until after we checked out, maybe I missed the fine print previously. Would stay again.

The rooms smells so bad, they changed my room but the new smells as well The duve is very dirty and they don’t use duve cover. It is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and it’s extremely expensive for the quality

Spotless room full of comfort and central to all tourist attractions. Quiet, comfortable and extremely clean - all the things a hotel should be! Definitely will be a returning guest.

The location is nice, the pool is nice and breakfast was nice. On the contrary the room/ deskbtable had ants,I was chrged for a bottle of water I threw away from the ants

The location was excellent and 10 min drive to Univeral, however the room felt extremely stuffy , no proper ventilation . The carpet felt smelly. Definitely the rooms can be improved. The breakfast spread did not have variety, we were there for 8 days and pretty much ate the same thing everyday.

This was once a nice hotel, but it has really gone down in quality. It smelled musty. The carpet in my room felt down right icky…as if it was soaked in sweat and other “fluids”. Nothing felt clean or sanitary. We were in town to visit family. We checked in at 3:30p, and checked out around 5 hrs later and drove back to Jacksonville. I would have rather slept in my car. I do not consider myself a hotel snob, but this place is a mess now.

We just stayed at this hotel last weekend. Everything was clean and smelled great. Each day the room was cleaned and towels restocked. The breakfast was clean and everything tasted great as well. The pool area was very enjoyable with multiple seating areas with hanging lights and a very nice pool with a walk in entrance. The pool towels outside were always stocked as well. Our favorite part was the walking path behind the pool that leads to the Millenia Mall. The mall has 10 food and dessert options in the food court as well as every store you can think of! It took us 5 minutes to walk there from the hotel, so it’s very convenient! The whole neighborhood was classy and felt safe. We will be back!

The fridge was frozen solid and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way or lock.I informed the front desk in person and via text nothing was done and at checkout they couldn’t have cared less.

It was a nice hotel until they only came to our room 1 time to clean and the AC stop working. The staff was nice and friendly the breakfast was very delicious. But we ran out of soap, towels and toilet paper.

Only complaint: there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the barn door doesn't seal, so you may not want to go with someone you've been dating for less than 5 years.

Room was spacious and clean and beds and bedding were very comfortable. Pool and breakfast were nice.

They control the AC. No way you can get that AC below 72 at night.

It was about a 15 minute ride from the airport. Upon my arrival, the surrounding area was beautiful. Millenia mall was right around the corner and it was beautiful. Many dining options. The lobby smelled really good and the pool was kind of small but doable. They have complimentary breakfast which wasn’t that great. The best thing was the waffles that you make yourself. No fresh fruit, pancakes or bacon. The room was an ok size. The tv is in a weird place from the beds but rooms were clean. You have to pay for parking which I didn’t like because parking spaces were minimal. Overall I had a nice time. Hope this helps

This is an excellent family friendly hotel - but also very quiet. The rooms are very spacious! We even used the closet for a changing room because it was so big. Breakfast was good and better than expected with options for everyone. The lobby and pool area were comfortable, clean and modern. It was an easy 10 minute uber from Universal.

Very comfortable beds. Nice storage and spacious suite. Good hairdryer and shelves in the bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like was the awful lighting in the bathroom. Those fluorescent mirror lights make you look dead/anemic. Please give us back better bright lighting in the bathroom!

Room was very nice and clean . However I found the lighting dark. Maybe this is generally to be expected in many hotels. It makes such a big difference to me.

Great hotel. Excellent breakfast even had iced coffee available. Only complaint would be the AC unit in the wall blows directly on the bed and is noisy when turning on and off all night

My 13-year-old daughter has a service dog. The dog barked and we were kicked out of the hotel. My daughter tried to say she would do everything she could to stop the dog from barking, but the manager told my daughter that if she didn't leave, she would call the police. A hotel that hires incompetent people can't be a decent place.

Excellent service by one of the Managers named Tim he went above and beyond his duties with excellent customer service.

I would like to share a disappointing experience I recently had during my stay at your hotel from May 15th to May 16th. My stay started off wonderfully — the room was great, the service was excellent, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. On the evening of May 15th, I approached the front desk to request an extension of my stay for one more night. The gentleman at the reception assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. He told me that he would hold the same room for me and simply asked that I return in the morning to finalize the extension. However, when I came back to the front desk the next morning, I was told by a different staff member that there were no available rooms and that I would have to check out immediately. This was incredibly upsetting and unexpected, especially after having received confirmation the night before. As a result, we had to urgently pack, check out, find a new hotel, and go through the entire check-in process again — all of which completely disrupted our plans for the day. Instead of enjoying our planned activities, we lost a valuable day of our vacation. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially as a loyal guest of the Marriott brand. I have always chosen Marriott properties for their reliability and excellent service, but this incident has left me quite frustrated. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that communication and promises made at the front desk are properly honored moving forward. Thank you for

The reception staff should be more welcoming. They are like TSA agents in airport.

Great area! Loved being able to walk around the lake across the street, as well as, the path behind the hotel. You can walk to the mall from the hotel. The breakfast was awesome! The staff was always friendly!! We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was fine, the included breakfast was nice. The hotel location was great - it was located 5 min away from Universal Studios making it the best priced place to stay if you want to be near the parks.

This place was very very clean, comfortable, and the hospitality was top notch. The complimentary breakfast was very good, having iced coffee with flavored syrups was also a nice touch. Very close to the mall and outlets. Would absolutely stay again.

I really like the hotel and appreciated the clean and organized property the only critique I would give is it would have been nice if there was complimentary water or coffee for guests after breakfast for guest in the main lobby.

No trash bag in the bathroom Recycle was laying on its side and no trash can The bathroom sink barely drains , had to unscrew the stopper for it to drain Waited for people to clear for breakfast, went down At 9:45 breakfast and breakfast was completely cleared not a single sign that is ever was except for the remaining people lingering at the tables

My only complaint is the breakfast service. If you say it is open until 10am then there should be food at 9:30! There was only cold cereal left - no fruit, no oatmeal, no eggs, no bread - NADA! The service manager was even trying to close the door at 9:45. I'll go back to Hilton where the service truly stays open until 10am.
