A unica coisa que deixou a desejar foi a cozinha nao ter fogao, nao me atentei a esse detalhe, so te microondas, acho até desperdício uma cozinha daquela nao ter fogao pequeno! Mas ok 😅, quarto limpo e aconchegante, banheiro limpo, agua quente ! Cafe da manha é bom! Nao e maravilhoso, é bom! Ficaria de novo se precisar! E ficar por poucos dias, pq nao tem fogao 😅😅😅

The room was great and despite the remodeling everything was clean and peaceful. My main concern with this property is that I extended my stay through a third party site but my debit card on file was charged. I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk when I was checking out and he suggested I call back if the charge moved from pending to posted. This past Tuesday, September 22, 2026, the charge posted. So I called to have the issue rectified. I ended up speaking with Mary the supervisor, who looked into the issue and called back within the time she said she would. Mary stated that she saw the double charge and would speak with the accountant because she processes the refunds and I would be contacted later that day. It is now Saturday, September 26, and I have yet to be refunded my money or receive a call back. I tried calling and was placed on hold, mysteriously the phone was disconnected. I’m completely disappointed in how this situation has been handled. Never expected anything like this from the Hilton brand. This is disheartening because I thought I had found somewhere great to stay for my bi-weekly trips to Woodbridge from NC.

Room was clean and quiet. Nice selection of channels on TV. And pool was smaller, but still nice (not freezing) and clean. Overall 10/10.

I loved the room layout. The only thing was the bed. It wasn't comfortable at all. I still gave 5 starts because in the morning I let the staff know and they seemed responsive and requested if it happens again on future trips to call down and they would get me another place to sleep for the night where I wouldn't have to move all my stuff I settled in with. I only stayed one night with a late check in, and I didn't know that was an option or I would have requested that.
I loved the room layout. The only thing was the bed. It wasn't comfortable at all. The rooms were dirty, when I arrived I was put in the wrong room as I reserved a handicapped and hearing impaired room with a tub, but was put in a small room with a shower and the toilet that didn't work and visually the microwave and surfaces were dirty. The front desk clerk was accommodating as he was able to get me in the right room, but the table was sticky all around the edges and the floor was was dirty from the front, under the table and the bathroom and the carpet 😳 needed steam cleaned as it was grimy and there were no carts available to bring all of me and my childrens things up at 9.30pm at night. I was there Thursday July 2nd thru Monday July 6th 2026 and the pool was dirty along with cups and junk laying around the pool room and wasn't cleaned till Monday. Recommendation would be to get a whole new management team and Staff that is more Professional and the Elevators stunk like Body odor and dogs and honestly should be cleaned everyday and put air fresheners in there and throughout the Hotel. I was very disappointed as I've been coming for the last 4 years to the hotels tonight, chain. And this very one add potomac mills has gone downhill.Extremely. thank you Della Jo Piarulli
