Para un día o dos puede pasar por el precio al que lo reservé. La zona en la que se encuentra se puede aparcar sin problema gratis en la calle, es zona blanca. El escritorio , yo que tenía que usarlo, demasiado pequeño pero me sacó del apuro. La cama era de 135cm y las sábanas de 90cm, como comprenderás no se podían enganchar. No había calefacción pero si on calefactor que calentaba rápido la habitación. No hay armario pero si una estantería para dejar la ropa. El baño era compartido pero estaba muy limpio. Un gran punto a favor, la máquina de agua que hay en el pasillo que se puede usar gratis y tiene agua fría y caliente. Lo que no me gustó es que solo había una toalla de ducha por persona, sin toalla de lavabo y si necesitas alguna toalla más por lo que sea NO te la proporcionan.

Muy buen alojamiento, ventanas, puertas, baño, la cama muy comoda, toallas, sabanas, el personal muy agradable y muy limpio todo, la chica es una excelente trabajadora, todo muy limpio, nunca ha faltado papel en el baño, el suelo siempre seco a pesar de ser baño compartido, muy tranquilo todo. Puntos negativos, el primero es el acceso al hotel y las habitaciones que solo se puede acceder con el tlf movil atraves de un correo electronico, el primer dia despues de un largo viaje casi no llego con bateria al hotel y no podria haber entrado, los dias que estuve alli, me preocupaba quedarme sin bateria, para ir al baño necesitas llevar el movil, ya que despues no puedes entrar a tu habitacion sin el tlf movil. No hay aire acondicionado y la verdad hace calor y estamos en mayo, no quiero pensar en agosto. El agua de la ducha cambia de temperatura cada 20 segundos y es molesto. Por todo lo demas le daria un 4 de 5 estrellas por el tema del acceso solo con el movil. Repetiria sin ninguna duda.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Había mucho polvo, y yo soy alérgica a eso. Las sábanas no eran las adecuadas para el colchón. Las sábanas eran una cama más pequeña y al tumbarnos la sábana bajera se salía todo el rato y dormíamos encima del colchón. El colchón estaba roto. A parte las sábanas tenían manchas de otras personas como manchas de chocolate y pintalabios. Y por último en el baño siempre faltaba papel y había mucha suciedad. Yo diría que el espejo de la habitación y del baño nunca lo han limpiado de lo sucio que estaba.

Mi primera experiencia en el lugar fue muy buena, en general ha estado todo muy limpio, fácil acceso a las instalaciones, buena señalización, baños cómodos y limpios, habitación ordenada, limpia y cómoda. Volvería sin dudas

Walgelijk! Inchecken was erg moeizaam. Niemand die je kan helpen. 4 dgn verblijf kamer werd niet schoon gemaakt. Geen schone badlaken. Geen schone bedden goed!

Presenta una pésima limpieza, servicio nulo, te intentan sacar dinero de todos lados incluso si manchas las toallas, las habitaciones nada silenciosas ni privadas, el piso levantado con grietas y ademas no dejaban acceder antes de la hora no sé para qué pero para el tiempo de limpieza les aseguro que no.
Presenta una pésima limpieza, servicio nulo, te intentan sacar dinero de todos lados incluso si manchas las toallas, las habitaciones nada silenciosas ni privadas, el piso levantado con grietas y ademas no dejaban acceder antes de la hora no sé para qué pero para el tiempo de limpieza les aseguro que no.

El alojamiento en general estaba bien, lo que me faltó fue más limpieza, ya que por ejemplo en el cuadro de encima de la cama había acumulado mucho polvo y en el lavabo había alguna mancha de huéspedes anteriores.

Plus: Basic but clean room in quiet neighbourhood close to metro, a few good restaurants and cafés, and some shops nearby. Minus: Paper-thin walls so you hear everything and some guests were very loud around 1-3 am. Make sure to complete the registration beforehand.

Acaso Expedia no revisa los alojamientos que ofrecen? Acceso complicado, no recibí el código para entrar, y tuve que esperar una hora en la puerta bajo un paraguas. La habitación es un garaje adaptado, pequeña, incómoda, sucia, para acceder a ella solo faltó dar las escrituras de mi casa. Te piden un montón de datos mios y de mi pareja te envían previamente una lista de lo que cuesta cualquier supuesto desperfecto que puedas ocasionar, sin tener en cuenta las carencias que tiene el establecimiento y ellos no las hacen saber. El wifi con señal imperceptible, la cama, hundida, casi hecha a propósito para no descansar, sin ventilación, ducha a ras del suelo con unas cortinas que no frenan que el agua salga fuera porque además no traga bien la ducha, que por grifos han colocado dos llaves de paso. No existe interruptor para apagar la luz del baño, va con censor, así que si te levantas a medianoche se enciende al acercarte y el destello despierta a tu pareja. Al teléfono que te ofrecen nadie contesta. Resumiendo, un cuchitril malo al precio de un hotel. Irrecomendable.

The check in is a nightmare. Although I was asked to register 5 days before the check-in , it didn't stop them to ask me to register again 1 day before checkin. Arrived midnight to 10min and then I was asked again to register. At the end , after calls and chats, I manage to enter. I was allocated an en suite room 4 . Nightmare the online checkin just sends u round in circles. Hours filling in same form. Stressing wont be able to check-in. Phone number just sends u a msg to complete a form but form came in Spanish. Eventually manage to get to online chat !!. 40 mins stood outside building trying to get in. Another guest also stood outside with same issues. No instructions on how to find room. It was outside main building and basically the converted shed cold and felt damp. Set up as disabled room with huge bathroom but how u would get a wheel chair in the room to get to bathroom no idea Bathroom light on a sensor bathroom door swollen with the moisture so unble to block light when using loo in the night. Light stays on for ages!!!! As unable to make forms work added stress of not being able to check out properly and risk late checkout charge. Price low but even so !!!

La habitación es correcta, cama comoda y el baño amplio. Es eso, una cama y baño. Limpieza muy bien. Tiene una ventana que da a la escalera que sube a otros pisos y aunque tiene un cristal opaco, deja pasar la luzde las lamaparas de fuera y es un poco incomodo si necesitas oscuridad para dormir. También se escuchan ruidos, algunas personas que gritan o están de fiesta, supongo de otros apartamentos. Recomendaria llevar antifaz y tapones. Para mi ha sido cómodo porque voy a un sitio muy cercano y me queda al lado. Tambien tiene la parada de metro Arturo Soria a pocos metros. Saludos,

I did like because was close to bus station. Metro Station, is a quite zone, and House is clean very well located. I didnt like for not having any one to help with anything else, couldnt know where to get breakfast, the city induction, and also the hotel forced me to give details of My credit card allegging if I break anything I could pay. But at time of checkout no one was there to confirm the things. In order hand my credit card details that a gave are at this stage unsafe.

Acaso Expedia no revisa los alojamientos que ofrecen? Acceso complicado, no recibí el código para entrar, y tuve que esperar una hora en la puerta bajo un paraguas. La habitación es un garaje adaptado, pequeña, incómoda, sucia, para acceder a ella solo faltó dar las escrituras de mi casa. Te piden un montón de datos mios y de mi pareja te envían previamente una lista de lo que cuesta cualquier supuesto desperfecto que puedas ocasionar, sin tener en cuenta las carencias que tiene el establecimiento y ellos no las hacen saber. El wifi con señal imperceptible, la cama, hundida, casi hecha a propósito para no descansar, sin ventilación, ducha a ras del suelo con unas cortinas que no frenan que el agua salga fuera porque además no traga bien la ducha, que por grifos han colocado dos llaves de paso. No existe interruptor para apagar la luz del baño, va con censor, así que si te levantas a medianoche se enciende al acercarte y el destello despierta a tu pareja. Al teléfono que te ofrecen nadie contesta. Resumiendo, un cuchitril malo al precio de un hotel. Irrecomendable.

El acceso SIN TENER INTERNET a la mano es imposible, llamas y NO contestan, me tomo mas de 1 hora ingresar, NUNCA me enviaron el numero de reserva necesario para acceder al edificio, habia un numero de itinerario q NO sirve de nada! Quede aburrido de ese sitiio.

There was a process to follow before coming in, otherwise you would not be able to do check in. They have no one to help. It was a waste of money and time. I was not able to get in or have someone to help me.

The check in is a nightmare. Although I was asked to register 5 days before the check-in , it didn't stop them to ask me to register again 1 day before checkin. Arrived midnight to 10min and then I was asked again to register. At the end , after calls and chats, I manage to enter. I was allocated an en suite room 4 . Very good place , once i had found it. Niegbours all knew nothing about hotel so was walking around for a while trying to find. No sign on building justbsmall one on gate. All electronic, no reception. Works perfectly qhen u follow email instructions. Dont ignore email from hitel and it works well. Brilliant price ckean and nice woukd stay again Pete

Nightmare the online checkin just sends u round in circles. Hours filling in same form. Stressing wont be able to check-in. Phone number just sends u a msg to complete a form but form came in Spanish. Eventually manage to get to online chat !!. 40 mins stood outside building trying to get in. Another guest also stood outside with same issues. No instructions on how to find room. It was outside main building and basically the converted shed cold and felt damp. Set up as disabled room with huge bathroom but how u would get a wheel chair in the room to get to bathroom no idea Bathroom light on a sensor bathroom door swollen with the moisture so unble to block light when using loo in the night. Light stays on for ages!!!! As unable to make forms work added stress of not being able to check out properly and risk late checkout charge. Price low but even so !!!

Para un día o dos puede pasar por el precio al que lo reservé. La zona en la que se encuentra se puede aparcar sin problema gratis en la calle, es zona blanca. El escritorio , yo que tenía que usarlo, demasiado pequeño pero me sacó del apuro. La cama era de 135cm y las sábanas de 90cm, como comprenderás no se podían enganchar. No había calefacción pero si on calefactor que calentaba rápido la habitación. No hay armario pero si una estantería para dejar la ropa. El baño era compartido pero estaba muy limpio. Un gran punto a favor, la máquina de agua que hay en el pasillo que se puede usar gratis y tiene agua fría y caliente. Lo que no me gustó es que solo había una toalla de ducha por persona, sin toalla de lavabo y si necesitas alguna toalla más por lo que sea NO te la proporcionan.

La habitación es correcta, cama comoda y el baño amplio. Es eso, una cama y baño. Limpieza muy bien. Tiene una ventana que da a la escalera que sube a otros pisos y aunque tiene un cristal opaco, deja pasar la luzde las lamaparas de fuera y es un poco incomodo si necesitas oscuridad para dormir. También se escuchan ruidos, algunas personas que gritan o están de fiesta, supongo de otros apartamentos. Recomendaria llevar antifaz y tapones. Para mi ha sido cómodo porque voy a un sitio muy cercano y me queda al lado. Tambien tiene la parada de metro Arturo Soria a pocos metros. Saludos,

The concept of a digital, self-check-in property is understandable in today’s travel landscape, and can work well when executed properly. Unfortunately, that’s where things started to unravel. The check-in information and access details were sent to the wrong email address — not the one used for the booking, but a secondary address. For any traveler arriving in an unfamiliar city, tired after a journey and simply wanting to get into their accommodation, this kind of administrative failure is genuinely stressful. With no staff on site to resolve the issue in person, what should have been a minor hiccup became a real problem. And getting help? That proved to be its own ordeal. Customer service was difficult to reach, slow to respond, and ultimately more frustrating than reassuring.
