AYZ Javier Cabrini - Auto check-in property

I really liked that the property was very close to the metro exit. And in the morning it was close enough to walk to a commercial center. I also liked that there was a microwave on the third floor. The major downside is that the walls are VERY THIN.

The location is good, near the Metro. The school is next door. It's extremely noisy. The check-in is a big headache. They want to make it all automatic. But their IT people are not experienced and drive guests nuts. I stayed there for 3 days. I did not see a single guest to be happy with their system. Imagine waiting in the heat for 2-3 hours at the front door to get an instruction email from their AI or IT. If you leave the hotel, you may not be able to get into your room because their application may not work for you. There is no direct customer service contacts. You are always under the surveillance cameras from front door to stairs and hallways. It might feel safe, but you have no privacy. The shared with (12 other people) bathroom and shower walls are all molded. Watch out if you are allergic to the molds. They have no TV to reduce the noise and make a relaxing environment. You get anything except relaxation. I would not recommend to my friends and family.

Check in en autonomie à revoir. Très compliqué quand on ne connaît pas et en plus pas en langue maternelle. Mail pour ouvrir les portes noyé dans une multitude de mails de l'hôtel qui servent pas à grand chose.Javais passé 1h quelques jours avant pour préparer le check in, et pn a quand même mis plus d'une demi heure ppir pouvoir accès à notre chambre. Une dame sest même retrouvée dans le couloir à dormir car elle n'arrivait pas accéder à sa chambre .De plus, si plus de batterie de portable et bien plusd'entrée possible. Ce qui serait pratique, cest lenevoir d'un code tout simplement qui ouvre la porte d'entrée et la chambre. Ce serait tellement plus simple. Chambre peu équipée pas de tv, lit qui fait un bruit horrible, clim hs, sdb strict minimum avec une douche pas pratique et aucune isolation phonique. On entendait absolument tout. Seuls points positifs:la propreté et l'emplacement ideal: quartier calme, a deux pas de la station de métro et facile d'accès et pour se garer.

nice property, about a 3-4 minute walk from the train/metro station which was bliss. and about a 5-7 minute walk away from a shopping center with quick access to food. there was also free water available downstairs which was amazing, shared bathroom but it was pretty clean. there was no staff present but we had no problems checking in and out, building and room doors are operated by an email link on your phone so make sure it has good charge before you go anywhere. there was a fan which was nice, only downside was the blankets were legit sheets, but other than that it was a decent stay in a good area. :)

Conexión excelente para moverse en metro, tiene lo imprescindible para pasar un par de días, por contra no hay ascensor y la limpieza y cambio de toallas lleva sobrecoste

En verano con un calor sofocante, la habitación cuenta con un aparato de aire acondicionado inservible, ya que no te facilitan el mando a distancia del aparato... incomodísimo y nada recomendable. No repetiré, y si alguien se plantea ir... que no lo haga.

The hotel doesn’t have a reception, however they are great at communicating via email. No elevator, which is inconvenient for larger luggage. Rooms were very small, very claustrophobic and the windows were closed off for use…

Me gustó el precio. La foto de la habitación se parece muy poco a la realidad. Habitación austera, sin televisión. Cuando llegué las ventanas estaban abiertas y el radiador apagado, hacía frío en la habitación. No tiene ascensor.

The location is excellent, almost next to a metro station. It is inexpensive for sure. The room is very basic and has minimum furniture. Shared bathrooms are ok but lack of service (one ran out of toilet paper during our stay). The main thing is that the room is not clean. One can tell right away when get in it. The carpet (really a plastic mesh) was dirty. The other thing that needs improving is communication. We were not given instruction about how to get in until 12 hrs before check in time and only after repeated requests to Hotels.com. Contact phone number of the host could not be reached most of the times. Plenty of room for improvement.

Opção toda automática, quando precsei sequer me responderam. Roupa de cama manchada e suja. Cabelos na cama, piso do quarto todo rasgado, meio desleixado. No verão deve fazer muito calor. Banheiro limpo.

Pelos en la cama, el sueño sucio y las mesillas también. Creo que es el peor hotel en el que he estado nunca

Muy sucio, la fachada da pena, contenedor de badura en la puerta, baños sucios, mucho polvo en la habitación.

Honestly did not have high hopes, with reviews of cockroaches the previous year and pretty poor reviews generally. Not going to lie, the first night was absolutely fine with a functional AC and a decent sleep. However, the second night we came back to several cockroaches scurrying around our luggage and the furniture in the room. We immediately booked a room somewhere else and got an Uber away as we could not stay in a room where the cockroaches are free to move between the floor and walls with no idea how many there are. Not bad for a night but our experience wasn’t too pleasant - maybe it’s a summer thing as no one else has had similar problems for a while but happy holiday booking!

No geral experiência ruim. O quarto não corresponde ao anunciado neste site o que já faz a experiência ser péssima. As paredes desta acomodação são basicamente de papel, pode se ouvir tudo dos quartos ao lado, torneiras, chuveiros e etc… Tivemos também dificuldade com o ar condicionado que aparentemente não estava gelando… entramos em contato com a plataforma que informou o envio de um técnico mas não ocorreu. Limpeza mediana, os lençóis não tem aspecto de totalmente limpos. Mas o banheiro estava bem limpo. Anexei uma foto do quarto que visivelmente não é o mesmo do anúncio. Não recomendo.

Pernottato in una camera con bagno privato. La camera è veramente piccolissima!!! Il letto prende addirittura il posto di mezza porta del bagno!!! Non esistono finestre se non una che da' sul corridoio, quindi niente affaccio esterno!!! C'è puzzo di umido e di chiuso! Non c'è nessun tipo di appoggio in bagno e viene fornito 1 solo asciugamano ciascuno! Ho provato a chiedere un asciugamano in più tramite la chat messa a disposizione ma mi permetteva solo il cambio asciugamano (ad un prezzo aggiuntivo!) ma niente asciugamano in più! Le lenzuola erano sporche (presentavano delle macchie così come il cuscino) e sopra il portasapone in bagno c'era tantissima polvere! Polvere ritrovata anche sui cuscini, per terra e sul mini-comodino ai piedi del letto. Lo stipite della porta del bagno presentava addirittura delle macchie di dentifricio! Non sono mai venuti nè a pulire la stanza nè a svuotare quantomeno i cestini! L'aria condizionata funzionava solo per qualche minuto e poi si spegneva. Non c'è l'armadio se non una mini staffa con 3 grucce di numero! Esperienza veramente orribile!!!

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de metro y es algo que nos gustó mucho, además la opción de auto check in nos pareció maravillosa pero la limpieza de las habitaciones dejó mucho que desear el primer día de nuestra estancia nos encontramos un montón de cabellos en la cama y en la ducha y la verdad fue bastante desagradable

La habitación si estaba limpia en general pero tenía detalles de cabellos en todo el baño, el resto de instalaciones igual estaban limpias. Queda en un barrio muy tranquilo y con acceso a metro cerca. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca que facilitan la vida

La ubicacion esta muy bien, hay muchas cosas alrededor y se aparca facil y gratis en las inmediaciones, lo que no me gusto es que las sabanas dan pena, estaban rotas y los baños bastante sucios

I liked the cleanliness and practicality of the facility. However, you could hear a lot of the things that the other guests were doing. Otherwise, a great stay.

Habitación con lo necesario para pasar una noche. Tuvimos suerte y no había gente muy ruidosa hospedándose allí porque se escucha todo.

Es más pequeño de lo que parece, se hace un poco incómodo

El lugar no es un hotel, sino más bien lugar con muchos cuartos pequeños, en la noche con mucho ruido de los cuartos vecinos, cumplió con la función deseada de pasar a resguardo una noche en espera de un vuelo, los servidos ok, pero muy pequeño

Todo muy bien el aseo, el baño. Tuve un problema con el check-in y afortunadamente tenía internet y batería, pienso que debe haber alguien que te asesore para esos casos, afortunadamente después me comuniqué con el chat de su página y me enviaron de nuevo el correo del check-in. Todo muy bien posteriormente, el lugar muy limpio al igual que el baño.

It took over an hour and a half to get into the property. We even called multiple times and were hung up on every time. The property was fine.

Extremely difficult to get into electronic entrance, very vague instructions. Would never stay again

The whole self check in process is terrible. There's about 10 hoops to jump through online. Then you get an email with an electronic key for the bldg. and the room. Good luck if you're having any internet issues. You have to take your phone with you to use tge shared bath and you have to use the email button to leave the bldg. GO BACK TO THE TOUCHPAD. No tesponse by phone to deal with all these issues. Some folks were outside the buikding for hours....

No pude entrar al hotel y nadie me cogió el telefono, lamentable…

Para ppder entrar me parece una locura, cuesta mucho reservamos por hoteles.com y no nos mamdaron para hacer el autocheking llegamos ahi y porque despues de media hora vino otro huesped y nos ayudo. El sitio esta lleno de estrangeros e incluso qie gente un poco extraña , baños a compartir, se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones...

Stubborn staff would not allow cancellation even days ahead. Foreigners should steer clear because the self-check in process is a nightmare.

uestra experiencia con el proceso de auto check-in fue pésima. Tras completar un trámite largo y tedioso, en el que tuvimos que introducir una gran cantidad de datos personales y bancarios —repitiendo incluso varios pasos—, llegamos al hotel después de un largo viaje y no pudimos acceder a la habitación ni recibir asistencia por parte del servicio técnico. Como consecuencia, nos vimos obligados a buscar una alternativa para pasar la noche a las 23:00. Una experiencia totalmente desaconsejable.

This is a niceplace to stay in Madrid and well.connected by Metro to the airport and the city. Evrything was good

Very basic but good value for the price. Good location for getting into Madrid via metro. Only 2 miles from the airport. Big shopping centre next to it with a very cheap bar

It’s a very basic hotel, but as we paid a very basic price I was very pleased with the accommodation. It’s very close to the Metro and the entry system was very easy to use as long as you have got a mobile phone. The room was very clean and the bathroom was also clean. The shower was excellent. I would use this hotel again for a trip where the hotel was simply somewhere to sleep. The only thing to consider is that it’s about 30 minutes away from the key tourist areas by metro.

Pretty good for 1 night in between flights, 3 stops from the airport 1 transfer. Clean and comfy beds. Thin walls and guest coming dragging luggage all the time. There not much to do around but in a 5min easy walk you’re at the metro station and 15 in Barajas. If you don’t have a cellphone plan in Spain this is not the place for you because you need internet connection to open the doors! I recommend it

Me fue muy buen, está en zona tranquila y muy cerca de estación de metro y centro comercial. El hotel es inteligente, me gustó vivir esta experiencia también.

Todo genial y super cómodo. Cerca de estación del metro. Lo único es que no ponen papel de baño. Así que si te quedas lleva un rollo por si acaso

La cercanía a transporte público para volver al aeropuerto.
