Spark by Hilton Muskogee

Like the location and surrounding establishments. Did not like the conditions of the room, public restrooms out of order, workout area out of order, carpets stained, trash remaining from previous occupants in room, ceiling holes, bathroom ceiling repair unfinished, bathroom sink falling off the wall, holes in shower ceiling, dirty showerhead, paint chipped doors. We checked out a night earlier and stayed with family on the last night. Will not be going there again.

Very dirty property. Sheets and bedding not clean. Stained in several places. Carpeting had a lot of stains. No breakfast available which was advertised on Expedia. Also, a lot of out of order signs (ie exercise room). Not at well maintained property.

This property is disgusting, not only that they are thieves, they give you a hard time to return your money and always state that the manager is not there, after an 18hr drive you go in and it snells like piss, everything was outdated, they said they had a pool which was closed and super dirty, my room had stains all over an old microwave, missing toilet pieces

I would like to say this was a decent place to stay but I’d be lying if I did. When I first arrived the outside appearance wasn’t so bad. The pool which you could see from the outside was dirty and had trash in it. The place is cheap to stay but the kids and I were looking forward to the amenities. When we first checked in there wallpaper was peeling to the left of the front desk. It smelt of cigarette smoke and cleaner. We went back to our room after we got the key card. We saw that the fitness center was also out of order. When we got to the room our pillows were a little yellow but it looked clean. After a two hours I saw bed bugs! I couldn’t let my kids and I stay there. I told the guy in the front I saw bugs and we were disappointed that there were no amenities and that we’d like to leave. He really didn’t say anything other than he would need to call his manager. They still refused a full refund and charged me for a night despite knowing all the facts. I felt really scammed. Don’t stay here.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was not that great. The outside grounds need to be cleaned cigarette butts all over and trash. Swimming pool and computer were not working. If you are traveling on a budget it's okay for one night anything else I would recommend somewhere else.

I ended up leaving this hotel, because it is very unsanitary and harmful to your health. The walls and doors and carpet are dirty. The chairs and ottoman is very stained. The luggage carrier has carpet on it that is old and very dirty. The pool has green swamp looking water in it. The gym is out of order. When I spoke to the desk clerk about the conditions of my room he stated he could put me in another room, which was across from my room & as soon as he opened the door to the new room you can smell the odor. It smelled worse than the room I had. The carpet in the hall is bulging looks like waves in the floor, which is dangerous because someone can trip and fall. When you check in at the front desk you can see the dirt on the doors & walls behind the desk. In the room I had a hole was cut in a square in the wall & just nailed up which wasn't nailed all the way & was not even painted over. I ended up leaving there with a sore throat, headache & had to keep using my asthma pump, because the smell really affected my breathing. It was aweful, it smelled like mold and mildew. The guy at the front desk stated they were dealing with plumbing issues and several rooms on the first floor was not functional due to the plumbing issues. I couldn't stay there, because I was getting sicker & I didnt feel safe staying there at all. I do not recommend no one staying there. This place needs to be closed down until the issues are resolved. It looks nothing like what is advertised online.

The AC did not ok properly in the first room. They did change us to another room. There was a 5 gallon bucket in the hall in front of our door of the second room because of a leak in the ceiling. The TV did not work, couldn't be fixed. There was a bar of soap on the shower ledge from the previous occupant. The toilet paper holder would fall out of the wall. The min-fridge was frozen so solid you could not close the door and it was leaking on the floor. The hall carpet was very worn and shabby. The pool was horrible!!! GREEN water and lots of trash!!! Now for the positive - the bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was over all good.

We went to the room, key wouldn’t work. It is absolutely the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. We could not stay there. I asked for them to reimburse my money. They said they would, but I won’t hold my breath. I was actually afraid to stay there because of the conditions.

Will not stay here again. The place is dirty and noisy through the night. Our beds looked the sheets didn’t get washed well. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Looked like mice poop by walls, air conditioner barely worked.

Good place to stay. Was greeted by Clerk. Was able to get to room with no issues. Only problem i experience was the shower just had warm water. Also the property is a little dated. Nothing what a fresh coat of paint couldn't cure.

It was a cheap room, bed was comfortable but the floor was very dirty and the sink wasn’t cleaned properly. The building is older and need of some repairs, so it was understandable about the price of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great inexpensive hotel. Despite some questionable characters, it was quiet and felt safe. The room itself was huge and spacious! Definitely would stay again!

It was quite clean just the shower needed a new shower head

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Even though it's staycation, it ranks way above the ones in Tulsa for the same price range.

It was a nice place there was just a random fly in my room. Also I think I got charged twice but the lady that checked me in fixed it I hope. All in all a decent stay for a decent price.

Very nice people and very friendly

We booked for 3 nights. Had NO hot water the entire time and NO SHOWER!!! Told the front desk multiple times, at one point someone came to our room and olayed around with the shower and said the maintenance man left but would be back in an hour... he never showed up. They didn't offer to get us another room even tho the said they might need to. I will NEVER Return to this place and I'll NEVER recommend anyone here. Seriously the worst place we've ever stayed at. If we could have, we would have went somewhere else but thar wasn't an option.

Downstairs has roaches everywhere. Bed's are horrible. People came to the room while occupie, not once but twice.. Breakfast is toast, oatmeal and cereal shared milk

Absolutely horrible conditions. Number of things wrong. "Full breakfast" is nothing more than frozen breakfast burritos or frozen sandwiches that you have to heat up in the microwave. The pool was green and had not been taken care of, even though it was June. The furniture in the room was damaged; the microwave was dented on top; the TV etc was plugged into a surge protector that was just hanging there; stains in the tub; black mold on the caulk and the ceiling in the bathroom; stains on the wall that were either crayon or blood, not sure which one; only saw housekeeping once even though we were there for 3 nights; had to go into the housekeeping closet myself just to get clean towels. I\'ve posted pics for confirmation. Waiting on Hotels.com to process a refund. Staff would not help since I booked though Hotels.com app. Definitely not even remotely close to worth the almost $400 I paid for it.
