Its a bit tired but we enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool wasnt too busy (we stayed in September) . The rooms although basic are clean and comfortable. The hotel is a very short walk to the center of Santa Ponsa

Lift has been out of order for a while, therefore you need lift your luggage up multiple flights of stairs and hope some kind stranger will assist you! AC does NOT come with the room although it’s hot as the devils arm Pits. You have to rent the AC remote for $20 $10 refundable deposit! The beds and really just box springs and not Mattresses so if you have bad back or hips like I do, well let’s just say good luck on getting a good nights sleep!

Great Location ...Close to Everything..I got a very high (lift still not working) appartment initially and with a bad knee was challenging.Thankfully on day 3 they facilitated a move for me.Karl in entertainment was excellent and made stay very enjoyable and had a great way with adult/kids alike.Splash Bingo was a big hit.Food at pool bar was excellent and reasonably priced

Apartment was very basic and dated but clean and a good size. Great location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool is nice, pool bar was reasonably priced, food was acceptable too. Staff friendly & helpful, towels changed regularly. Great value for money, would stay here again and recommend to people on a budget.

Very friendly & helpful staff. All areas were clean & tidy. Nice pool bar with lots of snacks and drinks options. Good location close to bars and restaurants. Lots of stairs in the property, however not a problem as the staff carried our bags to the room for us on arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, quaint apartments that were well furnished, clean and comfortable. Pool and bar area was well maintained, clean and very welcoming. Daytime and evening entertainment was great too! Above all, the staff went over and above to chat, to make sure you were having a great time and solved any problems as they arose. Highly recommend!

Amazing location & great pool. Air con kept turning itself off despite having to pay extra for it! I don’t think this was a faulty unit, but seemed to be what they were programmed to do.

Det är ett helt okej lägenhetshotell. Lite jobbigt med alla trappor då det inte finns hiss. Märkbart vid ankomst och hemgång. Rummet var bra och badrummet väldigt bra. Köket saknade en del för att underlätta matlagning. Poolområdet var mycket bra och hade 2 barnpooler och 1 stor. Poolbaren med underhållning. Lite störande med hög musik till 12 på kvällarna. Visade viktiga fotbollsmatcher och det var positivt. Städningen av rummen inte superbra men jättetrevlig personal. De i receptionen gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en så trevlig semester som möjligt. Hotellet ligger fantastiskt bra och det är nära stan, stranden och större mataffärer. The hotel is really nice! Cleaning of the rooms every second/third day. It was also clean outside and around the pool area too. The staff were polite and nice – especially Valerio who was very service minded and helpful with everything we needed. I have only positive things to say about the hotel and its staff! The only negative experience for us was the very loud and inconsiderate British and Irish tourists which are unfortunately everywhere in Mallorca and not just at this hotel…

Der Herr an der Rezeption war ziemlich nett. Sehr viele und anstrengende Stufen, wie ich bei den Bewertungen sehe funktioniert der Lift schon länger nicht. War sehr unpraktisch beim Koffer tragen. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber. Es hat gestunken und die Wände waren voller Flecken und Schimmel.

Le simple vitrage est dommage par rapport aux bruits extérieurs. Mauvaises odeurs dans les canalisations de la salle de douche.

Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist altbacken und rustikal. Dafür ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Es wurde fast jeden Tag die Handtücher ausgetauscht, aber leider nicht einmal geputzt. Es war okay würde ich aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Man får, hvad man betaler for. - En noget slidt lejlighed og nogle forfærdelige madrasser, hvor en topmadras ville have gjort underværker. Beliggenheden er fin med gåafstand på 5 min. til en vidunderlig sandstrand. Ingen elevator og en del larm fra gaden.

The hotelstaff and receptionist gives excellent service and the hotel is ok considering it is a two star hotel. kitchen supplies were limited even if the hotel info said that it was going to be a kitchen that you could use for fx simple cooking. Enough to be able to have breakfast in but you could hardly sit 4 people around the table on the balcony and glasses and cutlery were also limited. Unfortunately we missed that the hotel was situated in the middle of the British/irish bar street making the location maybe not the best for a family vacation. Close to the santa ponsa main beach.

Rooms are a little dated but good shower, kitchen area could do with a refit, beds are firm but slept really well on them, towels were changed 3 times in a weeks stay. Great location at the quiet end of the strip. All in all good value for money & we really enjoyed our stay

Location carina, in una ottima via di Santa Ponca dove c'è tutto a portata di mano. Struttura molto carina e accogliente. Stanze molto grandi e comode, forse manca uno specchio ed un mobile in più. Comunque ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Beim Gang zu unserer Unterkunft haben wir uns mit den engen Gängen und Treppen gefühlt wie in einer typischen Kleinstadt auf der Insel. Uns hat das richtig gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet (Decken, Handtücher, Kochutensilien). Wir hatten kein Apartment mit Poolblick und konnten dennoch schön über die Stadt Santa Ponsa bis hin zum Meer schauen. Ein Frühstück am Morgen auf dem Balkon war für uns daher Pflicht. Wir sind mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war immer freundlich hilfsbereit und für einen Plausch offen. Wir würden unseren Aufenthalt hier wieder buchen.

Great entertainment around the pool kids had a great time. My wife had an emergency brain operation while here and Valaria the guy on the front desk was fantastic helping me with all my needs without his help i could not have got by and i tried to give him some reward he refused to take anything. He is a thoroughly descent human being

Very friendly & helpful staff. All areas were clean & tidy. Nice pool bar with lots of snacks and drinks options. Good location close to bars and restaurants. Lots of stairs in the property, however not a problem as the staff carried our bags to the room for us on arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this accommodation by mistake but it more than met our expectations and more. It is basic but the staff members do elevate it and seem to all work together well. Reception was absolutely outstanding as we had unexpected extra family arrive but it was sorted instantly without any kind of fuss. Central to everything but does have lots of steps so is not for anyone with mobility problems

The hotelstaff and receptionist gives excellent service and the hotel is ok considering it is a two star hotel. kitchen supplies were limited even if the hotel info said that it was going to be a kitchen that you could use for fx simple cooking. Enough to be able to have breakfast in but you could hardly sit 4 people around the table on the balcony and glasses and cutlery were also limited. Unfortunately we missed that the hotel was situated in the middle of the British/irish bar street making the location maybe not the best for a family vacation. Close to the santa ponsa main beach.

Its a bit tired but we enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool wasnt too busy (we stayed in September) . The rooms although basic are clean and comfortable. The hotel is a very short walk to the center of Santa Ponsa

the irish quarter is around the corner, it is very busy and there are a lot of drunk people around... the area around the hotel seemed super dirty. didn't feel comfy whilst staying there

Rooms are a little dated but good shower, kitchen area could do with a refit, beds are firm but slept really well on them, towels were changed 3 times in a weeks stay. Great location at the quiet end of the strip. All in all good value for money & we really enjoyed our stay

Allereerst de locatie was top alles was op loop afstand ,supermakten,restaurants en niet te vergeten het prachtige strand.Ik zal hier zeer zeker terug komen!!

Nice clean room,but air conditioning had to be paid for extra cost & most of the rooms had to be accessed by flights of stairs quite a lot in some cases ie no lifts. The staff were friendly & restaurant & swimming pool was nice, plenty of sun beds but no parasols,& there were a few large groups of young men allowed to stay at the hotel

Apartment was very basic and dated but clean and a good size. Great location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool is nice, pool bar was reasonably priced, food was acceptable too. Staff friendly & helpful, towels changed regularly. Great value for money, would stay here again and recommend to people on a budget.

The hotel it’s very close to the beach which is a big plus, also have lots of restaurants to a walking distance as well as convenience stores. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. Just so be aware they only accept cash in all transactions within the hotel, so take cash (although there is a ATM across the street) overall happy with our stay as a family of 4

Property is needing a refurbishment and pool but in all it was clean and tidy and staff were lovely. Drinks reasonably priced, small Menu reasonably priced also. I would stay again.

Great Location ...Close to Everything..I got a very high (lift still not working) appartment initially and with a bad knee was challenging.Thankfully on day 3 they facilitated a move for me.Karl in entertainment was excellent and made stay very enjoyable and had a great way with adult/kids alike.Splash Bingo was a big hit.Food at pool bar was excellent and reasonably priced

Really enjoyed our stay here, quaint apartments that were well furnished, clean and comfortable. Pool and bar area was well maintained, clean and very welcoming. Daytime and evening entertainment was great too! Above all, the staff went over and above to chat, to make sure you were having a great time and solved any problems as they arose. Highly recommend!

Réceptionniste adorable, disponible et très à l'écoute de la moindre demande. Appartements rénovés, bon état général. Petit bémol sur le manque d'isolation phonique. Nous aurions apprécié la proposition d'un service de petit déjeuner au bar de la piscine.

Super alojamiento, el personal es muy amable y dedicado ! La única cosa es que es una lástima que el restaurante cierra sus puertas a las 5 y no un poco más tarde como a las 9 con la piscina, se podría disfrutar más de este espacio. Y por fin, faltan ustensilios de cocina. Sino, este lugar es precioso !

Det är ett helt okej lägenhetshotell. Lite jobbigt med alla trappor då det inte finns hiss. Märkbart vid ankomst och hemgång. Rummet var bra och badrummet väldigt bra. Köket saknade en del för att underlätta matlagning. Poolområdet var mycket bra och hade 2 barnpooler och 1 stor. Poolbaren med underhållning. Lite störande med hög musik till 12 på kvällarna. Visade viktiga fotbollsmatcher och det var positivt. Städningen av rummen inte superbra men jättetrevlig personal. De i receptionen gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en så trevlig semester som möjligt. Hotellet ligger fantastiskt bra och det är nära stan, stranden och större mataffärer. Vi kan mycket väl tänka oss att åka tillbaka. Hotellet är mycket prisvärt!
