Nice property for the price! Daily morning breakfast was a big plus! Good selection of items nice and clean. Pool area was average could use more seating but it was nice and clean and the kids enjoyed it!

I really enjoyed staying at Super 8 in Albany, Oregon. The room was clean and had a refrigerator/freezer that worked well. The air conditioning was great and I slept very well. The pool was clean and towels were available. I plan to return again when visiting family in the area. Highly recommend this property.

Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but we could see they were clean and well maintained . Property was adjacent to a McDonalds and a convenience store. Only complaint was you could see daylight thru entry door. Would stay there again.

Very comfortable and welcoming stay. Not a Ritz Carlton, of course, but far more than adequate for our three night stay with a small dog. There is steady freeway white noise because of the convenient location and exterior room doors but that doesn't bother us in the least. Sheets and pillows were clean and odor free, bed was very comfortable and supportive. Hot water was almost instantly available at sink and in tub/shower. Facility well maintained overall. Great variety of TV channels to keep our dog entertained, pool and hot tub were clean though we were too busy to use them. Staff were all friendly and welcoming to us. We would be happy to stay here again.

Bathroom roof had black mold, bottom of bathroom door was damaged & the tub was dirty. I submitted pics to wyndham facebook messenger. The room had a bad smell as soon as I entered, and the carpet between the door to the room & the desk had a spot that stayed damp the entirety of my stay. The outdoor spa was cloudy and also had a bad smell.

Woke up the next morning to discover that the sheets had never been cleaned from the previous people. There was dried blood on the sheets. It was absolutely disgusting to know that we slept on that. When I complained to the staff upon check out there was no sense of real care or concern about it.

My bed sheets had bodily fluids on it. Not just stained, but dried up crusty spots. The room was covered in sticky substances and there was hair and debris everywhere like it hadnt even been serviced/cleaned from the last person. I contacted the property and they have not responded. I wouldnt stay here again if it were my only option

I waited 45 minutes for them to “clean my room” at 8:00 pm.When I got into my room there was dirty towels on the floor, no towels, poop in the toilet, the floors were not swept. It was a horrible experience.

We checked in 06/16/ 25. Rm 127. Front desk clerk nice. This was one of the worst rooms I have stayed in. I spilled milk on the floor, so I wiped it up, and the paper towel was literally BLK. Probably not moped for days. there was no way I was walking on it. I went to the desk, told her I wanted someone to mop it. Bless her heart desk clerk mopped. The frig was cold first day, left for about five hrs. Came back to get a cold drink and the frig was warm. Used the microwave, wouldn’t work. Went to get ice, it was broke. The hall where ice machine was absolutely filthy. Rates are good, but rooms are discussing . The outside area by pool was disgusting with weed and dirt piles papers everywhere. All and all I give this rating POOR! On our trip we stayed at the supper 8 in Susanville. It was clean and nice. That’s the way every room should be.

Dirty parking area-piles of dog waste next to parking slots. Bathroom door would not close- falling off hinges. Night latch falling apart. Floor filthy- hasn't been mopped; room or bathroom. So much for your "No dog in room" rule - woman next door had dog that barked. No grab bars in bath tub - VERY dangerous. Here's a clue for you - *dried* dog waste in parking area didn't come from space aliens. It's been there awhile and has been ignored by your crew.

First off I booked a King bed non-smoking dog friendly room, when we got there we were given a king room that someone had been smoking in and we got stuck facing the freeway. The front desk said that was our only room available, however we found out they were hardly booked. The room was dirty. We were maybe 75 feet from Highway 5-very loud, we could not sleep it was that noisy. We kept thinking after 11 it would calm down- nope never happened. Listened learned, I will never stay in this hotel again.

The room was fine but smelled of cleaning solution. One very thin blanket on the bed. Pool looked nice but it was raining and cold. Breakfast was better than expected, with a good selection.

Waited an hour just to be told that my pre paid reservation was not going to be given because they had no rooms available and all the rooms were dirty anyway. 5 other people had similar issues. They had no resolution to offer. Thankfully Sean from hotels.com was able to relocate us down the road to a much nicer hotel.

The staff was great. They had a water leak out front. No big deal. But my water ran out 1/2 way through my shower in the morning. A heads up would of been awesome. They had to shut it off to fix the problem. Understandable. But I'd give the patrons a call and say hey. Gotta turn off the water from 10-11 to fix it. Get your showers in quick. Or wait till after. Not a big deal. There was no soap or shampoo in our room. And there was food leftovers in our mini fridge. Otherwise it was very clean. And very well kept. The pool was very warm but clean. And again the staff and owners were very nice. Just a couple things that were very minor. I'd definitely stay again. And I understand the water thing wasn't their fault. All in all. 4 stars

Decided to stay here instead of Corvallis for move in weekend. Pleasantly surprised. Great deal, especially since prices get jacked up this time of year. Exceptionally clean, updated and comfortable. The beds were really comfy, the temperature was perfect (we didn't need to adjust anything) and the shower was just right. Breakfast included hot items so that was nice. The lovely lady who checked us in was so polite, friendly, kind! We just moved to town and were unable to get into our place for a few days, and we picked the super 8 due to the location! It’s close to everything! And they gave us a room on the bottom floor at the edge of the building which is great for our little dog Destiny we had with us. The bed was comfortable, we slept so good!

NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!! The front desk didn’t bother to tell us there was no hot water upon check in. We didn’t find out until it was time to take a shower. They said they were working on it and it would be restored by 11 hopefully. There were no trucks here or work people to indicate that there was any work going on. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty of the front desk. I would rather have a choice about checking in or not. It would’ve made a difference if I stayed here or not because they were sold out. Bad bad Super 8.

Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Approached me while smoking a cigarette and i am 7 months pregnant. No towels or bathroom amenities in the room. No coffee pot in the coffee maker in the room. TV would not turn on. All the outlets lacked covers and most looked to have been melted or caught on fire at some point. Front desk refused to put towels in room until mananger was called to do so. Front desk also walked into our room while smoking a cigarette to check on towel status before after refusing to stock room appropriately.

Nice property for the price! Daily morning breakfast was a big plus! Good selection of items nice and clean. Pool area was average could use more seating but it was nice and clean and the kids enjoyed it!

A bit tricky to find the entry driveway. The check in process was very inefficient and slow. Check in staff were not friendly or particularly helpful. Computers not working for 40 min. The room was fine but smelled of cleaning solution. One very thin blanket on the bed. Pool looked nice but it was raining and cold. Breakfast was better than expected, with a good selection.

Overall it really wasn’t that bad. I was disappoint in the fact that the hot tub was only seasonal. Hot tubs are year round in my opinion. The front desk misunderstood me when I had called and accidentally cancelled our booking. But she was able to make it all work along with someone from hotels.com so it worked out. Just frustrated we had to go through a process to get it back. Other than that things were alright. Also the breakfast was pretty plain and there was no garbage can in the dining area.

This is a very well maintained property. Very inexpensive for what you get. Updated rooms. Blackout curtains. Very good breakfast with lots of options!!! I have stayed here now several times and keep coming back.

Building itself harkens back to a 1970s style ski chalet - solid wood framing and hand rails, square shape with central courtyard that has pool and hot-tub. Pool didn't look inviting / clean, hot tub wasn't very "hot" per report from my family members. Front desk staff were quite helpful, room itself quite clean but furnishings were tired / old (hanging rack for clothes, dresser door with dust in the corners). Towels were ok, great to have a decent size frig with a freezer section. Door to the room: tired and needed a good shove to open. Breakfast bar: eggs were artificial (reconsituted from powder base), but there were hard boiled eggs in the frig, plus a waffle bar. Overall very quiet even though pretty close to the highway. Ample parking.
