This one of 5 rooms. We only saw the staff at check in. We stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was left in the fridge in our room. Yogurt (2) milk (no bowl for cereal), juice boxes (2), butter, bread basket. Enough for one morning, unless you just want bread. The coffee maker in the lobby takes water. No way for guests to fill it. Noisy. Who ever lives above was dropping stuff on the floor (loud scarry bang), running footsteps and loud talking late into the night. The bed is hard and the pillows are flat and hard. No staff around to ask if there were others we could use. Location is excellent.

소렌토 시내 가기 너무 좋고 시내 내려가는 길에 까르푸 있어서 장보기 너무 좋고 샛노란색 복숭아? 자두? 필수 하루에 10개 쳐먹고 당올라옴. 밑에 있는 숙소들보다 싸고 좋음 그리고 객실 내부에 잇는 과자 요거트 버터 다 무료임 첨에 겅짜 아닌 줄 알고 안먹었는데 다 공짜임

Loved the location and loved our suites! Also enjoyed the cappuccino maker. We and other guests did deplete the espresso beans in the machine! So our last morning lacked the necessary caffeine! Staff very helpful and easy to work with! A little tricky to figure out how to enter the building but helpful signage out front. The only thing we didn’t care for was the mattress. It was very hard and we did not sleep well. Will return if mattresses are softer! Really great place just super hard platform mattress.

On arrival we were guided up to the rooms by Francesca, and we were taken back by how good the room was for the price paid. Francesca and Teresa stayed in touch with me before the visit and also reacted well to help me when my flights created a late arrival, they also suggested ways of getting to Sorrento from Naples Airport. They gave us tips on restaurants that were excellent and overall the ambiance, customer service, room and cleanliness were really good. I'd have no qualms recommending this as a great place to stay in Sorrento.

Melody is a great little BnB located in a building complex about a block or two away (5mins walking) from the main street in Sorrento. The hosts were wonderful and kind - we reached out to them beforehand and we were greeted by Michael at the front door. The facilities were clean and there is breakfast available in the morning. The actual hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building, and you must go to the back entrance of the building in order to enter.
