WOW Wish I could afford to stay at One &Only more often. LOVED EVERYTHING from check-in to check-out

Spa booking done for 2 x persons, were given time of 16.50pm which I thought as weird time, so went to Spa to confirm to find that booking was done for 16.15 but only for 1 x persons. If I haden,t hone past to check, we woulden,t had the booking. Staff in experienced I guess. Hotel water drains need attention as there is a bad smell in showers. Heve stayed in vatious rooms and same smell Food in pool restaurant not for 5 star standard.Otherwise nice stay and great service.

Staff goes above and beyond, very friendly and fast. Breakfast quality and variety is truly outstanding. Spa and pool area is also well done and makes you feel like you are tucked away in an oasis within the city.

The room was large and spotless and the view of Table Mountain was spectacular. The little gifts left after turndown were a beautiful touch, quite fitting to the whole hotel. Last but no least the guest experience staff and concierge staff were amazing and made our visit that bit more special. If we can, we will definately be back.
