Room,had sand all over floor,Toilet was not clean or the tile in the shower..water leak from under the bathroom floor into room..A/C unit made loud noises n exhaust fan in bathroom sounding it was take off fly..I will never stay there again..Also the door coming into room had gap about 1/2 wide at the top..Room was so outdated..Couldn’t block the outside lights from coming in the window or door..Just very poor,it was just dirty..

We checked in and had no towels, shower rod/curtain was on ground, remote no where to be found and sliding door was broken. Guests should not have to ask for these things. Guests should not have to lift up shake etc to a door together it to close or open. The only thing good was the view of ocean and the jacuzzi tub in room. The worst part is holding onto the stairs railing and it comes off in your hands, wood was rotten. This hotel needs to be updated and brought up to code..

This was horrible. It was cheap, but still cost more than I would pay for this. Was considered 2 bedroom, but really was 1 with living room turned into room with 2 queen beds. Stained sheets. Soft flooring from water damage or leakage, was a second floor room. Was booked for 4 people had two bathrooms but only 1 full roll of toilet paper in one and not even a quarter of one in other. When called the guy said "what to you want me to do, it is after 9." I advised yeah, thought would of at least had rolls in the room but there are none. Still no assistance. One TV had lines in screen and did not respond to remote, other had no remote at all, so no TV. Paid 35 for extra parking when actually still only had 1 parking spot, had to stack behind each other. I do not recommend this to anyone. They need to work on customer service and actually clean and stock rooms for guest.
