Great place to stay - well located - coffee shop a few doors down awesome - easy to grab a cab and walking distance to many great spots like the Arts and Science Museums! Would visit again!

This apartment is midway between the beach and downtown Valencia. We took cabs as we had an older adult with us . But it’s in a very walkable area close to restaurants and shops. An amazing brunch/ coffee shop right next door. It’s noisy until 10 pm then gets quiet. Clean and well laid out .

We stayed at this wonderful and clean apartment for 5 weeks with our 2 young adult kids. Our daughter had a study abroad at polytechnic university there and we wanted to be close to spend weekends with her. We were a bit nervous just bc of a language barrier and paying Spanish management company directly; they were accommodating and quick to respond with our concerns before our arrival. The location was perfect for us, it was about a 20 min walk to our daughters dorm at the university, a 15 min walk to the old town which we went to almost daily. There are multiple bus stops nearby, the 32 bus was the one we used the most as it’s right outside the apartment and it’s only 10 stops to the beach…about 20 min ride. The metro was also very easy to use and the stop is right around the corner. Grocery stores and lots of little cafes all over. Our son really liked the football stadium being close by as well. We were able to take the metro to the train station to go to Barcelona and Madrid very quickly and easily. Also, a great flamenco bar not far from the train station, using the metro we were able to get there in less than 15 min. The apartment was set up very nicely, had everything we needed and included a washer and a dryer which was ideal; air conditioning worked great and apartment temp stayed nice and cool. We brought our own firestick to watch tv, internet worked great to stream whatever we needed. Very safe, kids were able to club with no worries.
