The internet photos of the Adagio suggest the availability of a swimming pool...however this pool belongs to the neighbour Hotel Mercure. The use of the pool costs Euros 25.- per person...the internet photos are thus misleading..and the use of the pool is clearly too expensive! A nasty trap in a way.....

Great place, could accommodate all 5 of us with plenty of space. Free parking lot and supermarket in walking distance. Everything else is far you definitely need a car to commute

Mooie nette ruime kamers. Alles is schoon en goed qua voorzieningen. Lekker ontbijtbuffet bij te boeken. Wat helaas bij expedia niet goed aangegeven staat is dat het zwembad in het naastgelegen hotel is (mercury) en dat je hiervoor extra moet betalen. Dit staat wel aangegeven op de website van adagio maar niet hier bij expedia. Dat was dus wel even een teleurstelling. Het hotel zelf kan hier niets aan doen natuurlijk. Dat was verder top geregeld. Goed geluidsdicht, je hoort geen andere mensen. Bij het ontbijtbuffet was er ook voor de kinderen een speelkamer, ideaal.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and the building overall felt well kept. The free shuttle was a real lifesaver, since you really can’t get around here without a car (no Uber in the area). Some things weren’t so great though. The shower head holes were too small, so the water hit like bullets on your skin. The curtain kept coming loose, the sink cover was broken, lighting was poor, the stove was very slow, and there weren’t enough toilets/bathroom facilities. No cleaning service during the stay either. Even with those issues, the room size, cleanliness, and shuttle service made a big difference. For that reason, I’d still give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Only stayed for one night due to late flight. Staff were very friendly.We were picked up from the airport with in minute of calling which was great. Apartment looked good and well equipped. Coffee table was damaged this didn't matter to us but it cheapened the look of a very nice apartment I think it would have been better had it be removed. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. It was extremely hot when we stayed. We struggled with no Aircon and only one fan so slept with balcony doors open. Breakfast was good too.

Les plus: Spacieux, claire, grand terrasse, literie confortable, personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner super. Les moins: accessoires de cuisine et cuisine sale, rideau salle de bain sale, voisin très bruyant, ménage jamais fait pendant le séjour donc plus de papier toilette., bruit d'avion le matin a 7h30 et bruit de travaux.

The apartment was not clean. The bed was dusty, and we found 3 cockroaches during our 2-days stay. We paid prior for breakfast for the 2 days, but I had to cancel the payment for the second day since our flight was early, and I informed the reception in the evening of the first day. During check-out I was told that they will send me back the €40 to my card within few days, but I have received nothing.

Appartement plutôt confortable et très bien équipé (+ ventilateur sur place). En revanche, la propreté devra être plus soutenu (toiles d'araignées au dessus des lampes, sous le meuble tv, a l'intérieur du canapé qui fait lit, le flexible de la douche est en fin de vie et la barre de la douchette est mal fixée, le plateau de la douche n'est pas assez relevé par rapport au niveau du sol et ce fait on retrouve de l'eau au sol et on a dû acheter une raclette, le frigo congélateur fait du bruit).

Room was spacious and clean. Only the check in was in a different building (after-hours) which took a little while to figure out. Instructions for this prior to arrival would have been more useful than a sticker on the door. Also the second bed for the kids was folded away as a couch. No problem but would have been good to know about this before I asked reception (again to the other building) why the second bed wasn’t made. Otherwise very fine. Knowing these things wouldn’t have stopped me booking in advance. But has put me off a bit now I experienced it in the dead of night. Plus side very helpful staff and polite and smiling which always is lovely!

Llegamos tarde, pero el checkin fue rápido. El apartamento está bien para lo que hicimos, sólo dormir una noche. Pero estaba el suelo muy sucio, con pelos y había telarañas en las esquinas. También tenía reservado para 5 y la ropa de cama del sofá cama no estaba, pero era tarde y queríamos dormir porque al día siguiente cogimos un vuelo temprano, así que nos apañamos. Menos mal que las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias. El resto ni lo tocamos.

It was perfect for people who have a car. The apartment was big with huge balcony. There was no AC but with big balcony doors, two fans, and cool nights it was manageable. For me the only problem was the smell of cigarette in the balcony (not in the room). Be aware that grocery stores are closed on Sundays.

Stor terrass och bra ytor i lägenheten. Trevligt bemötande av personalen. Det ligger en stor affär på gångavstånd vilket är praktiskt. Kylskåpet lät en hel det vilket var lite störande på natten. I beskrivningen står det att det finns biljardbord, men det stämmer inte.

Très proche de l’aéroport (2 minutes), donc très pratique pour un vol tôt le matin. Impossible de contrôler la climatisation (système central) et il faisait un peu chaud.

We arrived very late in a cold night with 2 small children. Staff kept making mistakes with the card keys, while my kids were falling off their feet from exhaustion, and the situation didnt seem to bother the staff very much. The rooms were not clean but it can work for one night if all you need is speedy access to the airport, which is basically what I needed.

The apartment was not clean. The bed was dusty, and we found 3 cockroaches during our 2-days stay. We paid prior for breakfast for the 2 days, but I had to cancel the payment for the second day since our flight was early, and I informed the reception in the evening of the first day. During check-out I was told that they will send me back the €40 to my card within few days, but I have received nothing.

Room was spacious and clean. Only the check in was in a different building (after-hours) which took a little while to figure out. Instructions for this prior to arrival would have been more useful than a sticker on the door. Also the second bed for the kids was folded away as a couch. No problem but would have been good to know about this before I asked reception (again to the other building) why the second bed wasn’t made. Otherwise very fine. Knowing these things wouldn’t have stopped me booking in advance. But has put me off a bit now I experienced it in the dead of night. Plus side very helpful staff and polite and smiling which always is lovely!

Please make a note this hotel is in France and situated in an isolated location, there is no public transportation available. If you have plans for Basel, Switzerland, it's better to stay in Basel as you get a free travel card and a half-fare card for visiting any attractions. Otherwise, you might end up paying 80Euros for to and fro journey from the hotel to the basel station alone. The hotel says they provide shuttle service from the airport but you need to check the availability. The rooms are clean. There is no problem with that.

Had to go to the bldg next door to get our keys. Room was spacious, comfortable bed and a great little kitchen. It is in a somewhat industrial area so don’t count on any retail.

Mooie nette ruime kamers. Alles is schoon en goed qua voorzieningen. Lekker ontbijtbuffet bij te boeken. Wat helaas bij expedia niet goed aangegeven staat is dat het zwembad in het naastgelegen hotel is (mercury) en dat je hiervoor extra moet betalen. Dit staat wel aangegeven op de website van adagio maar niet hier bij expedia. Dat was dus wel even een teleurstelling. Het hotel zelf kan hier niets aan doen natuurlijk. Dat was verder top geregeld. Goed geluidsdicht, je hoort geen andere mensen. Bij het ontbijtbuffet was er ook voor de kinderen een speelkamer, ideaal.

Les plus: Spacieux, claire, grand terrasse, literie confortable, personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner super. Les moins: accessoires de cuisine et cuisine sale, rideau salle de bain sale, voisin très bruyant, ménage jamais fait pendant le séjour donc plus de papier toilette., bruit d'avion le matin a 7h30 et bruit de travaux.

We booked this property f'vvvvor 7 people to stay and travel around Switzerland, blackforest. It was most convenient if you are visiting Switzerland, Germany & france. We didn't book breakfast, other than that i/ worked out well in terms of home & combo cooking :

We booked it cause they advertised with a pool, but we found out at the check in that it was not included ( 25 euro per person) and they didn’t inform us it was closed. We had a pillow with blood on it and the bed for the kids wasn’t ready. Plus the sheets and pillows smelled like they been used before. The woman at the reception started arguing with us instead of helping. The hotel manager did her best so compliments to her. We will never book again at this place.

Das einzig positive war der junge Mann beim Check-in. Wir kamen erst um 1 Uhr Nachts in der Unterkunft an und nachdem uns ein freundlicher Mitbewohner die Tür geöffnet hat, haben wir gesehen, dass man sich im Nachbarhotel registrieren muss….und das nach 1400 km bei bis zu 42 Grad Celsius. Die Wohnung selbst ist eigentlich gut, aber WIE ZUE HÖLLE kann man eine solche Wohnung ohne Klimaanlage vermieten??? Fenster öffnen war keine Option, somit haben wir im eigenen Saft geschlafen, bzw. im Bett gelegen. Das Frühstück ist ok, jedoch wird gefühlt immer nur für 2 Personen nachgefüllt….Bacon wurde z.B. bei uns gar nicht nachgefüllt. Der Garten kann nicht genutzt werden, der Balkon und die Küche waren schmutzig, das Bad hat die besten Zeiten schon hinter sich….der Kellner war relativ unfreundlich, die Dame am Checkout hat sich schnell ins hintere Büro verkrümelt, als sie uns gesehen hat. Wir waren 3 Wochen unterwegs, in vielen verschiedenen Unterkünften, aber diese war mit Abstand die schrecklichste. Ich selbst bin beruflich seit 30 Jahren viel unterwegs und habe bestimmt in mehr als 3000 Hotels geschlafen….diese Unterkunft belegt Platz 1 von hinten. Ich kann nur dringendes abraten, zumindest im Sommer
