Room was nice , clean , bed was very nice had a great sleep. The price was very high , average couple or family wouldn’t be able to stay more than one night. What I didn’t like is the extra charge for pets when there wasn’t even a decent size area for them to do their business, maybe a place to sit while your pet is checking things out .

Great place to stay. Very quiet, I couldn’t even tell if there were other guests in the Hotel. Free breakfast was delicious, many many choices to choose from. Only negative point was, there was no Pool? Close to all sorts restaurants and Shops.

The staff were great. The internet was very poor. Tried to work from the hotel room but the poor internet connection made it difficult and even impossible at times. Tried watching Netflix on the TV, but was unable to sometimes due to poor connectivity. Found a few bugs in the washroom almost every day. When I first came into the room, the carpet between the TV and the bed, was wet and sticky. I had to put a blanket down so I could walk through the room without getting my feet wet and sticky. Overall I would not stay there again.

Place was nice but the air conditioner was so loud and so close to the head of the bed. It should be on the other side of the room in the corner. When we turned the conditioner off, then we could really hear the highway traffic. Our room was close to the highway.

Cons - high price for what you get, noisy AC, tiny tv with only analog picture (it’s 2024!), couldn’t call the front desk, free breakfast very basic, hotel backs on the TCH which is convenient but older windows so you hear cars and trucks zooming by all night. Pros - conveniently located, clean, nice staff.

Hotel is right beside highway and was super noisy all night. Could not sleep. Mattress was old and sagging in the middle. Poor quality shampoo in shower sucked all moisture from my hair- impossible to brush afterwards.

Everything was great, provided breakfast was simple but was all I needed and was really happy with the pancakes. The lady working the food area was really nice and good to chat with. the only small issue are the walls are a bit thin and can hear the neighbours tv. But I was tired and it didn't stop me from falling asleep. Might be an issue for light sleepers.

The hotel is older but clean. It's the beds that are something else. You know those inflatable trampolines? The ones where you jump in them and the person sitting on it flies through the air? Yep, it felt like that. Everytime my husband sat or laid onto the bed I felt like I would fly off. They weren't the most comfortable thing for sure, and who sticks an air conditioner two inches from a bed, hung on the wall above the bed so when you try to get off the bed you smash your feet against the metal corners? Who does that? Someone looking for people to get injured? I smashed my toes on the stupid thing. So, yeah, not a pleasant experience.

The hotel called me a day earlier to confirm our arrival and also acknowledged our request for a quiet room on upper floor. This is exactly what we got upon check in. Also the lady at reception greeted us cheerfully and kindly helped us with photocopying request. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

We were charged a $25 late checkout fee without any warning or notice!.. they came to our room at 10:50,asked if we were checking out that day,we said yes would be right down as we were loading our luggage onto the rack. They said ok ,didn’t mention if it took us more than 15 min we would be charged! Took out our luggage to the vehicle,got to the front desk and discovered we had taken too long! 11:17 was the time on our paper they would NOT waive the late charge that we didn’t even know about! We travel a lot and have NEVER had this happen! We will be letting everyone know how terrible an experience this was and we won’t be staying at a comfort Inn again!,

The front desk attendant megan treated us like criminals right from when we were chexkin in until the next day when she came up to the room at 11am banging on the door stating "I will call the police if you dont leave within the next 10 minutes" keep in mind its 11:05am and then she chaged us an extended stay fee of $50 for checking out at 11:15am. We dont know what we did to deserve this kind of treatment, we travel all over BC and this was the worst stay of our travels we are not happy and we've contactex corporate about the issue.

The location is very convenient, on the other hand the close proximity to the freeway makes it noisy. The staff was extremely helpful to get us moved to the quieter side of the building. The friendly staff made it a good stay.

Good Value for the price, very convenient to main event venues, the highway and a selection of nice restaurants. Complimentary hot basic breakfast, cereal options & fresh fruit available. 2nd day we chose breakfast off-site. All staff were nice, cheerful to everyone. We'd stay at the Comfort Inn again.

Comfy bed, slept nice :) we needed location close to highway, so worked for us. Breakfast was a bit less dreamy, little less variety vs what you are used to in Europe. I loved the pancake machine though :)

Check in was smooth Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast starts at 7, but i went down at 7 and the room was completely full and couldn't get near the food. Maybe think about going a little bit early or waiting until after 8 if you can.

All good except breakfast. Book on the desk in room said it starts at 6am. They need to change that to say 7am. Although the person let me eat cold stuff & tried to get hot stuff going early. Told her thanx but it’s ok. I was full bran flakes

Comfort Inn Chilliwack is pleasantly situated in a convenient location, with beautiful mountain views nearby. The hotel is also within easy reach of various amenities, including restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. The reception staff were helpful, courteous, and professional throughout my stay. However, the housekeeping team could benefit from a slightly more friendly and accommodating approach to guest interactions. Overall, I had a very pleasant week-long stay at Comfort Inn Chilliwack. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next visit to Chilliwack.

On the morning of day 1 of our stay I received a call from the MOD telling me there were 2 noise complaints about our hotel room from 2 different rooms. I was disappointed and shocked to receive this call. My room mate and I are ladies in our late 50's/60's and were asleep when the supposed loud noise disturbance was coming from our room. They said they called and knocked on our room door but there was no call and no knock. I was not impressed by this accusation and clearly offended. I also arrived at 10:30 am prior to the check-in and asked for an early check-in which they declined due to a full-house. I asked that they prepare the pull out sofa as we are arriving late (after a long work day until 8:30pm) and would be just coming in late and straight to sleep. When I arrived around 8:30pm, there was no sofa bed ready made as requested in-person. That was disappointing and plus I had to steal pillows from my room mate to have a pillow as there were no extra in the closet like I was told. The breakfast room was lovely and appreciated however. The desk staff were friendly. Just the incident on the noise matter and room readiness was a turn off.
