Kora Nivaria Beach

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, modern gestaltet und sauber. Die beiden Poolbereiche (einer davon mit tollem Meerblick) bieten jeweils ein großes Becken zum Schwimmen, kleinere wärmere Whirlpools und flache Kleinkinderbereiche. Es gab immer genug freie Liegen. Im August 2023 wurde im Neubaugebiet oberhalb vom und neben dem Nivaria Beach noch gebaut, was die direkte Umgebung zwar nicht gerade attraktiv macht, bzgl. Lärm o.ä. aber nie ein Problem war. Der Blick richtet sich ja eh vor allem gen Meer und den hat man mit etwas Glück auch von EG-Apartments aus. Der Ort Abades hat zwei Supermärkte, mehrere Lokale und einen Strand, alles fußläufig. Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

The hotel reflects the pictures, which is not always the case when you book online. Distance to airport is 15 mins. Area is not busy or full of tourists at all, this is the only resort in the area and it was mostly adult couples. There is a supermarket and some restaurants close by, the beach is very close. Gym is very good, the 2 pools and 3 jacuzzis were great, one of the pools is heated. The staff are friendly, there is a wellness activity daily from yoga, pilates, thaichi and mindfulness sessiosns which were great. The apartment itself is clean and very well equipped with all that you need for a self catering stay. My only minor criticism is that I paid extra for a sea view and I didnt feel it was worth it due to the view being obstructed by some of the other apartments. Still had an okay view, just not one that i feel like i should have paid extra for.

Clean and the process of checking in and out were very simple. It is recommended but unfortunately two thirds of the laundry machines were out of orders and could use only one and was very busy while we stayed.

We had a lovely 4 nights stay in our villa. It was clean and modern. The pool areas are lovely and surroundings are very relaxing. We enjoyed time snorkelling with the kids in the adjacent bays and the sunrises were amazing. There were a few things that let it down however. There is a lack of shade from the sun by the pool. We are a family of 5 and we were only allowed one parasol as they didn’t have enough for even one per two sunbeds. It was unseasonably hot when we stayed but the lack of AC was really uncomfortable. We did ask for extra fans for the children’s rooms but this made very little difference. Overall a lovely stay but the small things would probably put us off returning.

We loved the hotel and the facilities were really nice for families, it was big enough without being overwhelming. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. My husband hired a bike for the day and it was very reasonable and easy. I also enjoyed an amazing massage in our apartment. The pool was fantastic and plenty of space for all! Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend!

Sehr beeindruckende, moderne und weitläufige Appartement Anlage mit zwei Pools und Fitnesscenter. Aufgrund der Weitläufigkeit und der Architektur ist viel Privatsphäre (jeweils eigene Eingänge, große Terrasse mit Milchglasscheiben und kleinen Mauern zur Abtrennung gegenüber Nachbar und Wegen) gegeben. Hervorragende topmoderne Ausstattung. Designmöbel und sehr gute, offene Küche beispielsweise mit Backofen, Induktionsherd, stylisches Abzugshaube, Spülmaschine, Orangenpresse, Toaster Pfannen, Töpfe, Korkenzieher, Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank .... Schickes Bad, sehr gute Betten, große Zimmer mit bodentiefen Glasfenstern. Sieht alles aus wie aus einer Zeitschrift für modernes wohnen. Bis auf Lebensmittel alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Schwämme, Geschirrtücher, Müllsäcke, Handtücher, Strandtücher, Geschirrtabs, sehr gut duftendes Bio-shampoo, Klopapier ....) Man fühlt sich wie in einem eigenen Designer/Architektenhaus und nicht wie in einer Ferienanlage. Freundliches Personal (Einchecken, auschecken, Gärtner, Reinigungskräfte). Lage ist sehr gut (in ca. 14 Minuten vom Flughafen aus mit Auto, aber auch Linienbus (ca. 5-10 Minuten Fußweg an Haltestelle an der Autobahn) erreichbar. In Adabes scheint scheinbar fast immer die Sonne (einer der Orte mit den meisten Sonnentagen) auch wenn es ein paar Kilometer weiter schon bewölkt ist. Ein paar Meter weiter Gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man auch morgens Frische Backwaren fürs Frühstück kaufen kann.

FYI - there is no AC

We stayed for 5 nights in early April and overall we enjoyed it a lot. The facilities were in great condition and we were even offered an upgrade to a 2-bed, which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was clean, spacious and smelt great, the beds were very comfordable. A couple of lamps didn't work and the AC controller in the bedroom detached from its sticker a couple times but these were minor issues. The resort is located in a quiet area with a supermarket and a few restaurants very close to it. We had rented a car to drive around and explore the island. Finally ,we liked the outdoor pool and the gym which were also in great condition.

Aus der Dusche roch es extrem unangenehm. Wenn die Tür im Bad nicht zu war, roch der ganze Wohnbereich ebenfalls super unangenehm. In dem kleinen Bad stand Haufen Putzzeug, Mop und Eimer. Dadurch war es noch enger als ohnehin schon. Ausblick war nicht so gut, wie auf den Bildern beworben. Wasser im Pool war Mitte November bei 32 Grad Aussentemperatur im Schatten eiskalt.

Beautiful place, clean and convenient. The staff are lovely and there’s plenty of street and underground parking. Been twice and would definitely go again.

Wir hatten sechs wunderbare Nächte mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sehr schön und bestens ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es wurde regelmässig gereinigt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight, ideal für längere Schwimmrunden. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass es im Wohnzimmer keine Verdunklungsvorhänge gab. Im Schlafzimmer hingegen waren Vorhänge vorhanden. Für unseren Geschmack waren die Matratzen etwas zu hart, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Anlage, die wir sicher wieder besuchen werden.

Wir haben die Infinity Blue Unterkunft gebucht. Der Ausblick sah jedoch überhaupt nicht wie auf den Bildern aus. Vorsicht! Wir hatten nur einen kleinen Blick aufs Meer. Die Hälfte des Ausblicks war auf ein anderes Gebäude und geparkte Autos, was wirklich nicht toll ist. Wer bei Infinity Blue einen vollen Ausblick auf das Meer erwartet, wird hier enttäuscht. Das Personal hat uns bestätigt, dass wir das richtige Zimmer bekommen haben. Diese weiteren war der gesamt Balkon voller Taubenmist als wir ankamen. Aus der Dusche roch es die ganze Zeit unangenehm. Zudem lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ab, so dass das ganze Bad beim Duschen unter Wasser stand. Seifen- und Conditioner-Behälter waren da, aber leer. Das ist unprofessionell. Die Umgebung ist schön, es gibt jedoch viele laute Kinder, was für uns ok war. Das Wasser im großen Pool ist super kalt gewesen und war fast immer leer, da nicht beheizt. Im Jacuzzi war es recht voll mit Kindern, da dieser etwas wärmer war. Jedoch auch nicht so warm wie in einem richtigen Whirlpool. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Platz zum parken ist gut.

Everything was perfect ! Appartment spacious and clean. Reception staff friendly and helpfull. Swimming pool ideal with lots of sun beds. Exceptional views over the ocean. Supermarket and restaurants just around the corner.

Beware of Room Assignments I was deeply disappointed during my second stay at Kora Novaria Beach Tenerife, particularly with the attitude of the staff. I was assigned a room in the “Infinity Blue Suite” category that overlooked the parking lot and a streetlight, which was nothing like the photos or my previous experience. The sea was barely visible on the horizon. When I raised my concerns, the staff claimed that this room was “within the category” and shifted the blame onto me for not specifying a preference in my booking. In my opinion, this is not acceptable and borders on fraud.

L'appartement était propre, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé. Nous avions choisi la vue sur la mer ( et payé un supplément pour cela ) mais avions un immeuble devant qui occultait considérablement la vue . Si bien qu'on ne la voyait plus allongés sur les chaises longues du balcon. Il y a un champ d' éoliennes juste à côté de la résidence et l'environnement proche des bordures de mer ressemble plus à un vaste chantier de constructions abandonnées qu'à une vraie plage...

Struttura molto bella, nuova, che si integra perfettamente con il paesaggio, molto curata sotto ogni aspetto e dotata di ogni comfort negli appartamenti spaziosi e ben tenuti.

Sehr schöne neue Apartments. Allerdings aufpassen: die Apartments mit Meerblick haben kaum Meerblick, weil vor dem Meer immer noch ein weiterer Apartment Block steht und man nur knapp über das Dach sehen kann. Wenn man wirklich was sehen will, so muss man Apartments mit Panorama Blick nehmen.

What a beautiful and quiet part of the island! We had a sea view room and waking up to that with the sun shining was amazing. The hotel is only 15 mins from the airport however it’s a 30 minute drive to the main strips (playa de las americas / los cristianos). We had a hire car and a non-alcohol drinking driver so it was great for us.

Fantastische Aussicht, tolle Pools, sehr gute und hochwertige Ausstattung der Wohnung

Wow, just wow. The luxury and the beautiful pools, the super super kind lady Alicia from the kids club, it was more a private club, but my daughter loved it. She had the best time and so did we. We had super nice ventilators above the bed, but we were there during summer and didn’t need them, because the wind is so nice! Everything was more than perfect, you can walk to the supermarket and the beach and this beach in Abades is famous for diving and snorkeling. We rented a car and I recommend that. Taxi is also affordable, but we did everything with our own car. Places you must see: El Teide, we preferred aqualand instead of Siam park, because you can actually swim with dolphins there and the prices are better. Loro parque was beautiful and buy a poncho and sit in the splash zone at the orcas! Also the route to the north (Taganane) where you walk or ride literally through the clouds is highly recommended! And we loved Siam mall! Kora Nivaria beach deserves the best review, because it won’t get any better than this! We will definitely come back to this beautiful place!

This is a really quiet couples and family location. The balcony is huge and especially the top floor, really private with sun beds. Very nice cafe on site, with a really healthy breakfast option. Its a really good location as a base to hire a car and see the rest of the island. Really nice village/ beach location near by. Los medano is just one. Gloria at reception really made our stay, she was very helpful with advice on the local area and hire a car. Which great! Thanks Gloria and all the staff 😀

Fijne accommodatie. Met meerdere zwembaden. Lekker rustige omgeving. Wel een huur auto of openbaar vervoer nodig om dingen te gaan bezoeken.

Lovely villa, calm with wonderful view. Perfect location to venture around the south of the Island.

Logement recent et propre. Acceuil agreable. Proximité a un supermarché, a des restaurants et bars. Environnement calme. Parking souterrain sécurisé. Endroit vraiment agreable.

We loved the property and the service. Location for us was good as we wanted something quieter than the usual crowded areas further south. However, it is a windy area of the island, still warm, but we had 3 days of strong winds. We used a car to explore the island on these days

Lovely hotel to get away from a hectic life. The staff were very help and there are so many extra perks to the hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious. Only downside is If you don't have a car its difficult to get around. It's based at the bottom of a steep hill by a village fa drive away from most things

We loved our stay at Kora Nivaria! The apartments are stylish, functional, and fully equipped—even for our little one. The complex has amazing, super kid-friendly amenities, making it perfect for families. The location is great too—not too touristy, with a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. And the slow breakfast is delicious! Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay here with 2 of my friends, we were looking for a week somewhere we could just chill and do nothing and this place delivered. We took advantage of the free classes they do in the morning and the gym. All the staff were lovely and we were a big fan of the morning toast they do in the little on site cafe. There isn’t much to do in the immediate area but there are a few restaurants close by which were lovely! It is fairly easy to get to the other towns as there is a bus stop close by even more convinent if you have a car. Think the only problem we had was there just wasn’t enough shade by the pool so went to sunbathe on our balcony a lot as they were a bit more shaded. Other than that our stay was lovely and we would definitely come back!

The complex and property where perfect. I think to finish the venue of a really good bar and perhaps dinning venue would be great. Somewhere to have an evening drink. There is not a great deal on the surrounding area - a car hire is essential in our view. But overall great complex - we have book again in Feb 23 - Alba is very efficient!!

Location molto suggestiva e struttura nuova, ben integrata con il contesto. Molto vicina a supermercato e spiaggia. Abbiamo apprezzato i servizi extra (gratis) come la palestra e il corso di yoga. Anche la colazione (extra e a pagamento) era molto buona

Tres bel établissement proche autoroute, un peu isolé, et du coup tres calme. Personnel attentif et disponible. Petit supermarché et petite plage à pied. Attention au vent.

Fabulous apartments, stunning location and pools. Parasols very hard to get and locked away meaning our time was limited at the pool. Must have a car then it’s the perfect location to explore Tenerife. Would benefit from a good cafe / bar on site selling food and draught beer. Overall brilliant and would return

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment Nivaria Beach , and it was truly an unforgettable experience.
