The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff was great. We were in room 101 and there was so much room. The pull out couch for my child was perfect for him. The king bed had a door to separate it from the rest of the room and it made it so much better for us. The pool and hot tub were nice to use after a long day skiing. The pool deck does need to be cleaned as there was a hair ball at the far end of the deck just sitting. The hotel is a perfect location to just hop on the bus, go to dinner, get a drink or just walk around Ketchum.

Great location with pool and outdoor hot tub right in town. Free bus everywhere stop is in front. Upstairs rooms have great Mountain View’s. Downstairs room are best for hauling your luggage but you hear every step upstairs. Best value in town. Great remodel and some rooms have fireplaces

I didn't like how dirty my feet were from the carpet in the room. Also parking is tight if you have a truck or large vehicle. Stayed a few days and had to ask for more coffee and was charged extra. Liked the location to everything.

I found our room to be very nicely arranged and it appeared to be clean. The staff members were very accommodating and helpful. I think we might make this our regular stay for when we come to this area.

Terrific location for all of downtown Ketchum's shops and restaurants and a short walk to Sun Valley. My third floor room had an amazing view of Bald Mountain. Loved having a balcony.

We had to ask someone to come in and change the batteries for the smoke alarm that was going off. And I had asked twice on the phone if we could get a hair dryer. Being told no each time. I physically went to the office to show the clerk the room was supposed to have a hair dryer. Then he got up and got me one. Cleaning staff should have known the dryer was missing and I should not have had to physically went to the office. We won’t be staying there again. The first couple of times were nice this time not happy at all

Best feature of hotel: Location, when you open the door, you’re right in downtown Ketchum! Starbucks right down the street was perfect for morning coffee! We walked each night to great local restaurants! Place was a bit dated, but very clean and convenient. Would recommend ! It checked all the boxes for us.

Really nice stay. Nothing too fancy, but the room was everything we needed - comfortable and very clean. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Great location - just a block away from shuttle for skiing and lots of dinning options within a few blocks.

This is a very nice hotel located in a great place in town. The room was big. My only complaint is that the carpeting was so dirty it turned my feet black. I had to put towels down on the floor to avoid touching it.

It's old and run down. The pics are not representative of the property. The room and bedding were not bad. The A/C broke down out last night and they moved us to their sister property in town named Hotel Ketchum. I complained because we had to pack up at 9:30pm and move our stuff after dinner. Hotels.com told me that the property did not reply to my complaint. So, that is pretty crappy. I would not ever consider staying there again. It is pretty run down.

The hotel has a fantastic location. Walkable to everything. The shared courtyard was fantastic for our little dog and to have a drink outside. There is ice, common tables and chairs, bikes and laundry on site. The place is a bit older so people walking around upstairs was pretty loud, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
