Naturhotel Sachsenbaude Oberwiesenthal - Indoor-Pool & Outdoor-Whirlpool

Meine Frau und ich hatten in der Sachsenbaude ein paar sehr schöne Tage. Zu bemängeln ist allerdings das Essen, zu teuer für Qualität und Geschmack. Auch das parken für 10,00 € pro Tag ist überteuert. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, uns hat es gut gefallen.

Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Service ausbaufähig (ich weiß, es gibt kein Personal).

Upon arriving and informing the front desk I was there to check in I was simply told ‘no’. When I explained I had a reservation through Expedia the lady checked and proceeded to check me in but continued complaining about it. Hardly welcoming. We just wanted to get some snacks from the restaurant and watch the football but the restaurant was really full service with no option to get snacks. We were told any food we wanted would take an hour. We asked if we needed a reservation but were told no so we just got drinks and settled in to watch the football. About 10 minutes later the restaurant staff came and told us to come as they were ready now which was confusing since they had said an hour, anyway we went to eat. The food was good. The room was excellent, the 2 bedroom suite was huge, clean and comfortable. Great accommodation but the service could be better.

Sehr nettes personal. Der Spa Bereich hat uns gefallen. Einziges…das Kopfkissen war nicht angenehm und hat nicht gut gerochen.. Alles anderes war super.
