Great staff. Clean rooms, nice pool. Room Safes could do with an upgrade. Housekeeping remove towels in the morning and often do not return them to the evening

One needs a car to get out of the area, otherwise it’s a long walk Corridors near the pool are incredibly slippery - very dangerous Pool opens from 10-19h With car it is convenient to go to Lisbon or Cascais Pool is not heated and pretty cold

This hotel is in a quiet location overlooking the ocean and sports a decent pool. A big disappointment was the breakfast buffet, which is not commensurate with the price point they're asking. Otherwise a good alternative to the ridiculously expensive hotels in Cascais.

Only one night, nice view on the pool ... but its not heated ! Room was good size. pictures make it look fancy but its not.

Hotel is walking distance to the local beach (Tamariz) and the train station to go to Lisbon center. Parking is free. Pool is nice and clean although not heated. There was no Pool Bar service, but you can bring your own drinks. Breakfast buffet was priced reasonably and had a good variety. Room was big with two sleeping areas and AC worked great. Bathroom a bit on the small side but good enough. Not many restaurants nearby, it is mostly an area with people's summer homes. We enjoyed our stay here.

My stay at the hotel was generally good — the staff were pleasant, and the location was convenient. However, the property could use some updating as parts of it feel a bit dated. It would also be nice if complimentary coffee or tea were provided. Bottles of water to be provided upon arrival at the least. The WiFi connection was unreliable and kept dropping throughout my stay, which was frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast was the same every day with no variation, which became repetitive after a few mornings. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a few improvements could make it much better.

We loved this hotel! The pool was cool and refreshing, the hotel was modern and clean, and the breakfast was delicious!

Personnels très agréables, le séjour c’est bien passé, Point à améliorer : le petit déjeuner en y rajoutant du fromage blanc, flocons d’avoine .. par contre au 6e étage le debit du wifi est horrible impossible de faire une recherche sur internet.

Sporco, trasandato con evidenti macchie sui muri, muffa nel corridoio antistante le camere, lampade delle camare guaste, bagno sporco e con muffa sulla vasca, muffa sulla bocchetta aria bagno, condizionatote funzionante a tratti. Non posso fotografare l'odore ma vi assicuro che era orribile.non c'è nessuna corrispondenza con le foto presenti sul sito. Se necessario ho le foto.

Clean, friendly staff

We were left without any towels and this was inconvenient when we had come back to the hotel to shower. When we requested some, it took 3 phone calls to reception and me then having to find cleaner and using google translate to explain that we needed towels. The receptionist was very unhelpful and grumpy. The pool didn’t seem very clean on the first two days but was cleaner n the 3rd morning. Breakfast was disappointing and very slow to refill items.

The room I stayed in caused me to have severe illness due to all the mildew that was in the room the first week I didn’t realize till the last day that the room was filled with mildew because I don’t look up or the walls. I’m so tired whenever I get back I just go straight to bed When I asked for a refund they denied me saying that they accommodated me from my second week to put me on the sixth floor, but that was courtesy on their part. I did not ask for that for me. I just needed a clean safe environment to put my head down I should not have been charged in that filth for the week. I am requesting a refund still. I have video and proof I am able to send but not on here. It’s just allowing pictures but I have video as my proof of my stay.

A minha experiência nesta unidade hoteleira, revelou-se um misto de pontos positivos e aspetos que requerem atenção urgente. Pontos Positivos: Localização: Sem dúvida, o ponto mais forte do hotel, facilitando muito a deslocação e o usufruto da zona. Pequeno-almoço: Surpreendeu pela positiva. A qualidade e variedade situam-se acima do que é habitual para esta categoria, sendo um momento muito agradável da estadia. Equipa: A maioria dos funcionários foi extremamente prestável, educada e compreensiva, demonstrando profissionalismo perante as situações reportadas. Pontos Negativos (Quarto e Manutenção): Infelizmente, a experiência no quarto ficou muito aquém das expectativas devido à falta de manutenção: Estado do Quarto: O teto apresentava fissuras graves, inclusive com partes a desfazerem-se e a cair. A porta da casa de banho estava em mau estado de conservação. Instalações Sanitárias: O WC necessita de uma remodelação profunda. As louças são muito antigas e apresentam sinais óbvios de degradação. Higiene: No primeiro dia, encontrámos uma barata no WC, o que é inadmissível em qualquer unidade hoteleira. Conclusão: Embora o serviço e a localização sejam pontos de destaque, o estado de conservação física do hotel é preocupante. É uma unidade com muito potencial, mas que precisa urgentemente de investimento em obras de renovação para garantir o conforto e a higiene que os clientes esperam.

The hotel looks great from the outside and reception. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The size of the room was good and beds very comfortable. The decoration of the rooms doesn’t match up with the reception, it was out of date and the cleanliness wasn’t good. From the day we arrived until the day we left after 3 nights stay it was a big dead spider by the toilet, don’t know how they clean the floor. One day they didn’t left any towels we needed to ask at the reception. No parking that is a little bit annoying, but you can park around But we would stay because the location is very handy , the beds were really comfortable and the water pressure was good. If they updated the room decoration and improve the cleaning process would be 5 stars

Blood stains on the walls, the walls are cracked. Wallpaper is peeling off. Not even a kettle in the room. No telephone in the room to ring reception. Overall hygiene of the property is very poor. Hair dryer wire is burned in the bathroom. Pictures of the room on the listing on Expedia are nothing like the room you will actually get put in.

Lovely room. Had one of the refurbished rooms on the top floor plenty of room for a family of floor. There were some cracks in the wall and the bathroom tiles could do with a scrub but overall happy with the room. Pool area was lovely. The breakfast was poor and so glad I hadn't included it in my booking. Tried it out one morning but the hot breakfast was poor and the cutlery was tiny! Lots of nice café within walking distance all reasonably priced.

A really nice option for Estoril as walking distance down to the front. Overall nearly 5 stars for value but no decent safe in the room which meant carrying our laptops with us when we went to dinner etc. Excellent pool. Thin walls so may become noisier in peak season,.

Vi havde 2 dobbeltværelser, det ene var istandsat, det andet ikke. Der var relativt stor forskel på de to værelser i udtryk. Det ene moderne med opbevaringsplads til tøj, det andet noget slidt og uden plads til opbevaring af tøj. Hotellet er temmelig lydt, så man hører alle der går på gangene. Der var et menu kort hvor der stod at man kunne bestille "snack retter" som burger, pomfritter osv, dette var dog ikke muligt da vi prøvede, dårlig service på det parameter. Men hotellet opfyldte krav til at have et sted at sove.

A hospedagem foi maravilhosa! Já estávamos rodando pela Europa há 14 dias, e esse foi, sem dúvida, o melhor hotel para descansar. O quarto era muito espaçoso, bem arrumado e confortável, fomos em três pessoas e acomodou super bem. Tinha tudo o que precisávamos, inclusive roupão e pantufa, um toque bem chique (rs). Não conseguimos aproveitar a piscina por causa do frio e da chuva, mas a vista do 6º andar era linda, especialmente por estarmos próximos à praia. O bairro é bem tranquilo e agradável. Para chegar ao metrô, caminhamos cerca de 15 minutinhos, nada demais para quem já está acostumado a explorar viajando. Os recepcionistas foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos, o que deixou nossa estadia ainda melhor. A única sugestão seria colocar um bebedouro na recepção, para facilitar o acesso à água. Apesar de ter uma máquina de venda automática, acaba saindo caro comprar várias garrafinhas, e não há muitos lugares por perto para adquirir uma água maior (como de 1,5L). A maioria dos hotéis costuma oferecer essa opção, então seria um diferencial bacana. Mas recomendo muito a hospedagem!

Great place to stay in CasCais!! Affordable place and we would stay again! Easy parking and walkable to the beaches and city centre. Staff are so friendly and helpful! Wish we stayed more days.

Hotel bom, mas completamente desorganizado o serviço de Camareiras, espera-se até quase 18:00 horas pra arrumarem o quarto. Não dispõem de toalhas sempre com problema de lavanderia, o café da manhã é bom mas com dificuldades na reposição de talheres e produtos.

No Handicap parking. Room was not ready upon arrival. Had to wait 1 hr for room to be prepared.

We where greeted by very nice staff at the reception. We where also given a very spacious room. Cleanliness of room was exceptional. The location of hotel is in a very quiet area.The airport is just 30 minutes away. Bolt service is very efficient and cheap. I highly reccomend Lido Hotel.

It was the second and last time we’ll be staying as there were several minor problems with the room and room cleaning which could have been sorted quickly except the staff were indifferent and rude. Disappointing stay

Hotel did not have Iron!!!!!! Staff were not friendly and polite and we were not comfortable to ask questions.

Arrivés avec 3 heures d'avance, nous n'avons pas pu avoir notre chambre (normal). Je demande si on peut laisser nos bagages. La réceptionniste (peu aimable) nous répond qu'elle ne sait pas s'il reste de la place et nous donne la clé de la bagagerie en nous disant d'aller voir nous mêmes. Sur place, pièce bondée et j'ai du moi même ranger les valises des autres clients pour pouvoir mettre les nôtres. Ensuite, bien que j'avais téléphoné au préalable pour demander une chambre PMR, on me dit qu'ils n'ont pas été prévenus. Et on nous donne une chambre avec baignoire (donc inutilisable avec une jambe dans le plâtre). Plus tard, ma fille qui était arrivée avec nous passe nous voir et nous dit qu'elle a eu une chambre avec douche accessible PMR. Devant l'incompétence de la réception, nous avons fait l'échange nous même sans passer par la réception. Pour terminer, la réception nous indique que le petit déjeuner est à l'étage inférieur, avec un ascenseur trop petit pour mettre une chaise roulante. Heureusement un service en chambre est possible. La réceptionniste nous précise que le service est payant mais qu'étant données les circonstances, ils ne nous le factureront pas. Et bien encore heureux...

Hotel lido was good , but not too close to dinning options.

Situated on tranquil residential street in Estoril only 5 minutes walk from the Casino and 10 minutes from the beach. The neighborhood is filled with mansions and opulent gardens. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The location of this property was isolated and very limited options for food.

Hotel ligt op een heuvel waar binnen 10 min lopen niets is.Kamer was netjes en schoon,badkamer was prima.Op kamer is airco en koelkast aanwezig,wifi werkte prima.Wat wel een dingetje was de geluidsoverlast van de kamers rondom.Ontbijt was matig en minimaal,zouden ze met wat kleine aanpassingen kunnen verbeteren.Zwembad is prima,miste daar wel wat toezicht.

Good position about 10 min walk from beach, with lovely 30 min walk around the front to Cascais. Bed was very comfortable, the bulky pillows apart. Generous number of power points convenient for bed. Reception changed our room when I made a request for a balcony overlooking pool.

Gostei muito da localização do hotel, a varanda do quarto com vista para piscina, o banheiro com chuveiro muito bom. No que se refere ao café café da manhã, não foi do meu agrado. Um café muito reduzido e repetitivo, isso porque fiquei quatro dias hospedado. O café é pago. Se não me engano nove euros por pessoas. Se o café é cobrado por que não fazer um bom café e cobrar um preço justo. Isso porque nove reais pelo que serviram é caro.

Hôtel très bien située à 10 min. à pied de la plage. Secteur moins dispendieux que Cascais mais très charmant. Bel hôtel, belle piscine non chauffée, suite spacieuse, mais quelques traces de moisissures dans la douche en raison de l’humidité. Aucun service de bar (l’alcool) à l’hôtel à notre grande surprise.

Great customer service, kids enjoyed the swimming pool, lovely spacious room for all 4 of us. Only drawback was the breakfast options, for a full English breakfast it was not the standard as the sausages were just mini cocktail sausags, no baked veans but a different type of beans more like for lunch type, and no mushrooms, or hash browns ortomatoes. The scrambled eggs were dry so I opted for fried instead but the orange juice seemed off both tines we went for breakfast. Could have been the machine needed cleaning maybe.

It would have been nice to have someone at the snack/restaurant at all times. Now we needed to wait or go to the reception to ask if we can order some food.

Se escuchaba todo en el hotel, varias noches no pudimos dormir bien, el buffet de desayuno tenía muy poca variedad. Solo queso y jamón de York para las tostadas, vi hormigas donde estaba la comida y el café el peor que he probado en mi vida y en la máquina de agua y zumos cuando te servías agua sabía a zumo. Por favor limpien la máquina!

Breakfast was not wow and not enough varieties in terms of food. Also was the breakfast place too loud and not enjoyable.
