Travel Inn Marston I-55 by Hotel O

Tuve un problema con la fecha, no era la que yo quería, llamé y no quisieron reembolsarme el dinero, y tampoco quisieron cambiarme de fecha , pésimo servicio.

When looking at the pictures provided by the hotel it looks like a nice clean facility. However when you go to check into your room it tells a different story. Tape holding the faucets together in the bathroom, the countertop for the dresser completely cracked in half, door hinges halfway off, and a door that somehow sticks but also doesn't shut fully. The room and facilities are not as listed for cleanliness up-to-date or anything other than major security problems for the room. The latch on the door that is supposed to help lock it was missing half of the bolt. When I called hotels.com to inform them of the situation and request a refund they contacted the property. The front desk said that they had already talked to me about this situation when in reality they had not so they are liars on top of not having anything like listed in the pictures. It is false advertising at best. If you would like to stay in a hotel that has a door that does not fully shut, curtains that do not keep any light out, and missing pieces of carpet and tape around bathrooms faucets feel free to stay here. I gave two stars because I know a lot of people delete one star reviews.

Worked for the price. Room was clean. Staff was friendly!

Bed bugs was crawling around on the pillows. I have videos of them. They then moved me to another room. As soon as the light were turned on there was a million roaches. After being offered a third room i had to contact hotels for refund after they still charge menfor one night. I was only checked in for 2 hours.

Quiet safe area.
