Really nice hotel which was let down by management deciding to start shutting down the resort for the end of season half way through our stay. Two of the three non-buffet restraints had closed 3 days before our departure . Spin and other classes finished 4 days before our departure.

The service is terrible, the staff is robotic and not empathetic to the guests. Not enough staff members. Weak AC and no one to talk to. The GYM is hot like a sauna, unbearable. In contrast, the facility is terrific, feels brand new and esthetic, though the potential of this property is so much higher, if only the service was even average.

We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect from start to finish. But this time we were somewhat disappointed. The first three days were perfect but then suddenly the resort started closing fascilities and restaurants one after one because the whole resort was about to shut down on 11/4. That meant that the food court by the pool closed, the dining options became less and you could easily tell in the quality of the food that the options were less and less by the buffet. Very disapponting. If you take full price, you offer full service til the end!

Very stylish, looks like new. Extensive large pool are and the beach. Food was amazing and there are 4 restaurants for dinning. We loved the Asian restaurant, very high quality. Overall great holidays!

The most beautiful hotel complex I’ve ever stayed at. Great variety of food and drinks. Staff accommodating and friendly. Loads of space - never an issue finding a sunbed. Would stay again in a heartbeat !!

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Euphoria . Hier weiß ich was ich für mein Geld bekomme. Modernes Hotel, Mega Zimmer, super Wasserpark. Tolles All In Hotel wo keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel ohne lästige Animation. Auch der Getränkeservice am Strand ist einfach fantastisch. So möchte ich jedes Jahr Urlaub machen.

Awesome place, very well finished, super clean, great choice of restaurants, loads of things for kids to do with kids club and water slides, very nice spa, decent gym although a larger gym and heavier weights would be welcome. There is no shortage of pools with open lawn areas for the kids to play till they drop. They all the restaurants, but Psari (the fish restaurant) is top notch. Great beach, but it would be great to have a choice of watersports. Highly recommended.

Euphoria Resort is a perfect place where spend your holidays. A new big structure with all inclusive treatment and all the conforts: 5 restaurants with a good selection of food, a fantastic swimming pool and direct access to the sea (not the best beach of the Island in particular for the baby). Only one negative thing: the cleaning of the room is not a five star level.

Excellent choice for families with minor room for improvement in hospitality Our 3-day stay at the hotel was excellent. Our room, as well as all common areas, were very clean, making our experience even more enjoyable. The food, for an all-inclusive hotel, exceeded our expectations, and I would rate it 9/10. It was truly a pleasant surprise. The facilities were well-maintained and particularly safe for families, offering plenty of options for both children and parents. For families seeking comfort and entertainment, this hotel is ideal, and I highly recommend it. The only downside I noticed was the overall demeanor of most staff, which I found somewhat distant. While they were not rude, I felt that the warmth and hospitality I usually expect from a hotel in Greece were lacking. This might be due to a management policy. However, there were a few staff members with whom I had the pleasure of interacting, and they showed genuine enthusiasm for their work. I should mention that while this "distant" attitude may have been a drawback for me, it could actually be seen as a positive aspect by other guests, as it allows for more privacy and peace during their stay. Overall, a very positive experience with minor room for improvement in the hospitality aspect.

We recently stayed at Euphoria Resort in Crete, and it was an incredible experience. We had one of the VIP beachfront rooms (without a pool), and the views were absolutely stunning. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a busy day with our two small girls. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we always felt taken care of. There were lots of families staying at the resort, which made it feel even more comfortable and welcoming for our kids. I can’t say enough good things about this resort—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip, and I would absolutely consider returning in the future when we go back to Greece. If I had to mention two small things (though they’re not really complaints), it would be that in May, the water was still too cold to fully enjoy swimming, both in the pools and the ocean. The other thing was the food. Like many all-inclusive resorts, there were definitely some meals that were better than others, but overall, we were happy with what was offered. All in all, I highly recommend Euphoria Resort if you’re planning a trip to Crete!

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Euphoria . Hier weiß ich was ich für mein Geld bekomme. Modernes Hotel, Mega Zimmer, super Wasserpark. Tolles All In Hotel wo keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel ohne lästige Animation. Auch der Getränkeservice am Strand ist einfach fantastisch. So möchte ich jedes Jahr Urlaub machen.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time, and it was also our first visit to Crete. Overall, the hotel was good, but there were numerous small issues that made us question certain aspects. For instance, the staff during lunch and dinner seemed overly strict, which detracted from the dining experience. The air conditioning was broken and couldn't cool below 20°C. Although there were four restaurants on site, access was restricted to VIP guests or required appointments, and we were only able to book one restaurant during our six-day stay. Additionally, the loud music at night could be disruptive, sometimes continuing until 10 PM. On the upside, the reception staff were helpful, and the four bars were efficient. The pool was a nice size, accommodating the number of hotel guests well.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind wunderbar. Auch die verschiedenen Bars und Restaurant waren sehr gut.

Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!

The service is terrible, the staff is robotic and not empathetic to the guests. Not enough staff members. Weak AC and no one to talk to. The GYM is hot like a sauna, unbearable. In contrast, the facility is terrific, feels brand new and esthetic, though the potential of this property is so much higher, if only the service was even average.

I felt like I died and went to heaven. This resort was the perfect ending to our time on Crete. The staff were abundant and went above and beyond. There was always an option and abundance of food and premium drinks available. I would highly recommend. Excellent resort for families with children and teens.

Excellent choice for families with minor room for improvement in hospitality Our 3-day stay at the hotel was excellent. Our room, as well as all common areas, were very clean, making our experience even more enjoyable. The food, for an all-inclusive hotel, exceeded our expectations, and I would rate it 9/10. It was truly a pleasant surprise. The facilities were well-maintained and particularly safe for families, offering plenty of options for both children and parents. For families seeking comfort and entertainment, this hotel is ideal, and I highly recommend it. The only downside I noticed was the overall demeanor of most staff, which I found somewhat distant. While they were not rude, I felt that the warmth and hospitality I usually expect from a hotel in Greece were lacking. This might be due to a management policy. However, there were a few staff members with whom I had the pleasure of interacting, and they showed genuine enthusiasm for their work. I should mention that while this "distant" attitude may have been a drawback for me, it could actually be seen as a positive aspect by other guests, as it allows for more privacy and peace during their stay. The facilities are very nice, and it’s a beautiful hotel. But the service was definitely not 5 stars. It’s hard to get food and water outside of the buffet opening hours. So for instance if you want to have a snack between 16 and 18:30 it’s only possible to get chips or nuts from the pool bar. If you want water bottles before 10:00 you have to go to the reception. If we wanted to eat by the pool it was only possible to go to snack bar between 13 and 16 and bring it yourself. By the kids waterpark area the only food choice is pork gyros which with no vegetarian options. We also noticed that food was not clearly labeled for dietary restrictions and allergies. We personally did not get guide of the hotel until we personally asked for one after 2 days, which created some embarrassing moments for us at the a la carte restaurant. Through the whole trip I felt I had to ask what services and facilities they had, no one told you about the hotel to make the stay easier. In general we just did not get the feeling of being at a 5 star hotel all inclusive hotel. We choose the travel form because it’s easy with kids, and I don’t feel they provided that. I’d probably get the same experience at a 3 or 4 star hotel for a lot cheaper.

Very stylish, looks like new. Extensive large pool are and the beach. Food was amazing and there are 4 restaurants for dinning. We loved the Asian restaurant, very high quality. Overall great holidays!

We recently stayed at Euphoria Resort in Crete, and it was an incredible experience. We had one of the VIP beachfront rooms (without a pool), and the views were absolutely stunning. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a busy day with our two small girls. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we always felt taken care of. There were lots of families staying at the resort, which made it feel even more comfortable and welcoming for our kids. I can’t say enough good things about this resort—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip, and I would absolutely consider returning in the future when we go back to Greece. If I had to mention two small things (though they’re not really complaints), it would be that in May, the water was still too cold to fully enjoy swimming, both in the pools and the ocean. The other thing was the food. Like many all-inclusive resorts, there were definitely some meals that were better than others, but overall, we were happy with what was offered. All in all, I highly recommend Euphoria Resort if you’re planning a trip to Crete!

Euphoria Resort is a perfect place where spend your holidays. A new big structure with all inclusive treatment and all the conforts: 5 restaurants with a good selection of food, a fantastic swimming pool and direct access to the sea (not the best beach of the Island in particular for the baby). Only one negative thing: the cleaning of the room is not a five star level.

Awesome place, very well finished, super clean, great choice of restaurants, loads of things for kids to do with kids club and water slides, very nice spa, decent gym although a larger gym and heavier weights would be welcome. There is no shortage of pools with open lawn areas for the kids to play till they drop. They all the restaurants, but Psari (the fish restaurant) is top notch. Great beach, but it would be great to have a choice of watersports. Highly recommended.

Really nice hotel which was let down by management deciding to start shutting down the resort for the end of season half way through our stay. Two of the three non-buffet restraints had closed 3 days before our departure . Spin and other classes finished 4 days before our departure.

We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect from start to finish. But this time we were somewhat disappointed. The first three days were perfect but then suddenly the resort started closing fascilities and restaurants one after one because the whole resort was about to shut down on 11/4. That meant that the food court by the pool closed, the dining options became less and you could easily tell in the quality of the food that the options were less and less by the buffet. Very disapponting. If you take full price, you offer full service til the end!

Definitely not worth the money. The attitude of the staff at the check-in desk was very disappointing and disrespectful. We felt that guests were not treated with the level of courtesy and service you would expect from a hotel of this standard. There are several restaurants at the hotel, but it is almost impossible to get a reservation because they are constantly fully booked. We stayed for an entire week and only managed to dine at one of the restaurants once, simply because it was the only one that had availability. Overall, the experience did not justify the price we paid. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel. It is simply not worth the money.

For the price of this hotel I expected way more. You have to queue for ages for the breakfast buffet which is like a cattle market and absolutely disgusting food with flies all over it. The same deal for dinner here… awful food with very limited choice for kids too (grey looking fish under a heat lamp in various sad looking sauces). You only get to use the al la carte restaurants once every 3 days and they get booked up so you can’t get in. Food only marginally better there anyway. Pool is extremely busy and lounger one day had blood on it and muddy footprints. Staff hit and miss, some ok some extremely stressed or rude / both. Potentially not enough of them for the over populated hotel. Advertised a street food festival on Tuesday night on digital screens - went to find it got told it was on Friday instead so back to only option…. The horrible buffet. Finding positives… Cold pressed juice bar was nice. Place very modern and clean (apart from the flies all over the buffet). Lady on arrival was nice but then didn’t see her again.

Absolutely amazing resort! Euphoria Resort was simply outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, luxurious, extremely clean, and worth every euro. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the service was excellent, and there was a great variety of delicious food and drinks across the resort. The swimming pool is absolutely incredible — huge, beautiful, and one of the cleanest and best pools we have ever experienced. The kids’ activities and water park were fantastic, making it an excellent choice for families. The beach was also very nice and great for swimming, although the water wasn’t as crystal clear as some other beaches in Crete. We were also given a wonderful room upgrade, and having our own pool made the experience even more special.
