Grecotel LUX ME Dama Dama

Uitstekend, goed onderhouden hotel. Alles ziet er netjes en schoon uit. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Eten is uitstekend en de buffetten worden goed bijgehouden zodat je nooit misgrijpt. Minpuntje: te weinig stoelen en bedjes op strand en bij de zwembaden.

The property is well thought out with all facilities close by but also far enough from each other to feel separated. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff friendly from the off. Welcome drinks and snacks greatly appreciated after traveling. The room is very spacious with good facilities. Beds are comfy - the pillows were not to my preference but I’m fussy so not a major issue. The food options are varied with lots of fresh local foods as well as international options. Service across all meals is excellent. The beach is well maintained, plenty of sun beds and close to the bar and toilets. The sea is perfect for snorkeling. The info on activities is readily available and we took part in several trips. The bus routes are easy to access, cheap and quick. The bus stop signage/info isn’t great and the bus website not easy to use but reception helped us out here. Staff were always friendly and never failed to greet us hello and goodbye. Evening entertainment is varied and atmosphere is good. Thanks to everyone for a great stay.

Veldig god mat. Fantastisk med 2 bad på familierom. Rent og pent. Dessverre var bassengene veldig kalde og lite solsenger rundt bassengene, men mye ledig på stranda.

And we had ask again then when seated in the rose we had to ask for service after sitting there for 15 mins both had upset stomachs - No help with taxi managed to flag one down within 2min outside - Dirty cup outside our room since checking in - Broken tiles outside back door - Had to ask for a drink 5 times in Japanese restaurant to then be served the wrong drink - Still drinks don’t taste right - Menus not explained when seated in Japanese restaurants - Not enough sun beds

Anlage nicht in top Zustand. Fitnessstudio: nur ein paar Kardio Maschinen. Das hat kein Gym!!! Internet funktionierte nicht. Personal war allerdings sehr freundlich!

This place is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is great. The bus stop is right out front and will take you around for a few euros. The only thing is our WiFi in our room didn’t work and it wasn’t fixed during our 4 night stay.

Als Familie mit zwei Kindern (4,5) haben wir 8 Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel ein superschöne Anlage und bietet dem Gast eine tolle Möglichkeit, sich zu erholen. Die Qualität des Essens und der abendlichen Getränke ist hervorragend und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Reinigung Zimmer stimmt auch. Der Strand ist wie in der Hotelbeschreibung beschrieben ein reiner Kieselstrand mit einem nicht vorteilhaften Einstieg ins Meer, da es schnell abschüssig wird und es vorkommt, dass man durch „wegrutschende“ Steine im Meer gleich mal eine halben Meter tiefer im Wasser steht, als einen Schritt vorher. Das Meer haben wir deshalb auch als nicht kinderfreundlich empfunden. Zudem ist die Aufmachung auch nicht unser Fall gewesen. Nächstes Mal wird es wieder ein Sandstrand werden. Kommen wir zum größten Kritikpunkt im Hotel. Der Erwachsenenpool ist top gepflegt und die Architektur der Hammer. Ganz anders als der Kinderpool. Bilder von diesem werden nicht ohne Grund in den Beschreibungen des Hotels nicht gezeigt. Er ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt ein Minibecken für die ganz Kleinen und ein Becken mit zwei Rutschen mit einer Tiefe von 130 cm.Leider ließ in unserer Woche der Reinigungszustand des KinderPools sehr zu wünschen übrig.Viel Sand und Dreck am Boden ließen für uns ein Badegenuss nicht zu. Für mich unverständlich, bei einem sonst so perfekten Hotel Fazit: Ein super ErwachsenenHotel!

Lovely staff but an extremely dated hotel. The entrance and lobby area and main dining hall has no atmosphere and needs a major refurbishment. It’s a 3-4 star hotel at best. We had a lot of complaints when we first arrived like delayed check in, lack of pool towels, broken down water slides and even though the staff were apologetic it really dampened our stay. We have been to a few other Grecotels and this was by far the most disappointing.

Das Essen war sehr lecker Restaurant sehr sauber und freundliches Personal Pool und liegen sehr schön

Have only given 3 stars as the vegetarian options at the buffet were aleays cold and despite telling the staff about this, nothing changed. We also asked for our meals at the a la carte restaurants to be booked for 7pm as had a 10 month old with us who needed to be put to bed at 8.30pm every night. So were i cresivky disappointed when told on our penultimate night that the greek a la carte had been booked for 8.30pm. Obviously we wouldnt have requested this time, so were disappointed when they told us that we had and couldnt accommodate us at any other time, meani g that another cold dinner at the buffet jad to be endured. Please also note that the 'mountain view' rooms actually overlook a busy road, so would be better asvertised as 'road view'

Absolutely no faults on this hotel, 5 star experience from the rooms, cleanliness, staff cant help you enough aswell as everyone being so friendly and lovely. I will truely be back and try out all there other hotel locations aswell.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was fine although beds are quite uncomfortable/soft. The food was ok although it would be preferred if there was more vegetarian options (especially on the beach bar). Pool - although beautiful on the photos, very dirty in reality so we didn’t even use it. The following staff made our stay memorable - Klevis, Despina, Martina, Panagiota!

The hotel was fabulous. My children all said it was the best hotel they’ve ever been to. Pool Is amazing, food options were great. My daughter is a coeliac and they were so kind with preparing food for her specially. She didn’t feel sick at all which means it must have been ok. Bungalow was great, yes the pool sun loungers are limited but one always came available. Music at the beach bar went on until past midnight which was ok but if you’re a lighter sleeper with young children maybe ask for a room away. Otherwise we have really had a wonderful time. Staff are lovely and very kind. 👍

Het hotel zelf is vergane glorie. Heel oud en lelijk. De kamers komen niet overeen met de foto’s in geen enkel opzicht. Onze kamer had een bed met oud matras, geen airco maar ventilator, de douche in het bad was om te huilen, de gordijnen waren niet geblindeerd. De liften zijn doodeng en maken vreselijk geluid. De receptie maken heel erg veel fouten en er staat constant een rij met klagende mensen. Maar!! Het personeel is overal zo ontzettend vriendelijk en lief en de service is zo goed. Ze doen zo hun stinkende best voor iedereen. De schoonmaaksters, het personeel in de restaurants, de kidsclub, enz enz. Echt waanzinnig! Zij hebben voor ons het verschil gemaakt!

Dieses Hotel ist überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert!!!! Die Fotos auf der Homepage, Instagram, verschiedene Reiseveranstalter sind mit photoshop bearbeitete Fotos. Die Zimmer sind total veraltet, alles sehr lieblos eingerichtet, die Holzbetten waren abgeschlagen, ähnelt einer sehr alten Jugendherberge. Die Balkonmöbel und der Wäscheaufhänger ebenso, dieser war bei uns kaputt. Die Duschkabinentüre war entfernt worden, das Bad stand nach dem duschen unter Wasser. Der Lift war auch sehr alt und kaputt. Service gibt es in diesem Hotel überhaupt nicht, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich und teilweise total arrogant bis auf ein paar sehr wenige Ausnahmen. Bis man an der Beach Bar ein Getränk bekommen konnte, musste man sich erstmal 15-20 Minuten anstellen. Sogar wenn man nur einen Becher für das Wasser wollte, was am wasserspender ausgelassen wurde. Überall standen am poolbereich leere Gläser rum die nie aufgeräumt wurden. Das Hotel hat sehr große Probleme was Service und Freundlichkeit angeht!!!! Die Essensauswahl ist sehr begrenzt und wiederholt sich täglich. Um überhaupt ins Restaurant reinzukommen muss man sich draußen in die Hitze anstellen und warten bis man einen Tisch drinnen bekommt. Die Kaffeemaschine ist so verdreckt, dass wir uns dort keine Milch mehr rausgelassen haben. Der Milchschlauch war wohl sehr lange nicht gereinigt worden. Und noch viele weitere Probleme!!!!!

Amazing hotel and incredible staff! This was my first family holiday and the staff were really friendly and accommodating from beginning till the end. I made a mistake with my room bid by selecting an automatic upgrade. We got to check in and because I wasn’t informed that the bid had been accepted I thought it hadn’t gone through. The staff kindly explained the situation and rather than make a big fuss they allowed us to upgrade for free!! The facilities in the hotel are amazing and the bar staff (where I spent most of my time lol) are really courteous. By the end of it they knew me by name and the holiday felt wholesome! I will definitely be returning and I will definitely be exploring their partner hotels. Thank you to Kiki and the reception team on 07.05.25; incredibly hospitable staff!!

Finns många fina båtturer i närheten och en kul vattenpark. Det enda minuset är sängarna och särskilt kuddarna så vi vill gärna tillbaka men då tar vi med oss egna kuddar och täcken. Överlag ett 4.5 stjärnigt hotell helt klart. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Meals in the main restaurant were reasonable but not 5* Reception staff were slow at check in, I was offered rooms close together, as requested, then told I would have to pay another 300 Euros for one night! Beautiful pool area, beach bar and location on the beach were great. Staff were also very friendly and attentive. Good range of food and the A la carte restaurants were excellent but many of the hot food options were only luke warm in the main self service restaurant which was disappointing.

Lovely family friendly place with friendly staff. The highlights are the gorgeous pool that connects to the beach bar and beach. Tons of activities during the day and night. Staff is super friendly. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Dama Dama again.

Good All-inclusive Family Hotel, next to the beach

The hotel resort is excellent with fantastic views and services. The food options were great and the staff were very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone, who is thinking of visiting Rhodes...Thank you to all at Grecotel Lux Me Dama Dama

Nous y avons passé 2 semaines avec mon épouse . Très bien : La nourriture , la chambre vue mer très spacieuse . Le point , pas noir , mais gris ce sont les cocktails qui ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'établissement . Je recommande .
